Annette Wells is a health and medicine reporter for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. She previously wrote for several papers in Southern California. Annette is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton where she majored in mass communications with emphasis in broadcast journalism. As a health reporter, Annette spends much of her time visiting local hospitals, interviewing local physicians and scanning national medical magazines and wire stories regarding current health care issues. She is engaged and has a 3 1/2 year old Shiba Inu named Aiko.

Chuck N. Baker is a multi-talented communicator who is equally at home in several fields of journalism. The founder and editor of what has become Nevada's popular military veterans publication, Baker served in numerous editorial positions at some of the top media companies in Las Vegas. Most recently he invested three years as the editor of the suburban Boulder City News. From 1989 through 1994 he was the Real Estate Editor of the Las Vegas Review Journal. He also served as a commentator for a top-rated real estate show on KNXT-TV Channel 13; and was a news reporter and anchor on Las Vegas ONE all-news television. For many years he produced and hosted radio shows on KNUU-AM and KKVV-AM in Las Vegas. He currently hosts shows on BCTV in Boulder City and is an active freelance contributor to numerous local, national and international publications. While serving in the U.S. Army, Baker was an editor and writer for the post newspaper at Fort Riley, Kansas. He later served in combat in Vietnam with the 1st Infantry Division where he received the Combat Infantryman's Badge and the Purple Heart, as well as a promotion to the rank of Specialist Four. He is the author of two published books, "The Rockin' Fifties, A Rock & Roll Scrapbook," and "How Virtually Anybody Can Buy Real Estate." He is also the writer/producer of the award-winning instructional home video, "Basic Real Estate Investing." In the summer of 2002 his book, "Flowers For Princess Diana" (co-written with Englishman Ian Jackman) is scheduled to be published. He has already begun work on his next project, a history of the vocal group The Platters. He attended Wright Jr. College in Chicago, Los Angeles City College and California State University in Los Angeles, as well as LaSalle School of Law in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws degree. He has also studied television news reporting at the University of Maryland.

A certified interior designer for over 16 years, Gail Mayhugh runs her own interior design business, GMJ Interiors. As a trained certified designer, interior redesigner, real estate stager and certified color consultant, she has experience in residential, commercial and model home design. Mayhugh has designed over 4,000,000 square feet of living and commercial space, interior merchandise over 425 model homes and has a client base of over 3,000. Before opening her own business in 1990, Mayhugh honed her business skills for 10 years as a corporate officer and department manager for Citibank. Along with running her own business, she is an adjunct interior design instructor for the Community College of Southern Nevada and teachers her own private interior design and redesign classes for students all over the country. She is the design columnist for the Las Vegas Review Journal, the interior design writer for Las Vegas' Home and Hearth Magazine and former contributing writer for Distinctive Homes, Broker Agent Magazine, Las Vegas Home Needs and Henderson Home News. Mayhugh has also authored of A Decorating 10!, IRIS in the House and various real estate and decorating resource booklets. Mayhugh was born and raised in New York, but has made Las Vegas, Nevada her home for the past 27 years with her husband of 21 years. She currently serves on the interior design advisory board for the Community College of Southern Nevada.

He's worked as a reporter for the Las Vegas Sun, a writer for CityLife, and as a political columnist for the Las Vegas Review-Journal, all of which proves he can't keep a job for long. He was born and raised in Southern California, and returns regularly for fun in the sun where it's not 116-degrees and where the "water feature" is named the "Pacific Ocean."
