Donald Nonnenkamp is vice president, chief financial officer and secretary for LaBarge, Inc. He joined the company in 1999, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in finance, treasury management and commercial banking. Nonnenkamp oversees all of LaBarge's financial operations. Prior to joining LaBarge, Nonnenkamp was vice president and treasurer for Esco Electronics Corp., a manufacturer of commercial and defense systems products. While there, he was responsible for finance, treasury, tax, and acquisition and working capital financing. Previously, Nonnenkamp served as vice president and chief financial officer for Clark Oil and Refining Corp., where he successfully negotiated more than $1 billion in public and private financing during his five-year tenure. Nonnenkamp earned his bachelor's degree in management and marketing and an M.B.A. in finance, both from St. Louis University.

Randy L. Buschling was named chief operating officer of LaBarge, Inc. in 2002. He is responsible for the day-to-day operating management of the Company, including business development and operations. Buschling served as senior vice president, overseeing the company's core contract electronics manufacturing business since 1999. He joined LaBarge in 1998 as vice president of the former aerospace and defense business unit. Buschling's career covers nearly two decades in the electronics manufacturing industry. He spent 10 years at Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company, where, as division general manager, he led the systems division. Prior to Watlow, Buschling was a senior design engineer at McDonnell Douglas Co. from 1983 to 1988. Buschling earned his bachelor's degree in engineering management from the University of Missouri-Rolla and his master's degree in mechanical engineering from Washington University.

Colleen P. Clements has served as LaBarge, Inc.'s director of corporate communications since 1996. Clements oversees the company's investor relations, public relations and employee communications efforts. Under her direction, the company has earned such awards as the International Association of Business Communicators Bronze Quill for its special publications and the Mercury Award for its annual report. Clements began the early part of her career with LaBarge in 1984, spending six years in the company's communications department. Prior to rejoining LaBarge in 1996, Clements held various writing and communications positions at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., where she last served as associate vice president, communications project manager, and earned awards for the company's brochures, annual report and special publications. Clements is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and has served as president and board member of the St. Louis chapter. She also is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. Clements earned her bachelor's degree in mass communication from Saint Louis University.

George Hayward is director of information systems for LaBarge, Inc. He is responsible for managing LaBarge's information technology requirements, including the Company's manufacturing system and other internal corporate systems. Hayward joined LaBarge in 2002. During his 14 years of experience in the information technology field, Hayward has developed, implemented and managed key internal systems for manufacturing and other corporate environments. Hayward joins LaBarge from Bairnco Corporation, based in Orlando, Fla., where he served as director of management information systems. Previously, he established an information risk management practice at KPMG LLP in St. Louis. Hayward also managed information technology functions at Mallinckrodt Group Inc. Hayward is a graduate of DePaul University's Computer Career Program. He earned his master's degree in international business from Saint Louis University and his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mark Teubert is director of operational excellence for LaBarge, Inc. Teubert directs LaBarge#146;s process improvement initiatives, including lean and Six Sigma, at a strategic level for LaBarge#146;s defense and government-oriented manufacturing operations. Teubert joined LaBarge in 2007 with more than 18 years experience in the electronics and electromechanical manufacturing arenas. He has extensive experience in engineering, project management, lean and process improvement. Prior to joining LaBarge, Teubert was senior manager for operations process excellence for Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines. Previously, he served in management positions with Allied Signal Aerospace Equipment and prior to that General Electric#146;s aerospace division. Teubert earned a master#146;s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor#146;s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut. Teubert also has earned Six Sigma certifications including Black Belt, Green Belt and Six Sigma/Lean Enterprise Expert.

Rue Lynn Pugh has been LaBarge, Inc.'s corporate controller since 2002. She is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting system and financial reporting. Pugh joined LaBarge in April 2001 as senior financial analyst and served as director of accounting and financial analysis for one of the Company's business groups before her promotion to corporate controller. Prior to joining LaBarge, she worked in a variety of accounting and finance positions for Emerson Electric, lastly as the director of financial planning and analysis for Fisher Controls International, a subsidiary of Emerson Electric. Earlier in her career, Pugh also worked as a senior treasury analyst for Emerson as well as an auditor for that company and Arthur Anderson. Pugh earned her M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
