David S. Haffner, age 56, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company in 2006 and has served as President of the Company since 2002. He previously served as the Company s Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2006, Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2002 and in other capacities since 1983. Mr. Haffner serves as a director of Bemis Company, Inc., a manufacturer of flexible packaging and pressure sensitive materials. Mr. Haffner was first elected as a director of the Company in 1995.

Matt Flanigan was elected Senior Vice President of the Company in 2005 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2003. He joined the Company in 1997 and served as President of the Office Furniture Components Group from 1999 to 2003. Matt's previous work experience includes 13 years in the banking industry at Societe General and InterFirst Bank, both in Dallas.

Phoebe A. Wood, age 55, served in various capacities at Brown-Forman Corporation, a diversified consumer products manufacturer until her retirement in 2008. She was appointed Vice Chairman in 2007 and served as Chief Financial Officer since 2001. She also served as Executive Vice President from 2001 to 2007. Ms. Wood previously held various positions at Atlantic Richfield Company, an oil and gas company, from 1976 to 2000. Ms. Wood was first elected as a director of the Company in 2005.

Bill Weil has served the Company in several accounting positions since 1984. He became a Vice President of the Company in 2000 and has served as Controller since 1991. He was appointed the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company in 2004. Before joining the Company, he worked as a CPA for BKD, LLP.

Ken Purser joined the Company in 1989 as Director of Taxes and was named Vice President - Tax in 1997. Ken holds a law degree and worked for several years as a CPA for a major accounting firm before joining the Company.

Sheri Mossbeck became a Vice President of the Company in 2000 and has served as the Treasurer since 1997. She joined the Company in 1993 as an Assistant General Counsel, after serving as an attorney for the firm Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin.

Lance Beshore joined the Company in 1980 as Manager of Public Affairs. He previously taught Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Colorado. He was named Vice President Public Affairs and Government Relations in 1991.

Linda Pumphrey is National Sales Manager for Leggett & Platt. Since joining the Mountain Mist team in 1989, she has promoted the brand, developed national marketing programs and new quilting related products. She is currently Curator of the Historical Mountain Mist Corporate Quilt Collection. She has served on the Advisory Board of the International Quilt Study Center, University of Nebraska-Lincoln; treasurer of the American Quilt Study Group and currently is Vice President of Public Service of the International Quilt Association and on the Advisory Board for Quilts' Inc, Houston, TX. Her love of quilting grew from her mother and her grandmothers. She can trace back that there have been quilters in her family for at least five generations. She holds a M.B.A from the University of Denver.

Richard T. Fisher, age 70, has been Senior Managing Director, Midwest Division of Oppenheimer & Co., an investment banking firm since 2002. He served as Managing Director of CIBC World Markets Corp., an investment banking firm, from 1990 to 2002. Mr. Fisher was first elected as a director of the Company in 1972 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2008.

Mr. McClanathan joined Eveready Battery Company in 1974 with the Sales Department. He moved to the Marketing area as Product Manager in 1985 and became Director of Trade Marketing in 1992. In 1993, Mr. McClanathan was appointed Vice President, General Manager of Energizer Power Systems. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President, Chief Technology Officer for Eveready Battery Company. In June 1999, Mr. McClanathan was promoted to the position of Chairman, North America. Effective March 2002, he was named President, North America, and in 2004, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Energizer Battery.

Mr. Enloe has more than 35 years in executive management positions. Prior to joining OptiSoft, he served as Vice Chairman and member of the Office of Chief Executive for Compaq Computer Corporation, President and CEO of Liberte Investors and President of Lomas Financial Corporation. Mr. Enloe currently serves as a corporate board member of: Leggett & Platt, Inc., Silicon Laboratories and ePolicy.com. His prior board member service included: Compaq Computer Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Liberte Investors, Inc., La Quinta Motor Inns, Inc. and Capstead Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Enloe graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Jurist Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, and holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Polytechnic University.
