Dr. Naslund is Chief of Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well the Medical Director of the Vascular Laboratory at Vanderbilt. Dr. Alan Dardik is Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Dardik is Director of the Non-invasive Vascular Laboratory and the Director of Surgical Research at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Dr. Dardik received a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated summa cum laude from Yale University. He received his Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency, his research fellowship and his vascular surgery fellowship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Dardik has received the Franklin Martin Faculty Research Fellowship from the American College of Surgeons, the E.J. Wylie Traveling Fellowship from the Lifeline Foundation, and was named the Wylie Scholar in Academic Vascular Surgery by the Pacific Vascular Research Foundation. He has also received the William J. von Liebig Vascular Academic Award from the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society. Dr. Dardik has been the recipient of several basic science and vascular research grants. He has extensive journal article publishing experience and is a reviewer for the Journal of Vascular Surgery, Annals of Vascular Surgery and the American Journal of Pathology. Dr. Frank Criado is the Chief of Vascular Surgery and Director of Vascular Intervention at the Union Memorial Hospital-MedStar Health in Baltimore, Maryland. John has served as vice chairman of services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and served as partner at the firm for 24 years. As vice chairman of services at PwC, he was responsible for the firm's audit, tax and advisory lines of service, which at the time had combined revenue of approximately $7 billion and employed approximately 28,000 people. He previously served as the leader of the U.S. audit practice and before that as the managing partner of the firm's Boston office. John is a graduate of Suffolk University and has attended the Harvard Business School's Leadership in Professional Service Firms program and the executive M.B.A. program at the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Russell has served as a member of our board of directors since 2007. Mr. Hays most recently served as the President, CEO, and Chairman of Biosource International, Inc., a leading provider of biomedical research tools that was acquired by Invitrogen Corporation in October 2005. Prior to his work at Biosource, he served as President and CEO of NEN Life Sciences, Inc., a major supplier of reagent systems for the genomics industry. Mr. Hays also previously served as the President and CEO of ReSound Corporation, a publicly traded company, and as the Executive Vice President and President of Nellcor Puritan Bennett's Hospital Business Division. In addition, Mr. Hays served on LeMaitre Vascular's Board of Directors from 2003 through 2005. Mr. Hays received a Masters Degree in business from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in physics from Elmhurst College.
