He served as the Treasurer of Metrocall from August 1995 to February 2003, and served as adirector of Metrocall from 1990 to 1996 and from May 2003 to November 2004. Mr. Kelly also serves as thePresident, CEO and director for all of the Company’s subsidiaries, except for GTES, LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, for which Mr. Kelly is only a director.
