Landmark Title South's Chief Executive Officer is Chris Cartwright chris@landmarktitlesouth.com . Ms. Cartwright received her bachelor of science degree graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1979 after attending both Bowling Green State University and Wright State University. She began her career in the Real Estate industry in 1984, and obtained her license as a Broker in 1987. Entering the Title Profession in 1990, she has specialized in Marketing and Public Relations, personalizing Client Services, and the handling of all types of Real Estate Closing transactions. Ms. Cartwright additionally holds a Title Insurance license for the State of Ohio. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association since 1990, and has been the Association's Treasurer for many years. She has been extremely active on various committees as a member of the Dayton Board of Realtors; most notably chairing their largest fund raiser, the Partners in Education Golf Outing, for ten years. Ms. Cartwright was recipient of the 1991 Affiliate of the Year Award presented by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and has received Member of the Year, and the Hall of Fame Award given by the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association. Additionally, she was recognized in 2005 as a "Real Estate Superstar" in the supporter category by the Dayton Business Journal.

These three individuals have worked as a team for many years, and have experienced every type of transaction in Real Estate associated with title and closing. They are specialists in the field of communicating with our Lenders and Realtors, and enjoy one of the best reputations in the area for service, details, and accuracy. At the front door of our lobby area, you'll be greeted by Yvonne Dynnes ydynnes@landmarktitlesouth.com , whose extensive banking background allows her to coordinate payoff details and attend to special requests made by our Realtor and Lender clients. Chloe Gardner cgardner@landmarktitlesouth.com leads the post-closing department for Landmark Title Agency South. Her experience with shipping and disbursing, recording and title policies attribute to a flawless finished product being sent to our lenders.

A wonderful addition to Landmark Title South's expert closing staff has been Jerry BenVenuto jbenvenuto@landmarktitlesouth.com . He comes into the business with a wealth of experience as a former title insurance representative at the state agency level and escrow officer specializing in marketing, training and public relations.

Landmark Title South is also proud of our Commercial and Construction expert, Ms. Kathy Sabia ksabia@landmarktitlesouth.com . Kathy has in excess of fifteen years in the title business, and has worked alongside our attorneys in the past. Her experiential background with some of they most reputable Builder/Developers in the Dayton area has always been an attribute, and her processing and expertise in the field of Commercial Real Estate transactions allows her to assist our clientele from beginning to end with their purchases.

Regina McDonald, for example, has seventeen years of experience in record searches of many surrounding counties, and is considered a leader in this field of residential and commercial title abstracts. Additionally, Malinda Schroeder mschroeder@landmarktitlesouth.com acts as Administrative Assistant to the Title Department, and monitors all incoming orders, committments, prelims and survey matters.

Nancy McElroy nmcelroy@landmarktitlesouth.com is an integral part of our team at Landmark Title South, as she oversees our escrow accounting and all financial matters pertinent to our closing transactions,. She brings years of banking, comptrolling, and accounting experience to our firm.
