John W. Gamble Jr., is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Lexmark International, Inc. In addition to corporate finance functions, he is responsible for Lexmark's investor relations, information technology, strategy and development, and internal audit and security functions. Gamble joined Lexmark in September 2005. Prior to Lexmark, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Gamble also served in finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two entities. Earlier, Gamble served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. He began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.

Paul Rooke is an executive vice president of Lexmark International, Inc., and president of the Consumer Printer Division. He is responsible for meeting the needs of Lexmark's worldwide customers for inkjet printers, all-in-one products, and related supplies and support, including development, manufacturing, marketing and sales. From December 1999 to July 2007, Rooke was president of Lexmark’s Printing Solutions and Services Division, which provides Lexmark’s worldwide business customers with products, supplies, software, solutions and services. Before that, he was president of Lexmark's former Imaging Solutions Division, responsible for worldwide supplies distribution. Rooke joined Lexmark at the company's inception in 1991 and has held various management assignments, including vice president of worldwide marketing and U.S. sales in the Consumer Printer Division. Rooke began his career with IBM in 1980 as a manufacturing engineer. In 1984, he came to IBM's Lexington, Ky., facility as manager of Wheelprinter automation. He worked in a variety of diverse assignments for IBM, including manager of cost engineering, product planning and assistant to the vice president of the Systems Printer Division. Rooke holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky.

Dan Bork is vice president of tax for Lexmark International, Inc. He is responsible for worldwide tax matters, including compliance, planning and strategy to ensure favorable tax rates and improved cash flow. Bork became vice president of tax in May 2001. He joined Lexmark in 1996 as director of taxes after nearly 20 years of experience in U.S. and international tax matters.A He previously was senior director of tax for Cray Research Inc. in Eagan, Minn. He also held various senior-level positions with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. in Minneapolis, including director of international tax services. Bork holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., and a master's in business taxation from the University of Minnesota. He serves on the board of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and is current president of the Kentucky Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute. He is also a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gary Stromquist is vice president and corporate controller for Lexmark International, Inc. His responsibilities include external reporting, management reporting, credit activities and worldwide accounting and consolidations. Stromquist has been vice president and corporate controller since June 2001 and has been with the company since its inception in 1991. He has served as vice president of OEM and alliances and vice president of finance in the Consumer Printer Division, as well as director of corporate planning. He began his career with IBM, holding various accounting and financial staff and management positions. Stromquist holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and a master's in business administration from Xavier University.

Jeri Isbell is vice president of Human Resources for Lexmark International, Inc. Isbell became vice president of HR in February 2003. Previously, she was vice president, worldwide compensation and resource programs, HR. Prior to this, she served in Lexmark's former Business Printer Division as vice president of finance, manager of manufacturing financial planning and U.S. controller. Isbell has been with Lexmark since its inception in 1991. She began her career with IBM, holding various staff and management positions. Isbell holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a master's in business administration from Xavier University. She is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant. Isbell serves on the board of Commerce Lexington. She also serves on the Lexington Metro YMCA HR Committee.

Marty Canning is a vice president of Lexmark International, Inc., and president of the Printing Solutions and Services Division. He is responsible for meeting the needs of Lexmark's worldwide business customers for products, supplies, software, solutions and services.

Bob Patton is vice president, general counsel and secretary of Lexmark International, Inc. Since June 2008, he has been responsible for the worldwide operations of the company's legal department.

Ronaldo Foresti is vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America for Lexmark International, with responsibility for marketing and sales activities in two of the fastest-growing markets in the world.

Timothy P. Craig has served as Vice President of Lexmark International, Inc., a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing solutions, and President of its Consumer Printing Division since November 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Craig held the roles of Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development from April 2000 through November 2000, and Vice President of Development, Business Printer Division from 1997 through April 2000.

Liz has been an HR Business Partner at Lexmark International Inc. since 2006, supporting the company's Consumer Printing Division. She joined Lexmark in 2004 as Recruiting Practices Coordinator, responsible for streamlining and improving the company's U.S. recruiting processes. Before joining Lexmark, Liz spent more than 17 years in journalism, as a reporter and metro assigning editor, working at several daily newspapers across the country. The last 12 were with Knight Ridder, where she specialized in recruiting, staff development and the management of intern programs. Liz has bachelor's degrees in journalism and English from the University of Kentucky . She earned her SPHR in 2005.

Paula Anderson works as Employee Relations Specialist for Lexmark International in Lexington Kentucky. Prior to this, she worked for the Lexington Herald-Leader in the Human Resources Department as Development Manager and Community Relations Manager, where she supervises employee development, compensation, benefits, training and activities. Additionally, she served as the Herald-Leader's liaison with the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and coordinated the company's community relations and contributions efforts. Children, education and the arts are the focus of Paula's community activities. She serves on the board of directors for the Lexington Children's Museum, the Lexington Arts and Cultural Council, the High Street YMCA, and the University of Kentucky's daily student newspaper, The Kentucky Kernel. Paula is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. She is married to Jerry Tipton, Herald-Leader sportswriter, and the mother of two sons.

Tom joined Media House eight years ago after 30 years experience in senior editorial executive positions with The Mirror and Express Newspaper Groups in London and in Glasgow. He is now head of the Strategy Support Team and is in regular communication with Coach USA and Black Mountain Group. Among his other clients in North America are Lexmark International, South Street Seaport Museum, Gray Line New York Sightseeing and Bourne Leisure Group.

Mr. B. Charles Ames, age 80, has been a Director of the Company since March 1991. Since prior to 1991, Mr. Ames has been a principal of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. Mr. Ames was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Electric Company, The Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company and Acme Cleveland Corporation.

James Hardymon joined Investcorp as an Advisory Director to the private equity team in 2002. James is the former CEO of Textron, Inc. Previously, he was the President and CEO of Emerson Electric. James is a seasoned manufacturing executive with over 40 years of experience across a variety of industries including aircraft, automotive and industrial. The companies led by James are legends for execution, operating performance, profitability and shareholder growth. During his tenure Emerson and Textron were very acquisitive, performing more than 50 acquisitions. James is a member of the Board of Directors of Air Products and Chemicals, Lexmark International, Circuit City Stores, American Standard and Schneider Electrics.

Mr. Marvin L. Mann, age 75, has been a Director of the Company since March 1991. In April 1999, Mr. Mann was named Chairman Emeritus upon his retirement as Chairman of the Board of the Company, a position he had held since March 1991. From March 1991 through May 1998, Mr. Mann also served as Chief Executive Officer, and from March 1991 through February 1997, he also served as President of the Company. Prior to such time, Mr. Mann was an IBM Vice President.

Mike Maples' impressive background spans over 35 years in the computer industry, including tenure at Microsoft, where he served as Executive Vice President of the Worldwide Products Group, and as a member of the Office of the President, reporting directly to Bill Gates. He is still a Microsoft Ambassador, advising Microsoft on strategic relationships and management initiatives. Prior to joining Microsoft, Maples served as the Director of Software Strategy at IBM. He is currently on the boards of J. D. Edwards & Co., Lexmark Corporation, Mission Critical Software, Motive Communications, Alibre, and Concero.

Mr. Robert Holland, Jr., age 68, has been a Director of the Company since December 1998. Mr. Holland is a General Partner of The West Africa Fund and continues to maintain a consulting practice for strategic development assistance to senior management of Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Mr. Holland served as a General Partner and Industry Specialist with Cordova, Smart and Williams. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of WorkPlace Integrators, a company he acquired in June 1997 and sold in April 2001. Mr. Holland also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. from February 1995 to December 1996, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rokher-J Inc. from 1991 to 1995 and from 1981 to 1984, Chairman of Gilreath Manufacturing, Inc. from 1987 to 1991 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of City Marketing from 1984 to 1987. Mr. Holland is a former partner with McKinsey & Company, Inc. and held various positions at Mobil Oil Corporation from 1962 to 1968. He also serves as a director of Carver Bancorp, Inc., Neptune Orient Lines, LTD and YUM! Brands, Inc.
