Jim has been active with the Michigan Mortgage Lenders since 1996 serving and/or chairing a committee from 1996 2004. Jim was elected by the membership to the Board of Governors for the Southeast Chapter of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association from 2002 - 2004. Jim achieved his Certified Mortgage Banker designation in 2002, one of 10 CMB's in Michigan at the time of commencement. He started his career in the military serving in the Military Intelligence sector of the United States Navy as an analyst. Jim served on the USS Enterprise as well as the Fleet Intelligence Center for Europe and the Atlantic . Hobbies include music, writing, golf, boating, coaching Novi Youth Soccer, and spending time with his family (Lisa - wife since 92, Kyle born in 94, Kaitlin born in 97, and Kelsey born in 00).

Craig opened one of the original Independent Operation Centers for Lender Ltd. and acted as its President from November of 97 until December of 2003. His IOC in all aspects was one of the most successful components of Lender and the one that has been replicated with the most success. Craig was appointed President of Lender in January of 2004 to help the other entities of Lender reach the same level of success that his IOC, Home Loan Specialists, had reached. Craig also works on the recruiting of future IOC's of Lender, leads the implementation team when opening new IOC's, as well as handling the day-to-day operations needs of the existing group.

Howard Nathan is the Chief Financial Officer of Lender Ltd. Howard also handles the Human Resources efforts for Lender Ltd.. Howard has been involved with the mortgage industry for over 12 years. From 1999 2006, Howard was the Chief Financial Officer for Washtenaw Mortgage Company and Pelican Financial, Inc. Washtenaw Mortgage was primarily a wholesale lender that operated in 40 states and originated over $3.0 billion in one year. Pelican Financial, Inc. was a bank holding company for a Florida based community bank with offices located in the Naples and Fort Myers , Florida area. Both entities were publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange. Howard was responsible for all accounting, investor relations and financial reporting functions. In addition, he sat on the Board of Directors for both companies. From 1996 1998, Howard worked for Grant Thornton, one of the 10 largest public accounting firms in the United States . Howard worked in the audit department with an emphasis on auditing financial institutions including banks and mortgage companies. From 1992 1996, Howard was employed by Republic Bancorp and Republic Bancorp Mortgage in a variety of accounting and operational positions as part of their management training program. He received several promotions during his tenure and held the position of Controller for Republic Bancorp Mortgage during his final year with the company. Howard has a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University where he graduated in 1991. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Michigan . Hobbies include soccer, golf, triathlons, travel, and spending time with his family (Alyse- wife since 2003 and Henry- born in April, 2006).

Harold has a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati Ohio where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1986. His major was Education with Minors in Biology and Nursing. In addition, he served as a Medical Service Specialist, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant, in the Ohio Air National Guard from 1980 to 1986. Married to wife Laura Mattimore since 1997, with daughter Delaney born in 1999 and son Hayden born in 2001, he enjoys spending time with them boating, fishing, and traveling. Harold also has a private pilot license.

Stuart is a partner of EC Harris and responsible for the provision of technical risk management, project management and technical advice for Lender and Investor sector clients across Asia. His role includes leading and co-ordinating our experts across the region in reviewing and advising clients on asset transactions and project financing, including construction proposals, contract risks, Facilities Management proposals, lifecycle and maintenance proposals, design proposals and commercial aspects.
