Robin McConnell has been an integral part of SHRM-LI for over 15 years and is a former 2-time past president. As the current General Manager of Human Resources for Nikon Inc., Robin keeps abreast of current trends in human resources. Her commitment to SHRM-LI also extends to the state level as she is the current NYS State Director. Two years ago, Robin was honored at the SHRM-LI Annual Conference when she received the Joseph Duffy Award.

Anne Cahill is a professional markets technical representative for Nikon, Inc. She supports and assists Nikon Professional Services members involved in various segments of the photographic marketplace. In addition to working field events, including the Olympics and other national media events, Anne teaches and demonstrates the latest Nikon products at workshops and photographic/imaging shows. She is keenly interested in nature photography and portraiture. This is her fourth year teaching at The Workshops.

Scott Frier has been involved in professional photography for more than 35 years. His assignments have taken him to over 70 countries, and he has taught at many schools and colleges. As chief expedition photographer of the Cousteau Society, he accompanied Jacques and Jean-Michel Cousteau on expeditions to the Gulf of Labrador, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and the Amazon. Currently Scott is a technical specialist in digital imaging at Nikon, Inc., writing and lecturing on digital photography and photographing his favorite subjects of wildlife and nature. His images and articles have appeared in numerous magazines and books in the U.S. and abroad. This is Scott's fourth year teaching for The Workshops.
