Mr. Kirshenberg is a partner in the national security and real estate groups of Kutak Rock LLP's Washington, D.C office. Tory M. Bishop, a litigation partner in the Omaha office, has extensive experience in many types of complex litigation. His primary focus, however, is in insurance coverage and ERISA litigation. Steven resides in Aurora, Nebraska and is the owner of Leach Insurance Center, Inc. in Aurora. Steven has been married for 32 years to Donelle who has taught school for 20 plus years. He is the father of three children: Grant who is an attorney at Kutak Rock in Omaha, Greta is in the Methodist seminary in Denver and Sally is a student at UNL. He has served on numerous city, county and state committees. Steven took a Hunter Safety Instructors Course in 1976 while attending Kearney State College and has taught classes every year since that time. He has been a hunting addict since his father took him pheasant hunting as a young boy. His first shotgun was an "Electric City" 12 gauge single shot shotgun that cost $10.00. Steven has been a proud sponsor of Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever for many years and has hunted almost all species in Nebraska and has participated in many "annual" hunts and opening day hunts. Steven feels that taking young hunters out during the special youth weekends and during the year is where he derives the most joy from hunting.
