He is a member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and also the current Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association. He is a product of Mayflower School, Ikenne Ogun State and later a graduate of University of Houston, Texas, USA from where he obtained a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration, specialising in Finance. His career began in Insurance with SCIB & Company Insurance Brokers (an affiliate of Sedgwicks Insurance Brokers) in 1980 and joined LEADWAY in 1981. In 1994, he became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is a Munich-Re scholar, being the First West African recipient of Munich-Re Fellowship at Georgia State University. He has done extensive research on computerization of Insurance business. Mr. Oye Hassan-Odukale is on the board of a number of reputable companies and was appointed a member of the Governing Council of Nigerian Insurers Association in 1995. He also served on the Federal Government of Nigeria's Committee for the review of Insurance Laws.

He graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) with a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and has had extensive experience in insurance underwriting. He has attended a number of Technical and Management programs including the Advance course in General Insurance of the Swiss Insurance Training Institute and the Advance Management Program of the Lagos Business School. He is a graduate of "The Polytechnic" Ibadan from where he obtained an HND in Accountancy. He worked with Deloitte Adetona Isichei & co., a firm of chartered Accountants before joining Leadway in 1987. Mr. Ajadi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and a Master Degree in Business Administration with bias in Finance from Lagos State University. He is a member of the Oracle Users' Group (International and UK). Mr. Tehingbola joined Leadway in 1993 as a middle level management staff in the Information Technology department after a stint with Sun Insurance Plc. He has attended several local and international courses and seminars.

He is a graduate of University of Lagos with a Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science. He qualified as an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute, London in 1987. He is currently serving on the Board of Vono Nigeria Plc.

She is a Legal Practitioner with extensive experience in legal research, corporate legal practice, insurance and financial services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Glamorgan in Wales and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Bristol, England, graduating with distinction in Jurisprudence. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Alhaji Hassan Hadejia [Shettiman of Hadejia] is a seasoned businessman and administrator. He was the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of LEADWAY until 1993 when he relinquished this position to serve as the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources. He has interest in various companies. Pastor Jaiyeola Oyewole Oni is an insurance practitioner with 31 years experience in the Insurance Industry. He is a product of St. Peters College, Akure and the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, USA, from where he undertook a Certificate Course in Small Business Management. He retired as the Deputy Managing Director of the Company in 1991, but retained his position as Director, which he held as a founding Director. He is a full time Pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church. Mrs. Adenike Fasoranti is an insurance practitioner with over 25 years experience in insurance underwriting and management. She holds a Diploma in Insurance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is also an alumnus of the Swiss Insurance Training Institute and has special interest in Products' Marketing.

Mr. Babatunde Hassan-Odukale is a graduate of the University of London and City University, London. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Pure Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Science. He is a member of the Royal Society of Mathematics and the Institute of Actuaries. He is on the board of directors of various blue-chip companies, which includes Stanbic Bank Nigeria Limited and Union Assurance Limited (a subsidiary of Union Bank of Nigeria). Mr. Tunde Hassan-Odukale has a strong bias for Information Technology and is the head of our Strategic IT planning committee.

Dr. Konyinsola Ajayi, SAN is an academic lawyer with over 26 years wealth of experience in business particularly in areas such as Energy and Natural Resource, Banking and Finance, Construction, Engineering and Government Privatization. He took silk as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria based on his astuteness as a barrister in litigation and commercial arbitration. He is very active in the Energy and Natural resources section of the International Bar Association and has addressed several local and international fora. He is a director of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and has rendered advisory services to the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on legal issues arising in connection with the privatization process. He holds a Doctorate degree of the University of Cambridge, England and a Masters degree from the Harvard Law School, USA. He is currently the managing partner of Olaniwun Ajayi and Co. and sits on a number of companies' board of directors.
