Jeffrey G. Katz has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since July 2006. During his time at LeapFrog he has overseen a global restructuring of the company and has lead its transition towards developing Web-integrated products that focus on core business areas in reading and educational gaming. Prior, Mr. Katz served as the Chairman and Founding Chief Executive Officer of Orbitz, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Katz was President and Chief Executive Officer of Swissair. From 1980 to 1997, he served in a variety of roles at American Airlines, including Vice President of American Airlines and President of the Computerized Reservation System Division of SABRE. Prior to their recent merger with Delta Airlines, Mr. Katz served on the board of directors of Northwest Airlines, and previously served on the boards Friendster.com and City of Hope National Cancer Research Institute. Mr. Katz received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis, and holds M.S. degrees from both Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

William B. Chiasson has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2004. Prior to joining us, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Levi Strauss & Co., a marketer of apparel, from August 1998 to December 2003. From January 1988 to August 1998, Mr. Chiasson served in varying capacities with Kraft Foods, Inc., a division of Phillip Morris Companies and a manufacturer and seller of branded foods and beverages, most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance and Information Technology for Kraft Foods, Inc. From June 1979 to January 1988, Mr. Chiasson served in varying capacities with Baxter Healthcare, most recently as its Vice President and Controller for the Hospital Group. Mr. Chiasson is a certified public accountant and received his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Nancy G. MacIntyre has served as our Executive Vice President, Product, Innovation, and Marketing since February 2007. From May 2005 through January 2007, Ms. MacIntyre served on the executive team at LucasArts, a LucasFilm company, most recently as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and prior to that as Senior Director, Online Gaming. Previously, Ms. MacIntyre had been with Atari, Inc as Vice President, Marketing from 2001 through 2005 and with Atari, Inc.’s predecessor Hasbro Interactive from 1998 to 2001 in senior sales and marketing positions. Between 1988 and 1998 Ms. MacIntyre held sales and marketing positions at Broderbund Software and Lotus Development Corp. Ms. MacIntyre received her B.S. in finance and accounting from Drexel University.
Michael J. Dodd has served as our Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Operations since April 2005. Prior to joining us, he co-founded Executive Technology, Inc., a value-added reseller and system integrator of information technology products, and served as its Chief Operating Officer from September 2003 through April 2005. From May 2002 to September 2003, Mr. Dodd served as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Targus Group International, Inc., a provider of mobile personal computers and wireless accessories. Mr. Dodd was a Vice President, Operations at Juniper Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of internal protocol, or IP, routers from September 2000 to May 2002. From November 1989 to September 2000, Mr. Dodd served in various capacities at Compaq Computer Corporation, a manufacturer of personal computers, most recently as Managing Director of operations and strategic procurement for the Presario personal computer business. Mr. Dodd received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

Peter M. O. Wong has served as a Senior Vice President since October 2007, as our General Counsel since April 2006 and as our Corporate Secretary since February 2005. Mr. Wong served as our Vice President, Legal Affairs from August 2004 to March 2006 and as our Corporate Counsel from November 2001 to July 2004. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at Quokka Sports, Inc., a digital sports entertainment company, most recently as Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to that, he was a business attorney at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP (formerly Cooley Godward LLP) and Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady Falk & Rabkin. Mr. Wong received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Mark A. Etnyre has served as our Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since December 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Etnyre served in various financial-related capacities with Microsoft Corporation, a publicly held software company, including most recently as the Senior Controller of the OEM Division from 2001 to 2007 and from 1997 to 2001 as Financial Controller and Compliance Manager of Microsoft Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. Prior to joining Microsoft Corporation, Mr. Etnyre was a senior audit manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Etnyre is a certified public accountant and received his B.S. from Indiana University.

Zachary Fisher is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for LeapFrog Enterprises. LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. is the world's leading developer, and marketer of innovative, technology-based learning toys and related content, dedicated to making learning fun, effective and engaging for children of all ages. Before joining LeapFrog, Zac consulted for 20 years on matters of business strategy both independently and as a Vice President at Mars & Co for some of the world's largest and most respected corporations internationally. Zac earned his MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. In his spare time he enjoys long distance road, spending time with his family and vintage toy collecting. Hopelessly lost in the music of the 60s and 70s, Zac is an active player and performer on almost all woodwind instruments.

Caden Wang was appointed to our board of directors in April 2005. From June 1999 until his retirement in December 2001, Mr. Wang served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LVMH Selective Retailing Group, which included various international retail holdings such as DFS, Sephora and Miami Cruiseline Services. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for DFS, Gump’s and Cost Plus. Since October 2003, Mr. Wang has served on the board of directors of bebe stores, inc., a publicly held company that designs, develops and produces women’s apparel and accessories, and chairs its audit committee, is a member of its nominating and corporate governance committee and chairs a special committee advising on executive equity matters. From August 2005 through August 2007, Mr. Wang served on the board of directors of Fossil, Inc., a publicly held company that designs, develops, markets and distributes fashion related consumer products, and was a member of its audit committee, nominating and corporate governance committee and a special committee advising on option backdating. Mr. Wang is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Wang has served as a member of our audit committee since April 2005, as a member of our nominating and corporate governance committee since November 2006, and as a member of our strategy committee from April 2006 until it was dissolved in July 2007.
Mr. Maron, 59, currently serves as a director and Secretary of Nextera, positions he has held since February 1997. Mr. Maron serves on Nextera s Compensation Committee. Mr. Maron is also a director of LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., Secretary of Mounte LLC and an officer or director of various public and privately held affiliates of Mounte LLC and subsidiaries of Nextera. Mr. Maron is a senior partner in the law firm of Maron & Sandler, a position he has held since September 1994.
Isabelle Stahl has over 10 years experience helping teams ideate and design. As a trained facilitator of creative processes, Isabelle has led hundreds of effective brainstorms and exploratory focus groups, resulting in new strategies, products, services, features, and partnerships. In addition to working with LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., Isabelle has supported teams from Disney, Masterpieces Puzzles, Ravensburger Games, Brandgenuity, and Microsoft. Isabelle's strong grasp on the creative process is accompanied by a long track record in product development. Throughout her tenure at LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., Isabelle played many roles, including VP of New Product Development where she developed relationships with other kid-focused partners, including the Seuss Estate, Nickelodeon, Pixar, National Geographic, SETI, the San Francisco Opera, and the MIT Media Lab. Isabelle is a graduate of the Creative Problem Solving Institute and has received additional training from Innovation Focus and IDEO. She has developed her own applied creativity and user insight tools. Previous to joining the toy industry, Isabelle taught English as a Second Language and Drama in both the US and abroad. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Mandarin Chinese and Theatre Arts in 1992.

Anne E. Cunningham, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Graduate School of Education. She is a former classroom teacher and a distinguished university professor in the area of cognitive development. Recently, Dr. Cunningham was selected to be a review panelist for Reading First. In addition, she serves on the board of the Society for Scientific Study of Reading, on the editorial board of The Reading Teacher and as an appointed officer for the American Educational Research Association. Dr. Cunningham has also served on the California Language Arts Standards Content Review Committee and on the California State Commission on Teacher Credentialing. She has published more than 35 articles in journals such as Developmental Psychology, Journal of Educational Psychology, Reading and Writing and American Educator.
Cathie Norris, Ph.D. Dr. Norris is a Regents Professor in the Department of Learning Technologies, College of Education at the University of North Texas, in Denton, TX. Dr. Norris' efforts in research, teaching and service all have a common focus: integrate learning technologies more effectively into classrooms, in K-12 as well as post-secondary education. Dr. Norris was a President of the National Educational Computer Association (NECA) the organizing body for the country's leading education and technology conference, the National Educational Computing Conference, and she was a President of ISTE, the International Society for Technology in Education. Dr. Norris is chief technology officer at GoKnow, Inc., where she directs the development of next-generation educational technologies. She also brings to the table direct classroom experience in developing and using math and science curricula. Dr. Norris has published widely in publications such as Intelligent Tutoring Systems, ICALT, and JCDL.

Dan Schwartz, Ph.D. A member of the Stanford University School of Education faculty since 2000, Dr. Schwartz studies student understanding and representation and the ways that technology can facilitate learning. He works at the intersection of cognitive science, computer science, and education, examining cognition and instruction in individual, cross-cultural, and technological settings. A theme throughout Dr. Schwartz's research is how people's facility for spatial thinking can inform and influence processes of learning, instruction, assessment and problem solving. He finds that new media make it possible to exploit spatial representations and activities in fundamentally new ways, offering an exciting complement to the verbal approaches that dominate educational research and practice. Dr. Schwartz's current interest is in the creation and use of web-based tools for instruction.
Elliot Soloway, Ph.D. Dr. Soloway is Arthur F. Thurnau Professor at the University of Michigan and professor in the School of Information, the School of Education, and the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Dr. Soloway is affiliated with the Center for Highly Interactive Computing in Education; he is also a principal investigator of the Center for Learning Technologies in Urban Schools grant, which was created with four partners: Detroit Public Schools, Chicago Public Schools, the University of Michigan, and Northwestern University. Dr. Soloway holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts, and his research interests are the use of technology in education and developing software that takes into consideration the unique needs of learners. Founder and CEO of GoKnow, Inc., Dr. Soloway has published over 80 articles in publications such as IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, Journal of Systems and Software, Intelligent Tutoring Systems, and Journal of Intelligent Information Systems.
Jeni Leta Riley, Ph.D. is the Director of the Consultancy Network for Early Childhood and Primary Education at the Institute of Education, University of London. Dr. Riley has been active in early childhood literacy development as a teacher, lecturer, examiner and researcher for nearly 30 years and received her prestigious conferment of title of Reader in Literacy in Primary Education in 2000. Among her research projects was a study of literacy development in the first year of school and a funded project called Storytalk investigating how to support spoken language development most effectively in multi-cultural early years classrooms. Dr. Riley has served on many educational committees including four years as the Deputy Chair of the National Association of Primary Teacher Education Conference (NaPTEC), and as a former member of the Committee of the Heads of School, Institute of Education, University of London. Most recent publications include an authored book Language and Literacy: 3-7, an edited book Learning in the Early Years: 3-7 and research journal articles entitled The National Literacy Strategy : Success with Literacy for all? and Developing young children's thinking through learning to write argument. Currently Dr. Riley is working with 3 colleagues on a commissioned Handbook of Research into Writing Development.

Scott G. Paris, Ph.D. is a professor of psychology and education at the University of Michigan, where he served as Chair of the graduate program in Psychology for 6 years. He was a principal investigator in the Center for the Improvement of Early Reading Achievement and a member of the board of directors of the National Reading Conference. Dr. Paris's research has focused on cognitive development, reading, metacognition, and self-regulated learning. He has created educational materials to help children acquire reading and learning strategies and has worked extensively with teachers to design instruction and assessment that promote literacy learning. Dr. Paris has published 12 books and written more than 150 book chapters and research articles. Dr. Paris twice received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Undergraduate teaching, and in 1995 he received the University of Michigan Amoco Foundation Faculty award for Distinguished Teaching. In 2007 he received the Albert Harris research award from the International Reading Association.
