Gary and his wife Sandy moved to the Landings in 1996. He received his BA in economics from Rutgers University. He retired as Senior Vice President of the Phoenix Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to the Phoenix, Gary spent 20 years with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) in the consulting division, the last ten years as a Partner. Since arriving in Savannah, Gary and Sandy have been active at the Skidaway Island United Methodist Church. Gary worked with the United Methodist Men's group as fund raising head for five years and program coordinator for one year. He also spent five years as a Trustee, the last year as chairman. Sandy worked for the last several years as one of the coordinators of Wednesday night dinners. She also taught in the summer Bible school. Gary is a member of the Landings Club, having served on the Operations Committee. He was also a member of the Union League Club in New York City and Plainfield Country Club in New Jersey.

A Savannah native, Ann Sheils loves introducing her city's varied neighborhoods to newcomers as well as to long-time residents. A deep-water resident herself for 30 years, Ann knows Savannah's waterfront from both a boater's and an agent's point-of-view. In addition to waterfront properties, Ann has been listing and selling million-dollar properties in the Historic District for over 5 years. A 17-year member of The Landings Club, she is an expert regarding the property and the amenities of The Landings and with properties in the surrounding areas, as well. A graduate of Duke University, she is a former teacher in the Upper School of Savannah Country Day and is a published poet. A mother of three, Ann has been married for almost 30 years. She volunteers in the community, including a term as President of St. John's Episcopal Church Women.
