LeMaitre Vascular Inc.

George W. LeMaitre has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of our board of directors since 1992, serving as our Chairman since 2004. Previously, Mr. LeMaitre was an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers, an associate at the leveraged buyout firm McCown De Leeuw and a credit analyst for Connecticut National Bank. Mr. LeMaitre holds a B.A. in History from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

David has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2000 and has served as a member of our board of directors since 2001. Mr. Roberts joined LeMaitre in 1997 as Vice President of Business Development. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Roberts held several positions at BUCA, Inc., an operator of Buca di Beppo restaurants, most recently serving as Vice President of Development and prior to that as Director of Finance. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Roberts held several positions at Hancock Venture Partners, most recently serving as an Associate. Mr. Roberts holds a B.A. in Business Economics and History magna cum laude from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Joseph P. Pellegrino, Jr. has served as our Executive Vice President, Finance since 2005. From 2003 to 2004, he served as temporary Chief Executive Officer of Affordable Luxuries, a direct marketing company. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Pellegrino worked at Zoots, Inc., a consumer services company, where most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Previously, Mr. Pellegrino built and sold a regional mall-based specialty retailing company. Mr. Pellegrino has also served as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers, as part of their mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Pellegrino holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Dr. Naslund is Chief of Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well the Medical Director of the Vascular Laboratory at Vanderbilt. He is Associate Professor of Surgery at Vanderbilt and the winner of the Harwell Wilson Award for Surgical Excellence. He is also the Program Director in Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Dr. Naslund received a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center and a vascular surgery fellowship at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans. Dr. Naslund has extensive journal article publishing experience, as well as a number of book chapters in vascular surgery to his credit. He has been an invited speaker at numerous local, regional and national vascular congresses.

Trent G. Kamke has served as our Senior Vice President, Operations since 2005. Mr. Kamke joined LeMaitre Vascular in 1997 as Quality Assurance Manager. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Kamke served as our Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining LeMaitre Vascular in 1997, Mr. Kamke was employed by Haemonetics Corporation, which designs, manufacturers and markets automated blood processing equipment. Mr. Kamke holds a B.A. in Physics from Colby College and a B.E. from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Aaron M. Grossman has served as our General Counsel since 2004. Mr. Grossman joined LeMaitre Vascular in 2003 as Director of Legal Affairs. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Grossman practiced law as an associate in the corporate group of Goulston & Storrs. Mr. Grossman holds an A.B. in Political Science from Vassar College, an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Andrew Hodgkinson has served as our Vice President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs since September 2008. Mr. Hodgkinson joined LeMaitre Vascular in 2000 as Production Supervisor and was promoted to Production Manager in 2003, Director, Manufacturing in 2006, and then Director, Clinical Affairs in 2007. Mr. Hodgkinson holds a B.A. in Economics from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Cornelia W. LeMaitre has served as a member of our board of directors since 1992 and as our Vice President, Human Resources since 1998. Mrs. LeMaitre joined LeMaitre Vascular in 1991 and served as the head of marketing from 1991 to 1998. From 1984 to 1991, Mrs. LeMaitre served as Director of Annual Giving at Harvard Medical School and Phillips Academy Andover. Mrs. LeMaitre holds a B.A. in English from College of the Sacred Heart in Newton, Massachusetts, and attended Yale University Graduate School of English.

Jonathan W. Ngau has served as our Vice President, Information Technology since 2003 and previously served as our Director of Information Technology from 2000 to 2003. Since joining LeMaitre Vascular in 1996, Mr. Ngau has implemented and managed all information technology, business management software solutions and network security for all of LeMaitre Vascular’s facilities. Mr. Ngau holds a B.A.B.S. in Marketing and Information Systems from Boston University.

Kimberly L. Cieslak has served as our Vice President, Marketing since 2003. Ms. Cieslak joined LeMaitre Vascular in 1998, was promoted to Marketing Manager in 1999 and to Director of Marketing in 2001. Prior to joining LeMaitre Vascular, Ms. Cieslak worked in the insurance division of General Electric, a diversified technology, media and financial services company. Previously, Ms. Cieslak was employed by the law firm Hudson and Co. in London, England. Ms. Cieslak holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Maik D. Helmers has served as our Vice President, Central Europe and Sales since 2006. Mr. Helmers joined LeMaitre Vascular in 1999 as a sales representative for northern Germany, Mr. Helmers was promoted to Sales Manager of Germany in 2001, Austria in 2002, Holland in 2003, and Belgium in 2004. Mr. Helmers holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from DVS Germany.

Robert V. Linden has approximately six years North American sales experience with LeMaitre Vascular. He joined LeMaitre Vascular in July 2002 as a Sales Representative and has served in positions of increasing responsibility within the North American organization. Since January 2008, he has served as Director of Sales for the Eastern United States and Canada, supervising three of the company's five North American sales regions. From 2005 through 2007, Mr. Linden served as Regional Sales Manager. Prior to LeMaitre Vascular, Mr. Linden served as a sales representative at several medical device companies, including Vasca, Inc., Atrium Medical Corporation, Active Medical, Inc., and DePuy Orthopedics, Inc. Mr. Linden holds a B.A. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ryan H. Connelly has served as our Director of Research and Development since 2006. Mr. Connelly joined LeMaitre Vascular in 2002 and has held the positions of R&D Engineer, Senior R&D Engineer and Co-General Manager of our Phoenix facility during that time. Prior to joining LeMaitre, Mr. Connelly worked as a research and development engineer at Panduit Corporation, a network and electrical solutions provider. Mr. Connelly holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.

Nobuhiro Okabe has served as our Country Manager, Japan since 2007. From 2004 to 2007, he served as General Manager of the Cardiovascular Surgery Division of the Hirata division of Medico, Inc. From 2001 to 2004 he served as Business Director of Cardia Surgery Business of Medtronic Japan Co. Ltd. Mr. Okabe holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tokai University.

Dr. Alan Dardik is Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Dardik is Director of the Non-invasive Vascular Laboratory and the Director of Surgical Research at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Dr. Dardik received a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated summa cum laude from Yale University. He received his Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency, his research fellowship and his vascular surgery fellowship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Dardik has received the Franklin Martin Faculty Research Fellowship from the American College of Surgeons, the E.J. Wylie Traveling Fellowship from the Lifeline Foundation, and was named the Wylie Scholar in Academic Vascular Surgery by the Pacific Vascular Research Foundation. He has also received the William J. von Liebig Vascular Academic Award from the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society. Dr. Dardik has been the recipient of several basic science and vascular research grants. He has extensive journal article publishing experience and is a reviewer for the Journal of Vascular Surgery, Annals of Vascular Surgery and the American Journal of Pathology. He has been an invited lecturer to many regional and national vascular conventions.

Dr. Frank Criado is the Chief of Vascular Surgery and Director of Vascular Intervention at the Union Memorial Hospital-MedStar Health in Baltimore, Maryland. He is also the Director of Clinical Vascular Research and of the Vascular Lab at the same institution. He is a graduate of the School of Medicine at the Republic University in Montevideo, Uruguay. He completed a 5-year Residency in Surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, and a Cardiovascular Surgery Fellowship at Methodist Hospital-Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Criado has long been recognized as a pioneer in endovascular therapy and aortic stent-graft technology. He is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, numerous book chapters and editor-author of several books. He is a frequently invited lecturer at most major vascular and endovascular events in the USA and around the world.

Dr. Herbert Dardik is Chief of the Department of Surgery at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey as well as Chief of Englewood's Vascular Surgical Service. He is also a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He is a graduate, magna cum laude, of New York University and New York University School of Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his surgical residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in New York. A prolific writer on vascular disease with over 400 journal articles, Dr. Dardik has traveled the globe giving lectures at virtually every major vascular congress.

Dr. Kagan is a vascular surgeon on staff at Rex Hospital and Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Society for Interventional Radiology. Dr. Kagan received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Massachusetts. He has received several academic awards, including the Hewlett Packard Award for Academic Excellence at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Kagan completed his general surgical residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital and a vascular surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He has twice received the Wallace P. Ritchie Award for Teaching Excellence at Temple University, has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals, and has contributed chapters to several vascular surgery textbooks.

Dr. Newman is a vascular surgeon on staff at Saint Anthony Memorial Hospital, Michigan City, IN. Dr. Newman received her Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard University and her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Cornell Medical College. Dr. Newman completed her general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX and her vascular surgery fellowship at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She is inventor on a patent for a novel intravascular stent design.

John J. O Connor joined Aspect as a director in December 2006. Prior to his retirement in November 2006, Mr. O Connor was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an independent public accounting firm, from 1982 to November 2006, most recently serving as vice chairman of services from June 2002 to November 2006. Mr. O Connor served as the leader of the U.S. audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2000 to June 2002, and served as the managing partner of the firm s Boston office from 1995 to September 2000. Mr. O Connor also serves as a director for LeMaitre Vascular, Inc.

Dr. LeMaitre founded LeMaitre Vascular and has served as a member of our board of directors since 1983, serving as Chairman of the Board until February 2004. From 1978 to 1982, he served as Chief of Surgery at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, Massachusetts and from 1988 to 1992, as President of the medical staff of Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts. Dr. LeMaitre received his B.A. in Mathematics from Boston College and his M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine and trained in surgery at New England Medical Center, Hartford Hospital, and the Carney Hospital. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, American College of Angiology, New England Vascular Society, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and Eastern Vascular Society.

John has served as vice chairman of services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and served as partner at the firm for 24 years. As vice chairman of services at PwC, he was responsible for the firm's audit, tax and advisory lines of service, which at the time had combined revenue of approximately $7 billion and employed approximately 28,000 people. In addition to providing leadership to the lines of service, he was responsible for marketing, finance and operations. John also oversaw the firm's Center for Advanced Research and led the development of the Future of PwC, a long term strategy initiative to explore the economic, global and demographic trends that impact PwC clients and business. He previously served as the leader of the U.S. audit practice and before that as the managing partner of the firm's Boston office. John is a graduate of Suffolk University and has attended the Harvard Business School's Leadership in Professional Service Firms program and the executive M.B.A. program at the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Lawrence has served as a member of our board of directors since 2003. Mr. Jasinski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Soteira, Inc., a company specializing in less invasive treatment of orthopaedic compression fractures. From 2000 to 2005 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cortek, Inc., a company which developed next generation treatments for degenerative disc disease. From 1985 to 2000, Mr. Jasinski worked at Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC), serving as Vice President of Global Marketing, BSC Vascular, from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Jasinksi received a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport.

Russell has served as a member of our board of directors since 2007. Mr. Hays most recently served as the President, CEO, and Chairman of Biosource International, Inc., a leading provider of biomedical research tools that was acquired by Invitrogen Corporation in October 2005. Prior to his work at Biosource, he served as President and CEO of NEN Life Sciences, Inc., a major supplier of reagent systems for the genomics industry. Mr. Hays also previously served as the President and CEO of ReSound Corporation, a publicly traded company, and as the Executive Vice President and President of Nellcor Puritan Bennett's Hospital Business Division. In addition, Mr. Hays served on LeMaitre Vascular's Board of Directors from 2003 through 2005. Mr. Hays received a Masters Degree in business from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in physics from Elmhurst College.
