Jack Gherty is the retired president and chief executive officer of Land O'Lakes, Inc. His retirement went into effect October 1, 2005. Mr. Gherty began his career in 1970 as an attorney for Land O'Lakes. In 1979 he was named assistant to the president, and in 1981 he became a group vice president and chief administrative officer. He was named president and CEO in 1989. Mr. Gherty serves on the board of Minnesota Mutual Companies.

Based in Minnesota, USA, Sara Mortimore is currently Vice President of Quality for Land O' Lakes Inc. Prior to this she was Quality and Regulatory Operations (QRO) Director for General Mills Global Sourcing Development operation. With more than 25 years experience in the food industry, Sara has collaborated to further the understanding of food safety management through participation with research associations, government and non government committees in a number of countries. She has developed a wide network of global contacts. She regularly publishes on leading edge topics in food safety management and is co-author of a number of successful books on the topic of HACCP system development and implementation. Related to this is her belief in adequate training interventions that are aligned to the needs of workers and the abilities of trainers. Based in Minnesota, USA, Sara Mortimore is currently Vice President of Quality for Land O' Lakes Inc. Prior to this she was Quality and Regulatory Operations (QRO) Director

Dewey Wahlin was previously the marketing director for the Land O'Lakes Dairy Case Cheese division. He joined the Ingredient Solutions division in 2004 to support sales efforts and meeting progressive growth plan.

Gary Lehmann oversees the marketing and sales of Land O'Lakes Ingredient Solutions products and services. He has more than 10 years of experience in the food industry, bringing well-rounded skills in sales and product management that equip him well to plan and execute programs to bring added value to food manufacturers. Gary understands the unique issues driving this competitive industry, and is strategically focused on aligning Land O'Lakes resources to serve customers in this market.

Julie Tiatia has previously held a number of Sales and Research and Development positions, most recently with Kerry Ingredients. She brings a broad range of skills and experience to the food ingredient area and will lead sales efforts for process cheese, butter blends and dry cheese opportunities.

On the Land O'Lakes team for more than 20 years, Patty Gfrerer manages the sales of LAND O LAKES dairy products to food manufacturers. Customers value Patty's entrepreneurial spirit and extensive product development experience. She is dedicated to building close working relationships with her customers, serving as the liaison connecting them to the full team of Land O'Lakes R&D and technical staff dedicated to serving their needs.

Shari Germscheid is the Payroll Manager for Land O'Lakes, Inc., headquartered in Arden Hills, MN. Land O'Lakes is a farmer-owned cooperative that offer farmers, local cooperatives, and customers across the nation an extensive line of agricultural supplies, as well as state-of-the-art production and business services. Also, is a leading marketer of dairy-based products for consumers, foodservice professionals and food manufacturing. Shari has been with Land O'Lakes for six years, serving as Payroll Coordinator, HRIS Specialist and HRMS Manager prior to moving into her present position. Prior to coming to Land O'Lakes, she held various positions/roles in payroll, accounting and system management within the transportation industry. Shari currently serves as Vice President for the North Star Chapter of the American Payroll Association (APA) and previously served as Conference/Education chair. She earned her credentials as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in the fall of 2004 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 with a B.S. in Home Economics in Business.

Marsha started as an Outreach Specialist with the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health on February 1, 2005. She will focus on recruiting dentists to the rural counties of Wisconsin. Marsha brings over 6 years experience recruiting physicians and mid-level providers for Aspirus Clinics in Antigo, Medford, Merrill, Wausau, Weston, Land O Lakes, Laona, and Eagle River. Previously Marsha worked for Congressman Dave Obey for 6 years, as Outreach Director for the Campaign Committee, and his Wisconsin scheduler. She was also Director of Outreach at The Women's Community, Inc. in Wausau, following 9 years of classroom teaching at elementary through college levels. Marsha has a Master's degree in Education from UW Madison and a Bachelor's degree in English and Art from Valparaiso University.

Sherree does all of our freight billing and works daily with Land O'Lakes and our milk plant operation. Sherree was born and raised in the Caledonia farming community and has many strong family ties to the area. She is married to Kurt and has two wonderful little boys at home.

Howard Liszt , age 60, has served as one of our directors since May 2006. From January 2000 to the present, Mr. Liszt has served as a Senior Fellow at the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Board of Coleman Natural Products from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Liszt also served as Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Mithun from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Liszt currently is a member of the board of Land O Lakes and is also a director of several privately held companies. Mr. Liszt previously served on the board of Shuffle Master Inc. and Zomax Inc..
