Charlie Wrench has served as Landor's Chief Executive Officer since August 2006. Prior to joining Landor, Charlie worked first for Lowe Howard-Spink for five years and then at Young & Rubicam Advertising for 10. At Y&R, he served in various management roles including Client Service Director, Worldwide Account Managing Director for Lufthansa and Regional Account Managing Director EMEA for Colgate. Charlie joined Landor's London office in 2000 as General Manager and was then promoted to Managing Director. In 2003, Charlie was appointed Chief Strategy Officer Worldwide with a brief to establish, enrich and disseminate best practice methodologies around Landor's network. He was appointed President of Europe and the Middle East in 2004, taking responsibility for the performance of Landor's offices in London, Paris, Hamburg, Milan, Dubai, Madrid, and Geneva. In 2005, Charlie was appointed President of Landor worldwide, a role he enjoyed for 12 months before his recent move to San Francisco as Chief Executive Officer. Charlie was educated at Downside School and Pembroke College, Oxford University, where he graduated with a BA in history.
Cheryl Giovannoni is the European president of Landor Associates, with responsibility for Landor's offices in London, Paris, Hamburg, Geneva, Madrid, Milan, and the Nordic region. Cheryl began her career in advertising when she joined Ogilvy Johannesburg in 1987 in the strategic planning and market research department. After seven years, she transferred to the London office of Ogilvy, where she managed a portfolio of Unilever brands before moving to Lowe Howard-Spink as global account director for Braun. In 2001, she became chief executive officer of Coley Porter Bell (CPB) for WPP, as the lure of branding and design took her in a new direction. After four successful years at CPB, Cheryl moved to Landor, where she was managing director of the London office with a brief to further develop the largest and most successful office outside the United States. During her time as managing director, the London office has been twice awarded the prestigious Marketing Magazine's Agency of the Year award, as well as a Gold in DBA Design Effectiveness Awards for Morrisons, an account Cheryl spearheaded.

Olivier Auroy is general manager of the Dubai office of Landor Associates where he manages a portfolio of international clients, including Emaar Properties, Nestle Waters, Pakistan International Airlines, and Royal Air Maroc. He is Landor's naming leader for Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and drives new business and sound design expertise for the Dubai office. Olivier has managed brand identity and corporate identity programs in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco, Kuwait, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain. He has directed international corporate programs for the American University of Paris, BFGoodrich, Degussa (Maxens aroma brand), Dentsply, France Telecom, HEC Business School, NextiraOne, Selecta, Sodexho, Travelocity, and the World Anti-Doping Agency. Olivier is regularly quoted in Gulf Marketing Review and Emirates Business 24/7. He also teaches branding at Sciences Po Paris and French Business Council in Dubai. Before joining Landor, Olivier successfully launched and ran the name research department of the design agency Carre Noir. From 1996 to 1999, he was creative director at one of France's leading naming companies, Kaos. While there he supervised and created more than 80 brands and trade names, including Egoiste Platinum (Chanel) and L'Atelier (Renault). Before working at Kaos, he was a product manager for utilitarian vehicles at Renault Italia (Rome, Italy) and worked for the human resources department of Johnson Controls (Michigan, U.S.). Olivier graduated from the Sciences Po Paris, Institute of Political Studies, in 1991. He also received a DESS (equivalent to an MA) in marketing and advertising from Paris Celsa, La Sorbonne, in 1993.
Charlotte Gifford is executive director of client services in the London office of Landor Associates, responsible for managing a client-services team of 35 people across consumer and corporate brands, brand environments, and production. Charlotte also leads the consumer brands practice and has overall responsibility for its development in London, including best-practice development, marketing, new business, and business development. Charlotte is also the client leader on the Heinz, PepsiCo, and Reckitt Benckiser accounts in London. Charlotte joined Landor as client director in May 2000 and worked on a variety of both consumer and corporate clients, including Belgacom, Boots Healthcare International, Cordis, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods International, Land Rover, and Panasonic. Charlotte was promoted to executive client services director in December 2003, with responsibility for leading a team of 18 client-services personnel. During this time, Charlotte was also responsible for building the production department of the London office and leading the key client relationship of Procter & Gamble (P&G). In July 2004, following the successful growth of the consumer brands business, Charlotte was promoted to executive director of brand identity, with responsibility for leading the development of the consumer brands business. This included management of brand identity, client services, planning, production, and new business teams, as well as leading the Kraft, Numico, and P&G accounts. Charlotte started her career on the client side working for International Distillers & Vintners, the drinks division of Grand Metropolitan, working in international marketing on a variety of global drinks brands, including Archers and Malibu. After eight years gaining international marketing and branding experience, Charlotte moved across to the agency side, first working for a small U.K. brand consultancy specializing in consumer branding (key clients included Abbey National, L'Oreal, Nestle, Nutricia, and Weetabix) before moving to Landor. Charlotte received a BA in French and music from Oxford Brookes University and a postgraduate business linguist diploma from South Bank University.

Leslie Crombie is an executive director of client services in the Cincinnati office of Landor Associates, responsible for new business and digital development. She also leads global brand strategy development for Endo-Surgery (Johnson & Johnson), Ethicon, Eukanuba, Iams, Procter & Gamble's oral care brands, and Vicks. Leslie leads architecture, brand identity, environmental strategies, and naming for these brands on an ongoing basis and has served as a consultant for California Chamber of Commerce, Husqvarna, Johnson & Johnson-Merck, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Panasonic, and Xavier University. Michelle Lassman is executive director and group creative director in the San Francisco office of Landor Associates, responsible for overseeing brand teams. She is also a member of the executive committee. Michelle has been working in the design industry for more than 19 years, primarily with large agencies that focus on brand development and integrated marketing solutions. Michelle's skills span a variety of disciplines including brand strategy, corporate communications, corporate identity, e-commerce, environmental design, on- and offlline advertising, packaging, POS, website design, and much more. She has led programs for some of the world's major companies, including Apple, Disney, Dockers, Harman/Kardon, Kinko's, Levi Strauss & Co., Lufthansa, Microsoft, Pottery Barn, Singapore Airlines, Sears, and Visa. Before joining Landor, Michelle was a group creative director at Avenue A/Razorfish. In addition to designing, she was responsible for developing and communicating creative vision for clients, leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams from concept to deployment. Prior to that, she was a design director at frog design, leading a team of designers in both Germany and the United States on large-scale global accounts that integrated branding, product design, and user interface. Michelle received her BFA in graphic design from Carnegie Mellon and her MFA in graphic design from the Basel School of Design, Switzerland. She has taught basic and advanced courses in graphic design, typography, and color theory at San Jose State University and the University of California's extension program. Her work has been published in AR100, Communication Arts, Graphis, HOW, Mead 60 Show, Macromedia Site of the Day, PIE Books, Print, and Wired.

Peter Harleman is vice chairman of the Americas, based in the San Francisco office of Landor Associates. He has spent more than 20 years helping companies understand who they are their basic and unique identity and then communicating that identity to various shareholders, employees, and consumers. A recognized authority in understanding, analyzing, and improving communications, Peter came to Landor following a career in corporate advertising and public relations. Before joining Landor, he taught college English and was active in the newspaper business on both the editorial and advertising sides. Since joining Landor, Peter has worked on a number of corporate identity programs for major clients, including Alcatel-Lucent, Baxter Travenol, British Telecom, Cigna, Danone, DuPont, FedEx, General Electric, Principal Financial Group, SIP (Italian telephone company), Times Mirror Company, Walt Disney Productions, and Xerox. Peter has lectured widely on identity and image management, appearing before industry groups and academic audiences and is considered one of the country's foremost experts on communication systems and their impact on corporate operations. Peter graduated from St. Louis University.

Ray Ally is executive director of brand consultancy in the Beijing office of Landor Associates. He works primarily in the areas of brand consulting, business development, and client management. He also helps manage, train, and grow our new team in Beijing. Prior to his current position, Ray was senior design director in the Hong Kong office of Landor, where he was responsible for leading corporate identity programs in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand, working with a wide range of clients in the airline, banking, petroleum, technology, telecom, retail, and multinational industries. Ray joined Landor after selling his own successful boutique consultancy, X-Ray Design, which specialized in branding and integrated communications for many of Hong Kong's major corporations. He went to Hong Kong in 1996 to work as design director of PPA Design, where he led communication projects for some of the region's blue-chip multinationals, including Clifford Chance, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and the Walt Disney Company. Ray began his career with international design firm Fitch, designing packaging, retail identity, and environmental graphics for projects throughout Europe. Before moving to Asia, he was design director and head of graphics at Conran Design Group in London, where he was instrumental in leading multidisciplinary projects for clients, such as IBM, British Airways, and Shell. Ray received a BA in graphic design from the Leeds Metropolitan University and was also educated at Middlesex University.

Bengt Eriksson is managing director for the Dubai office of Landor Associates, responsible for the company's operations in the Middle East, North Africa, and India. He has been with Landor for eleven years, first in Europe and since 2002 in Dubai. He has led branding projects in financial services, real estate, telecoms, petroleum, airlines, and fast-moving consumer goods. Craig Branigan is chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Branding to Design (B to D) Group of WPP. He also serves as chairman of Landor, the most senior member of the B to D Group. Prior to his current position, Craig served as CEO of Landor, based in San Francisco, and was responsible for more than 20 Landor offices around the world. Previously, Craig also served as president of Landor Europe, while based in London from 1998 to 2000. He led its operations to significant growth while expanding the range of services provided to clients. In this capacity, Craig was involved in branding programs for leading global companies including British Midland, Ford Motor Company, Kraft, Philip Morris, and Procter & Gamble. Craig joined Landor in 1996 as managing director of the San Francisco office, helping it evolve from a design-focused company to a branding firm that balances strategic rigor with world-class creativity. Under his leadership, the San Francisco office achieved double-digit growth and formed strong relationships with brands, including Accenture, Coors, FedEx, Frito-Lay, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Visa, and Visteon. Craig is a recognized authority on global branding and brand communications. He has been quoted in numerous business and professional publications and has frequently appeared on radio and television programs. He has served as a member and officer of various business and professional organizations, including Chief Executives Organization, World Presidents' Organization, Young Presidents' Organization, the American Association of Advertising Agencies, and the Bay Area Council. He has been active on numerous nonprofit boards, such as Just Say No International, Coro, and San Francisco School Volunteers, and currently serves on the board of the newly founded Bay Area Youth Fund for Education. Before joining Landor, Craig was president and CEO of Young & Rubicam's San Francisco office. Under his leadership, the office grew from 25 employees and $15 million in billings to 175 employees and $225 million in billings to become one of the leading advertising agencies on the West Coast. In this role, Craig worked with first-tier brands including Chevron, Clorox, Gallo, Heinz, Novell, and Sun-Maid. A graduate of Lawrence University in Wisconsin, Craig was awarded an MBA from the University of Michigan. He currently serves on the corporate advisory board for his alma mater, the University of Michigan Business School.
Mathilde Lauriau-Tedeschi is the managing director of the Paris office of Landor Associates. She has been with Landor since 1997 and has a diverse client portfolio that includes Danone, Kellogg's, Kraft Foods, and Procter & Gamble (P&G). Before she was managing director, Mathilde directed Landor's client relationship with P&G in Europe. While in the Geneva office, she managed teams in five Landor offices working with P&G: Paris, Milan, London, Hamburg, and Dubai. Mathilde began her career in advertising with Leo Burnett, where she spent seven years, moving from account executive to group account director. Clients included Black & White whisky, Vicks, Vidal Sassoon, and United Airlines.
Michael Graham is Managing Director the Landor Sydney office. His experience covers a wide range of industries in markets as broad as United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Korea, the United States and Australia. Prior to relocating to the Sydney office of Young and Rubicam, Michael was based in Landor's London office where his role covered program development, marketing and consulting. During his career at Landor, Michael has advised clients such as Nestle, Fuji Xerox, Fritolay, Diageo, Goldman Sachs, Computershare, Lion Nathan and Sydney Olympic Park. Nick Foley is managing director of the Sydney office of Landor Associates. Nick gained his experience working for blue-chip companies in fast-moving consumer goods in Asia Pacific, managing all aspects of the marketing mix. During his time at Landor, Nick worked closely on a renovation project for Campbell's and was on the team that re-engineered the brand architecture of Australian Wool Innovation. Other clients include the city of Melbourne, Foster's, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Telstra, and Weston's. Prior to Landor, Nick managed strategic brand portfolios for Goodman Fielder, Mars, and Nestle, working in insight and idea generation, brand positioning, strategic brand planning, new product development, and locally created mass media campaigns. In addition to Nick's classical marketing experience, he has managed Australia's largest retailer, Woolworths, and has overseen category marketing teams focused on the creation of quantitative consumer insights and trends. Nick has a bachelor of business degree in marketing from Deakin University, Melbourne. He also has both a master of business in international marketing and a postgraduate diploma in finance and accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Andy Keene joined Landor Associates in 2002 as part of the San Francisco office. In 2008, Andy became the creative director for the Beijing office. Andy has more than 15 years of national and international design experience with both global industry leaders and start-up companies. His extensive experience in both the corporate and consumer arenas has allowed him to create brands for such clients as Abbott, Coors, Del Monte, Kia Motors, Kumho Asiana, and Motorola. While at Landor, Andy has designed for Barclays, FedEx Kinko's, Gerdau, K-Swiss, Procter & Gamble, Skyy Spirits, and Starbucks. Andy's career began in Chicago where he held design positions at LAGA, Michael Stanard Design, and DKI. He also spent many years designing for the Chicago theater community, which included clients such as Steppenwolf Theatre and the Goodman Theatre. Andy has a BFA in visual communications from Northern Illinois University and spent many years teaching at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. His work has been published in American Corporate Identity, Critique magazine, Print magazine, and Communication Arts.
Cameron Imani is creative director in the San Francisco office of Landor Associates and is responsible for developing branded environments and packaging across a broad range of industries. His award-winning and commercially successful projects always focus on engaging the customer. Over the years, Cameron has been responsible for a wide range of branding projects. His industrial design work includes innovative packaging concepts for Frito-Lay, Hewlett-Packard, SKYY Spirits, and SanDisk; a new global gas pump for BP; ATM design and architecture; and airline seating design. He has also developed global signing and interiors programs for Accenture, Agilent Technologies, FedEx, ITT industries, John Deere, and NetApp. Retail projects have included brand architecture and point-of-purchase design for Frito-Lay; development of retail venues for H&R Block; in-store communications strategy and design for Banana Republic; and new store designs for LG Electronics and Papyrus. Cameron's work has earned numerous awards, including the Graphis Gold Award in 2007; an Exhibitor magazine Gold Award in 2002; Gold and Silver Clio Awards for design in 2001; I.D. magazine's Industrial Design Excellence Bronze and Silver Awards; two Society of Environmental Graphic Design merit awards; and the Western Art Directors Club award for excellence. Cameron joined Landor in 1997 after five years with a leading design firm. While a project designer there, his work included the Oracle Internet Exhibit at EPCOT Center in Florida and the Philips Competence Center in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Cameron has also developed contract furniture and concepts for Herman Miller U.S.A. and Herman Miller Japan. Cameron earned a BS in industrial design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

Cecile Ayed Baur is client services director at the Paris office of Landor Associates, where she manages drink and tobacco brand identity projects. Cecile has worked on a variety of projects in Europe, ranging from the revitalization of the Mumm Champagne brand to new product developments for the Martell cognac brand. She currently manages projects for the leading French brewery, Kronenbourg, and for Philip Morris. Before joining Landor in June 2000, Cecile worked for the London-based agency Claessens International, where she was responsible for accounts in France and Spain, including Bacardi-Martini, Hennessy cognac, and Pernod Ricard. Cecile graduated from the Rouen School of Management, spending her last year at the University of Deusto in Spain.
Craig Dobie is an associate creative director in the New York office of Landor Associates. Together with his team, Craig has developed and launched the new identity for the city of Baltimore, revitalized the Leviton family brand, and has been the linchpin of the multi-agency modernization of the Verizon brand across all touchpoints. He has spent the last fifteen years creating, managing, and implementing brands in both Europe and the United States. His strategically focused work has touched audiences on many levels and in many forms, giving him invaluable insight into the wider application of design. Craig's skills identifying and articulating the essence of a brand have been built in the key creative positions he has previously held at Addison, Interbrand, and Wolff Olins. His clients have included Bancomer, the BBC, Citibank, Constellation Brands, MBNA, McGraw-Hill, Microsoft, Sony Entertainment Europe, Thus (cable and wireless), U.S. Steel, and the World Gold Council. He holds an honors bachelor degree in visual communication from Edinburgh College of Art in the United Kingdom, and he studies Japanese at the Japan Society in New York.
Ed holds a Masters degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Ed has been a featured speaker for the Department of Energy, at Sears, Roebuck & Co. training conferences, and was a guest lecturer at the Kellogg School.

Hans Megard is director of the Nordic Region for Landor Associates. Based in Oslo, he manages Landor's activities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Hans is responsible for new business, development of marketing and communication tools, networking with Young & Rubicam and WPP group companies, and for strengthening the Landor brand in the market. He also manages key regional clients. Before moving to Norway, Hans was client director for the Dubai office of Landor, where he was responsible for managing key local clients, such as BP, the Kingdom of Jordan (destination branding), and Oman Oil. Prior to his work in Dubai, Hans was a marketing director in Landor's Hamburg office. While in Germany, he was responsible for new business, marketing, and communications. Hans began his career as a project manager in the London office of Landor managing and coordinating corporate identity implementation projects for such clients as Neste, Nordea, Norsk Hydro, and Telenor. Jack Bredenfoerder is a design director in the Cincinnati office of Landor Associates, specializing in color strategy, trends, and forecasting. When color becomes a critical issue, Jack offers his color expertise across the "One Landor Network.a ? He is internationally recognized as a color authority and has been featured in leading business, consumer, and design publications, such as the Financial Times, Communication Arts, Advertising Age, I.D. magazine, HGTV, and the New Yorker. For the past three years, Jack has organized and recruited speakers for the Fall Trend Day event in Cincinnati. He also develops a yearly Mega Trend forecast that has been an invaluable reference for many of Landor's design teams. Jack often presents color strategy and color trend directions to professional associations, including the American Society of Interior Designers, Color Marketing Group, and the Event Design Forum. He is scheduled in June 2009 to present "The New Color Strategya ? to the HOW international conference in San Antonio, Texas. Jack is the immediate past president of Color Marketing Group (CMG), the premier international association for color design professionals. In his two-year term he increased CMG's international presence and presided over nine international meetings in Singapore, Chicago, Berlin, Tampa, Jaipur, Montreal, Bilbao, Buenos Aires, and Phoenix. Jack continues to serve on CMG's executive committee and board of directors. Jack has studied the emotions of color with Leatrice Eiseman, international color authority and director of the Pantone Institute. He holds an MBA from Xavier University with a specialization in marketing and a BA from Bowling Green State University of Ohio with an art major in design and a minor in business administration.

Michelle Gee is a senior client director in the Paris office of Landor Associates. Previously, she was a strategy director in the San Francisco office. She has 12 years of branding experience ranging from large-scale global brands to highly targeted niche marketing. Michelle joins Landor from Young & Rubicam's Hispanic marketing agency, the Bravo Group, where she developed branding platforms and strategic marketing recommendations for clients, such as Chevron-Texaco, Kraft, Sears, and Visa. At Young & Rubicam, she also helped launch Bravo's Hispanic BrandAsset Valuator, the first such brand assessment tool for the Hispanic market in the United States. Previously, Michelle spent several years in product management for Avon Products, Inc., and L'Oreal USA following work as a design engineer for Imaginative Products and Consulting Corporation. Michelle holds a BS in engineering, product design, from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Peter Knapp is executive creative director, Europe and Middle East, based in the London office of Landor Associates. Peter has been creative director at Landor for more than 12 years. He started working in the London office in 1993 and subsequently moved to the Hong Kong office in 1995. There, he had overall responsibility for steering and directing all branding programs in Southeast Asia. He returned to London in 1996, where he now oversees all creative work generated within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Peter specializes in integrated branding and design programs where graphic and three-dimensional designs are used together to form total branded experiences for consumers. He has a broad range of local and global experience for corporate, service, retail, and consumer-packaged goods brands. He is widely known for his unparalleled expertise in airline branding, from flag carriers to low-cost brands. Rhian James is director of client services for the Singapore office of Landor Associates, responsible for directing the client-services team across consumer brands and brand environments. Rhian provides strategic consulting and direct client management to Landor's key clients in Asia Pacific and supports new business development initiatives. Rhian has over 20 years of experience in brand management in Hong Kong, East and Southeast Asia, and Europe. She has extensive worldwide experience working for multinational and land-national clients as well as government and quasi-governmental clients in the design and communication sector. Clients include Brand Hong Kong, Diageo, Godfrey Philips India, Kraft, PepsiCo, and PMI. Rhian joined Landor from Burson-Marsteller, where she was seconded to the information services department, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government. Her responsibilities included the day-to-day brand management of Hong Kong's identity and acting as liaison with government departments in Hong Kong and overseas. Rhian's strategic development role focused on co-branding marketing opportunities within the private sector to position Hong Kong as Asia's world city. Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, Rhian was the creative director and senior board director of Addison Design Consultants in Singapore. She was responsible for all creative design and brand development work in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. In London, Rhian worked as the creative director for brand identity for Addison, and as group head and associate director of Conran Design Group. Rhian holds a degree in graphic design from the Norwich School of Art and Design in Norfolk, United Kingdom.

Richard's multidisciplinary experience and skills extend from packaging design to corporate identity, brand strategy, and innovation. Previously, Richard spent five years as design director for Mittleman/Robinson, leading new product development and brand repositioning projects for Maxwell House's Cappio Iced Cappuccino, Jose Cuervo tequila, and Cinzano vermouth. He began his career in 1980 as a designer with the Siebel/Smith group and RSI marketing. Richard holds a BFA in communication design from Parsons School of Design with a major in brand identity. He has been quoted on brand identity projects in Design Week, Advertising Age, and the New York Daily News.
