C. Richard (Dick) Harrison is the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer (CEO) of PTC. Mr. Harrison is responsible for driving all of PTC’s global strategic planning and business strategy. Experience Previous to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Harrison spent six years as PTC president and chief operating officer, responsible for all global sales, marketing, support and services. James (Jim) Heppelmann is the president and chief operating officer of PTC. Mr. Heppelmann is responsible for managing the operating business units of the company including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Maintenance. He also serves on PTC’s Board of Directors. Steve Horan is a corporate vice president and Chief Information Officer at PTC. Brian Shepherd is the executive vice president of product development for PTC. In this role, Mr. Shepherd has responsibility for product management, product development, and vertical strategy across all product lines: Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Arbortext, Mathcad, CoCreate, InSight and ProductView.
