Gary R. Kerney. Mr. Kerney is a Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate Development for the Company. Mr. Kerney was and continues to be Director of Real Estate Development for DPMG, Inc. G. Douglas Barton . Mr. Barton is a Senior Vice President and Director of International Development for the Company. Mr. Barton was and continues to be Director of International Development for DPMG, Inc.
Served as Executive Director and CEO of the PGA of America during its most dynamic period of growth (1988-2005); joined Landmark in 2006. Analyzes and selects the best and most appropriate deals for Landmark, both domestic and international. Heads the new Landmark Club program, which combines an international golf membership at top golf destinations worldwide with second home and vacation opportunities.
Prior to 1977, worked in public accounting, including tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co. From 1977 to 1993 served as Vice President of Tax and Insurance for Landmark Land. Since 1993 he has handled all tax and insurance for Landmark. Educated at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of planning for Landmark Land from 1989 to 1992. Prior to joining Landmark in 1997, served as a principal in a large New Orleans-based architectural firm. Served on New Orleans City Planning Commission and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Educated at Louisiana State University.
Began career with Landmark Land in 1982 as golf professional, later serving as project director and director of golf at La Quinta Resort & Club to joining Landmark in 1999, served as director of golf for Grandover Resort where he oversaw the development and operations of a 36-hole golf resort. Educated at Nicholls State University. Member of PGA of America since 1983.
Golf professional at Oak Tree Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma from 1980-1985, later promoted to Project Director of PGA WEST. Prior to joining Landmark in 2000, served as chief operating officer of Western Golf Properties, with responsibility for managing 24 golf facilities across the country. Educated at the University of Oklahoma, where he was a four-year letterman in golf. PGA Merchandiser of the Year in 1995. Member of the PGA of America for the past 20 years.

Covered all of Landmark's major developments while at Golf Magazine. His latest book for Harry N. Abrams, Golf's Best New Destinations, has chapter entries on Lost Canyons and Meadowbrook Farms.
Managed Landmark Land developments at Oak Tree Golf Club, Palm Beach Polo & Country Club and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Served as the general chairman of several major golf tournaments, including the 1991 Ryder Cup and the 1984 U.S. Amateur Championship, and as co-chairman of the 1988 PGA Championship. Educated at Oklahoma State University, where he was an All-American golfer. Member of the PGA of America for the past 30 years.
Head professional at La Quinta Resort from 1979 to 1982. Project Director at PGA WEST from 1983-1993. Chairman for the nationally televised Skins Game, 1986-1991; board member of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, 1991-1992; and Tournament Site Administrator for the PGA Grand Slam of Golf, 1992-1993. Prior to joining Landmark in 1997, served as President of Golden Bear Club Services, which provided management services for multiple facilities around the country, including private, semi-private, high-end daily fee and public courses. Member of the PGA of America for the past 20 years.
Bernard G. Ille, age 82. Mr. Ille first became a director in 1971. His term will expire in 2011. Mr. Ille served as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Founders Life from 1966 to 1988. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Life Assurance Company from 1988, until it was acquired by another company in 1994. During his tenure as President of these two companies, he served as Chairman of the Oklahoma Guaranty Association for ten years and was President of the Oklahoma Association of Life Insurance Companies for two terms. He is a director of Landmark Land Company, Inc., which was the parent company of First Life. He is also a director for Quail Creek Bank, N.A. Mr. Ille is currently President of BML Consultants and a private investor. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
David A. Sislen . Mr. Sislen was appointed to the Board of Directors in March, 2005. Mr. Sislen is President of Bristol Capital Corporation, a diversified real estate investment, management and advisory firm based in Bethesda, Maryland.
Robert W. White. Mr. White was appointed to the Board of Directors in February, 2003. Mr. White was formerly chairman and president of Cardinal Paper Company, a wholesale paper distributor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and was formerly Chairman Emeritus and a Director of Lincoln National Bank, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
