"Jerry D. Chase joined Lantronix as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. A seasoned executive of publicly traded companies, he brings solid management experience and leadership to the Lantronix team. As CEO, he has successfully led three companies - Terayon Communication Systems, Thales Broadcast & Multimedia and Thales Broadcast & Multimedia (USA).
Mr. Chase was most recently president, CEO and board member for Terayon Communication Systems, a public cable, telecom and satellite supplier of digital video networking applications. During his tenure, the company sold two of its three unprofitable business units and focused solely on growing its digital video business from $24 million in revenues to $60 million. He was instrumental in rebuilding Terayon's credibility with investors and eventually worked with Goldman Sachs to sell the company to Motorola in July 2007.
Mr. Chase began his career as a pilot and operations officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he built a strong foundation for leadership, process and crisis management. Following the Marine Corps he attended Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA.

"Reagan Sakai joined Lantronix in November 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, reporting, and system of internal controls.
Mr. Sakai brings more than 25 years of operating financial management and strategic planning experience within the high-tech industry. He has been Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies, including HyPerformix, VIEO, and Crossroads Systems. As Chief Financial Officer of Crossroads Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDS), he oversaw its highly successful IPO in October 1999 and was responsible for finance and accounting, treasury, risk management and investor relations. Mr. Sakai has also held financial management positions at Exabyte, Maxtor Corporation, McDATA, and StorageTek. Mr. Sakai is experienced in hardware and software industries, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth and turnaround environments.
Mr. Sakai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also served on the Board of Directors for the University of Texas Federal Credit Union.

Brian H. Campbell joined Lantronix as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations in September 2006. Campbell is responsible for product availability, warehouse operations, procurement, contract manufacturing, new product introduction, test engineering and quality. Campbell has 18 years experience in operations, materials, and program and product management for high volume off-shore manufacturing of complex electronics devices. Most recently, as vice president of materials for Western Digital Corporation, Campbell managed world-wide electronics supply for the company's four billion dollar hard drive business including off-shore contract manufacturing for Western Digital's branded products. Earlier roles included positions in demand operations, program directorship, new product introduction, and product marketing. Campbell carries a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona where he earned Dean's List standing.

Christopher Preston joined Lantronix as Senior Vice President of Marketing in August 2006. He is responsible for managing all marketing functions for Lantronix on a worldwide basis including marketing communications, channel marketing and product strategy and vision. Preston joins Lantronix with 19 years experience in marketing and sales for major technology, enterprise software solutions and hardware brands. Most recently, as Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing for FileNet Corporation, Preston was instrumental in the development and growth of the FileNet's Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software business. Prior to FileNet, Preston held a variety of sales and corporate marketing positions with the Eastman Kodak Company's Business Imaging System Division. He also held executive management positions with leading agencies and start-up organizations involved in eCRM, e-business consulting and interactive Advertising including McCann-Erickson and SafeHarbor.com.

David Schafer joined Lantronix as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales in October 2002. During his tenure at Lantronix, he has been instrumental in re-energizing the company's worldwide channel reseller and OEM representative structures. His primary objective is to provide the necessary leadership, strategic direction and motivation to grow the global sales organization and increase revenue. Schafer brings more than 20 years of direct sales and sales management experience to Lantronix. As Executive Vice president of Worldwide Sales at Western Digital for 11 years, he was instrumental in increasing the company's sales from less than $300 million to more than $4 billion. After his tenure at Western Digital, Shafer spent a year of teaching sixth grade mathematics at his childrens' school and served as Vice President of Sales for Valence Semiconductor. Schafer earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Orangewood Children's Foundation.

Jeff Kost joined Lantronix as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales in April, 2009. A seasoned executive with almost 20 years of tech-industry sales and management experience, Mr. Kost is responsible for Lantronix' global sales organization and partner channels. Prior to Lantronix, Mr. Kost spent 11 years at flash memory data and storage provider SanDisk. There he held several positions planning and executing strategic sales initiatives aimed at global Fortune 100 original equipment manufacturers in the industrial, medical, telecom and other markets. Most recently, Mr. Kost served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of SanDisk's Mobile Consumer Solutions group, a division with revenues approaching $1 billion. In that role, he nearly doubled sales volume year-over-year, as well as spearheading the sales of all mobile products through retail channels. He was further responsible for launching key new products and opening several new markets, territories and channels. Mr. Kost has significant international experience with a history of successful management of sales and business activities in Europe and Asia. Mr. Kost serves on several non-profit and advisory boards and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
Allison Garcia joined Lantronix in July 2008. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Garcia oversees the company's compensation and benefit plans, organization development, workforce planning, recruiting and staffing, and strategic human resource initiatives. In this role Ms. Garcia also acts as a liaison to the Board appointed Compensation Committee. With more than 15 years experience, Ms. Garcia brings a wealth of knowledge from both the domestic and global human resource arenas. Ms. Garcia has lead human resource teams and personally managed the human resource function within the United States, Canada, China, and Europe. She has a depth of international experience with global policy development, global mobility management, visa and immigration, and the design of expatriate and in-country compensation programs. Ms. Garcia has also routinely participated on M&A due diligence teams. Ms. Garcia started her career at The Boeing Company in 1994 supporting their Tanker and Airlift and Cargo programs, and from that time has worked as a human resource professional within the human resource outsourcing, apparel manufacturing and retail sales, and high technology industries. Ms. Garcia earned her Bachelors' of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and her Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business.
Bob Cross joined Lantronix as Vice President of Development in March 2003. He overseas the engineering organization and is responsible for ensuring the design and development of competitive, state of the art data center management and device networking products. Cross has more than 25 years experience in engineering development and management. Before becoming a full time Lantronix employee, he worked as a consultant to help the company consolidate operations, improve engineering productivity and transition operations to contract manufacturers. Prior to joining Lantronix, he was Vice President of Engineering at Western Digital Corporation where he was responsible for all desktop drive development.

"Daryl R. Miller joined Lantronix in January 2000 as the Senior Director of Engineering. He has been instrumental in development of Lantronix’ most innovative and profitable solutions and currently has three patents pending in the areas of wired and wireless networking and software technology.
With more than 25 years of experience in embedded systems, software, engineering tools, computer graphics and networking, he has authored many articles which have been published in trade publications around the world and has been a speaker at the Embedded Systems Conferences and other industry trade shows.
Prior to Lantronix, Mr. Miller spent 14 years at Tektronix and held several roles with the Microprocessor Design and Networked Displays divisions and was National Manager of Applications Engineering when the division was sold to Network Computing Devices (NCD). With NCD, he was the Worldwide Director of Service and Support and successfully managed a multi-million dollar contracts and custom engineering business. Mr. Miller also owned his own business for several years providing embedded hardware and software development for the medical and entertainment industries.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with honors.

Howard has over 30 years experience as a tax and financial advisory Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his career, he provided transaction support and internal financial advice to a number of the largest private equity firms in the United States. He also served many of the firm's largest audit clients with tax and merger and acquisition counsel. Upon leaving PwC, he became Executive VP and CFO of Quaartz, Inc. and upon merger with Appiant Technologies, Inc. acted as Interim CFO. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lantronix, Inc. and Zircon. Howard received a BA from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law.

Lewis Solomon was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2008 and has been a director of the Company since January 2002. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of G&L Investments, a consulting firm specializing in technology. Mr. Solomon also co-founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Broadband Services, Inc. (BSI), an outsource provider of supply chain management, network planning, and fulfillment services from 1999 to 2004. From 1983 to 1988, he served as the Executive Vice President of Alan Patricof Associates, a global venture capital firm. Mr. Solomon also spent 14 years at General Instrument Corporation, ultimately as Senior Vice President and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. THOMAS M. WITTENSCHLAEGER, (age 49), is our Chief Executive Officer, President, a director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Wittenschlaeger has accumulated more than twenty-two years of experience in the high technology products and services area, much of it in general management with leadership positions in operating units ranging in size from $3 million to $500 million in annual revenues. From 2002 to 2004, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Technical Officer at Venturi Partners, Inc., a leading provider of information technology and professional staffing services nationwide. From 2000 to 2002, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of ViaSat Satellite Networks, the commercial arm of ViaSat, Inc. He is a 1979 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a B.S. in electrical engineering and post-graduate work in nuclear engineering. He is also a graduate of the UCLA Executive Program in Business and co-founder of UCLA's Executive Program in Marketing. Mr. Wittenschlaeger has been our Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since March 15, 2004.
