Steven Straus joined LCA-Vision/LasikPlus in November 2006 as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Straus oversees and directs all areas of the company, and is responsible for day-to-day operations, including implementing and monitoring business strategies and approving core corporate initiatives and projects. Prior to joining LCA-Vision/LasikPlus, he served for three years as President and Chief Operating Officer of MSO Medical, Inc, an obesity disease and bariatric surgery management company, where he helped create a bariatric surgery management program that went on to receive two of the highest levels of accreditation and certification in the industry. He has served in a number of leadership roles in healthcare related businesses throughout a professional career spanning approximately three decades, including executive level positions at TLC Vision Corporation, Jordan Industries, Inc., Columbia/HCA Inc./Medical Care America, Inc., and Baxter International/American Hospital Supply Corporation. During his tenure at TLC Vision, he successfully launched a start-up ophthalmic, single-specialty ambulatory surgery division, and served on the board of directors of Laser Vision Centers, Inc. prior to its acquisition by TLC Vision in 2001. While serving in senior positions at Jordan Industries, Columbia/HCA and Baxter International/American Hospital Supply Corporation, he had responsibility for business development, sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Straus earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He has served on private and public company boards of directors including serving six years on the board of directors at Laser Vision Centers, Inc. Mr. Straus has served as a director of LCA-Vision since 2006.

E. Anthony Woods has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Support Source, a limited liability investing/consulting company, providing financial, management and marketing expertise to the healthcare industry since 2003.
