Noble International, Ltd. ("Noble"), through its subsidiaries, is a full-service provider of tailored laser welded blanks and tubes for the automotive industry. Noble's laser-welded blanks are manufactured from two or more blanks of varying thickness and sizes welded together utilizing automated laser assemblies, and are used by original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs") or their suppliers in automobile body components such as doors, fenders, body side panels, and pillars. Noble operates four locations in Michigan, Kentucky, Canada, and Australia. In January 2005, Noble purchased a metal processing business in Mexico. Executive offices are located at 28213 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093, tel. (586) 751-5600. Noble's common stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol NOBL.
