After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1989, Tom has spent his career in marketing and sales management. He began his career as an advertising sales rep for a shopper publication in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He was quickly promoted to a sales manager position in an expansion territory where he honed his skills in branch management. He left the publishing business to join his longtime friend, Steve Miller with Legacy Mortgage Corporation. After a few years of originating loans in the Chicago area, Tom and his wife Katie decided to relocate to Arizona. With the support of his corporate office in Illinois, Tom opened the first Arizona branch for Legacy Mortgage Corporation in Gilbert, Arizona. Since opening that small two suite executive office in 2003, Legacy has added another branch location in Apache Junction and employs more than 15 full time staff. Tom offers a full variety of loan programs listed in our products section and he will serve you with the highest level of customer service. He is easily available by telephone, fax and e-mail and ready to assist your mortgage needs. Tom is an active member of the SEVRAR Affordable Housing Committee, he belongs to the Phoenix Illini Alumni Association and he participates in a wide variety of civic activities.

Ashleigh Gaylord - Originally from Georgia, Ashleigh moved to Arizona in 2004. After working in the tax industry for about a year, she decided to make a change and work in the mortgage industry. She has years of experience in customer service and aims to make every experience you have with her a positive one. Raised in the south, she grew up in a place where courtesy and respect were commonplace, and even expected. She strives to bring these values to you. Currently Ashleigh lives in Mesa with her husband Kyle, son Ty and their boxer Uma. They enjoy kayaking together at Lake Saguaro whenever they get the chance. Some of Ashleigh's personal hobbies include photography, art, reading, singing, music and rollerblading. Ashleigh uses her own experience to relate to her customers and thrives on educating her clients about their individual loan. She knows how difficult and frustrating the loan process can be and would like to make this process as smooth for you as possible. Brent Livingston would love to be your lender for life. Brent is experienced and knowledgeable about business, finance and lending, and is extremely dedicated to customer service. Brent holds his series seven broker's license and his loan origination certificate. In addition he has been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer. He is honest and attentive to his customers' needs, and is readily responsive to their questions and concerns. He is persistent in getting his clients the best deal possible as he helps them fulfill their home dreams. Brent and his colleagues at Legacy Mortgage Corporation provide ongoing service to their clients throughout their clients' lending processes. Prior to becoming a lender, Brent built a solid base of experience in business and finance. In his free time, Brent is active in his community as a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys playing baseball, water skiing, wakeboarding and hiking.

Brian King has been in sales for over 10 years and helping customers with their financial needs is his niche. Brian is a very honest and hard working professional and is committed to providing every customer with exceptional service with the goal of gaining a customer for life. Brian and his family moved from Iowa to the East Valley over 8 years ago. He and his wife Amanda and their two children, Alyssa and Bradley enjoy the active outdoor lifestyle. They spend a lot of their leisure time riding quad's throughout Arizona. Brian is also an avid Nascar fan and novice golfer.

Darrin moved from New York to Arizona with his family in 1983 while he was still in high school. He served our country with the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army after earning a degree in graphic design. He also worked as a Proposal Coordinator for a multi-faceted engineering firm and has extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer service. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching movies and spending time with his extended family here in Arizona. Darrin prides himself on his integrity and in providing the best possible products and services to his clients.

Kurt Lorenzen is a graduate of Arizona State University. He holds a bachelors Degree in business with the W.P. Carey School of Business and in communication with the Huge Down School of Communication. His education along with a six-month internship with Legacy Mortgage Corporation made for a smooth transition into the mortgage business. Having a degree in Business and Communication, along with a loan origination certificate, helps him tremendously as a loan officer by giving him a solid understanding of financing and the communication skills to relay that information to his clients. His knowledge of the loan process and loan programs allows him the ability to provide his clients with the best possible loan program that fits their needs. Kurt prides himself on getting his clients into their dream home with a mortgage they are happy with. While growing up in the west suburbs of Chicago, Illinois Kurt was always active in his community by volunteering his time to different organizations. Today, he is active in the Valley communities through various Chambers. Kurt is currently a member of the Gilbert and Chandler Chambers of Commerce. In his free time, Kurt enjoys cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams (White Sox and Bear), fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, golfing and snowboarding.

Originally from Chicago, Patti moved to Arizona in August of 1996 while working in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry. Prior to this she was in marketing research, concentrating specifically on customer satisfaction analysis in banking as well as other products and services. She now has six years of full-time mortgage origination experience in Arizona as well as another six years of part-time experience in Illinois. In her leisure time she enjoys cooking, crossword puzzles, oil painting, playing tennis and shooting pool competitively and has been to Las Vegas for several different international pool league finals.

My family and I moved to Arizona (from Mexico) in 1988. I have a degree in bookkeeping and in 2001, received a Bachelors degree in business from Western International University. I am the wife of a real estate agent and that has helped me stay sharply tuned to the real state market as well as the mortgage industry. As a mother of 4 children, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, jogging and cooking. Most of all, I receive a great deal of joy when my husband and I visit our clients at their new homes.
