Ms. McDonald is Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer, VIST Bank. Prior to this position, she served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Human Resources at Madison Bank, which was acquired by Leesport Bank in 2002.

Mr. Barrett has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2004. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

"Benjamin earned his BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. In 2004, he was licensed and trained as a stockbroker and investment advisor while working for DMG Securities, Inc. in the Washington, D.C. area. Benjamin joined VIST Capital Management LLC, formerly Madison Financial Advisors in 2005. He earned his CFP designation in June of 2007. Licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Life & Annuity"

A lifelong resident of Berks County, Jim earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Kutztown University. In 1992 he began managing real estate, which led to his 1996 purchase of and subsequent management of a successful local business. We are pleased to have Jim join Madison Financial Advisors in 2006.

"Linda is responsible for all aspects of client service and trading. She has 28 years industry experience. Most of those years were spent at Meridian Bank and its successors working in the retail brokerage operations, Funds Management and Capital Markets areas. Linda joined VIST Capital Management in March of 2000. Licenses: Series 7 and 63 "

Bob has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services disciplines. For VIST clients, he applies his insurance background to solving issues related to the funding of ownership buy-outs as well as executive and key person insurance. His financial services concentration is retirement planning. Bob assists corporate clients with the development of plan specifications; vendor selection; all phases of implementation; and the ongoing support of fiduciary responsibilities such as employee education and investment performance monitoring. Bob also serves as financial advisor relative to the institution of deferred compensation for select executives and other highly compensated individuals. Bob's career spans service with the Federal government; private entrepreneurship; such premier financial services firms such as Citibank before joining VIST Financial Corp.

Mr. O'Neill has been a Director of Leesport Bank since 1984, and a Director of Leesport Financial Corp. since 1986. He is the President of O'Neill Financial Group, a personal holding company.

"Mr. Leibensperger has been a Director of VIST Bank, formerly Leesport Bank, since 1999. He has also been a Director of VIST Financial Crop, formerly Leesport Financial Corp, since 2005. Mr. Leibensperger also serves on the Human Resources and Compensation Committee; he is the President of Leibensperger Funeral Homes Inc. "

Mr. Hughes has been a Director of VIST Financial Corp, formerly Leesport Financial Corp, since 2005; he also serves on the Audit Committee. Mr Hughes is a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney, LarsonAllen, CPA firm.

Mr. Carl has been a director of VIST Financial Corp. since 2008. He serves on the Audit and Governance Committees. Mr. Carl is the Chairman, President and CEO of CSCM, Inc., an operator of diagnostic imaging clinics.
