Mark joined Nova in 2003 in Senior Leadership position as Director of Advanced Programs and Strategic Planning, specifically responsible for strategic planning, project management, and customer value proposition development. In this role he is responsible for assessing the business environment, the market, and the competition to develop strategy, for developing the technology plan, including IRAD, B&P, and selling expense budgets. Other responsibilities include directing and managing the implementation of the Sales Planning Process, proposal execution, and the directing and mentoring the business area leads to ensure the sales plan is met or exceeded and risks are mitigated. Prior to that he was Chief Scientist, Director of Defense Electronics, reporting to the President, and Program Manager for Xetron Corporation. Responsible for Engineering / Manufacturing technology risk mitigation.

Kevin, who joined the Nova team in November 1994, provides Nova with a unique business perspective, having held engineering design and managerial positions within both the Department of Defense and Industry. Accordingly, Kevin's insight into on-going programs and emerging technologies is invaluable in directing Nova's New Business and Internal Research activities. In addition, as a degreed Electrical Engineer (University of New Hampshire, 1976), Kevin makes valuable technical contributions to Nova's product development. Kevin plays a key role in the daily management of Nova in the areas of program management, financial planning, and resource allocations.

Armed with a long track record of applying technology to meet market demand, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing Nova's strategic marketing, sales and development activities. Since joining Nova in 1999, he has established a team and developed sales channels to meet the increasing demand for the company's leading data communication products. With this team, product sales have increased six fold by focusing efforts on key products, increasing customer service and escalating marketing initiatives. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a business administration minor, and has completed some graduate-level work in business management.

Paul is one of the original technical staff members who joined Nova in June 1992. Previously, he performed in key roles at General Electric and Xetron Corporation where he worked as a design engineer, group leader and program manager for a variety of communications system development efforts. Paul received his BSEE degree from the University of Cincinnati and has pursued graduate-level studies for his MSEE. Paul's responsibilities at Nova encompass both engineering and managerial roles. His engineering role includes establishing the overall technical direction for Nova's Wireless Networking Business Unit.

Ken joined Nova in 2002 as a software engineer and now leads the company's efforts in providing software defined radio and networked data link solutions. He holds an M.S.E.E. degree from Purdue University.
