David has been associated with Lake Shore Savings since 1965. He has worked in each area of operations and has played a key role in the direction, development, and growth of the Association. David is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton Business College, where he majored in business administration and accounting. He was in charge of bank operations for the Dunkirk and Fredonia locations until his appointment to President/CEO on October 1, 1993. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, ALCO/ Investment Committee and the Executive Committee of the Association. In 2001, David was appointed by the New York State Senate Finance Committee and Governor Pataki to serve on the New York State Banking Board.
The president is responsible for carrying out the goals and objectives of Lake Shore Savings Bank. Provides leadership and direction to all departments.
Rachel has an MBA (Accounting concentration) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Allegheny College. Rachel joined Lake Shore Savings in March 1999. Her prior work experience includes the following: Staff Accountant – Conway Porter, CPA; Accounting Assistant – Bufkor, Inc.; and Staff Auditor/Assistant Audit Supervisor/Financial Audit Supervisor – M&T Bank. Rachel has passed the NYS Certified Public Accountant’s exam. Ms. Foley's father, Dr. James P. Foley, is a director of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings.
Oversees the financial functions of the institution. Supervises activities of the accounting department. Is responsible for developing, forecasting and implementing financial plans and policies of the bank.
Kathy joined Lake Shore Savings in 1986. She has earned the American Institute of Banking certificate in Accelerated Banking and has attended many seminars and classes relating to management, lending and customer service throughout her career including membership in the Chautauqua Leadership Network. In 2003, she was named to the Western New York Women of Influence list. Kathy is a 2006 graduate of the National School of Banking. Her work experience includes such areas as lending, deposits, collections and customer service as well as management and administration. Kathy has been instrumental in the development of several new programs for the Association and also has achieved outstanding regulatory ratings for her efforts with the Lake Shore Savings Community Reinvestment program. .
Directs the institution’s overall mortgage and consumer lending operations. Responsible for administering and managing Community Reinvestment programs.
Bev has been employed by Lake Shore Savings since 1961. With over 35 years of banking experience, Beverly possesses excellent customer service skills and perception. Also serving in the loan department, Bev is responsible for closing mortgage loans at the Westfield branch.
Beverley's primary responsibility is to oversee the Westfield office in terms of deposits, residential mortgages and commercial lending.
Mr. Schiavone became Controller of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings Bank in April 2008. Mr. Schiavone was the Assistant Vice President and Senior Specialist in the Global Transactions Services Controllers group at Citigroup from July 2007 until April 2008. Prior to that he was a Financial Analysis Manager and Officer for Greater Buffalo Savings Bank from June 2005 through July 2007. He also worked at M&T Bank from June 2000 until May 2005 as a Tax Analyst in the Corporate Tax area and as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Reporting area. Mr. Schiavone has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Canisius College and has passed the NYS CPA exam.
Job responsibilities include supervising the work of the accounting department and preparation of financial statements and reports, prepares periodic audit schedules and is responsible for preparation of budgets. Ensures bank’s accounting procedures are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Janinne joined Lake Shore Savings in 1993 as a teller. She was a part of the Management Training program at Lake Shore Savings , and was later appointed to the position of Human Resource Benefits Manager in December of 1994. She is a graduate of Southern Virginia College, American Institute of Banking Accelerated Banking program and received a Human Resource Professional Studies Certificate from Cornell University. Janinne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Empire State College. Janinne is responsible for the hiring, orientation, training and development of the Lake Shore Savings staff. She is also responsible for the employee benefits package and acts as a liaison between employees and management in staffing issues.
Responsible for employee relations, training and development, and administration of all employee benefits.
Ms. Yocum has served as a director since 1995, and her current term will expire at the 2009 annual meeting. Ms. Yocum is a practicing certified public accountant. She is a partner in the firm of Brumfield & Associates in Fredonia, New York where her practice is concentrated in estates and trusts.
Nicole is a 1995 graduate of Fredonia State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Business Finance. Nicole joined Lake Shore Savings in 1996 as an Accounting Clerk and shortly thereafter, was appointed the Security Officer. In the fall of 1997, she began working in the Internal Audit Department as the Assistant Internal Auditor. She was appointed the Compliance Officer in 2002.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies and procedures that conform to federal and state regulations, continually assessing the compliance program and reporting corrective action and follow up to the CEO and Audit Committee.

Daniel P. Reininga is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings. Mr. Reininga is the President of G. H. Graf Realty Corporation, Inc., a real estate investment company located in Dunkirk, New York.
Gary W. Winger has been a principal of Compass Consulting, Inc. in Auburn and Jamestown, New York and Venice, Florida, a firm that provides consulting services in the area of higher education, since July, 2002. From 1975 until June 2002, Mr. Winger was the Dean of Administration and Development and Chief Financial and Development Officer of Jamestown Community College in Jamestown, New York.
James P Foley, DDS is a dentist in private practice in Dunkirk, New York. He is a retired commander of the U. S. Naval Reserve. Dr. Foley's daughter, Rachel A. Foley, is the Chief Financial Officer of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings.
Mr. Kolkmeyer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Priam Enterprises, LLC, which is primarily a residential real estate investment company which purchases, rehabilitates and manages residential apartments. Mr. Kolkmeyer was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of First Niagara Financial Group and its wholly owned subsidiary, First Niagara Bank from December 2003 until December 2006. He previously held multiple senior level management positions at First Niagara Financial Group, including Chief Banking Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Corsi was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings until March 2008. Mr. Corsi also was the Executive Vice President of Lake Shore Savings from 1994 to 2008. Prior to joining Lake Shore Savings, Mr. Corsi was Vice President of M&T Bank.
Ms. Brautigam has served as a director since 2004, and her current term will expire at the 2010 annual meeting. She is a partner in the law firm of Brautigam & Brautigam, LLP in Fredonia, New York where her practice is concentrated in real estate transactions, estates, trusts and elder law. Ms. Brautigam s uncle, Michael E. Brunecz, is Chairman of the Board of Lake Shore Bancorp and Lake Shore Savings.
