Jaclyn joined the Lenox Group in 2004. She has advised companies in a wide range of transaction types across several industries. She has worked with clients in the successful execution of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity and distressed and bankruptcy situations. Before joining The Lenox Group, she was an Analyst and Associate in the Restructuring Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC ("EYCF" d.b.a. Giuliani Capital Advisors). While at EYCF, her transaction experience included financial and operational restructuring advisory services to companies, lenders, creditors, and other parties-in-interest in troubled or potentially troubled credit situations. Her industry experience includes industrial manufacturing, distribution, textiles, consumer services, healthcare, and technology.
Richelle Terry joined the Lenox Group after completing her M.B.A. at Emory University. Most recently, Richelle was a Manager in the Financial Services Division of Assurant Health, a provider of small group and individual medical insurance products, where she developed and implemented sales forecast tools and procedures to be used throughout the company's sophisticated multi-channel sales environment. She was also responsible for forecast analytics and reporting. Prior to Assurant Health, Richelle worked as an analyst in the Corporate Finance division of Imperial Capital, LLC ("Imperial"), a full-service institutional securities brokerage and investment banking firm specializing in the below investment grade market. At Imperial, Richelle assisted in the execution of a variety of merger and acquisition, debt financing and strategic advisory transactions. Prior to Imperial, Richelle was a consultant in the Business Recovery Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. There she worked in an advisory role in turnaround situations and participated in several challenging in- and out-of-court restructurings.

Todd brings a unique combination of finance and marketing experience with over five years in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining The Lenox Group, Todd was Director of Business Development for Applied Economics, LLC, an Atlanta based investment bank and valuation firm. Prior to Applied Economics, Todd held business development positions with Legacy Securities Corp., an Atlanta based boutique investment bank, and DecisionPoint International, LLC, a boutique M&A shop focusing on technology clients. In these roles, he was responsible for originating M&A and private capital raising assignments, and developing numerous relationships with strategic and financial buyers. Todd also served as a Credit Risk Analyst for Bank of America's Financial Institutions Group, helping to maintain and underwrite a portfolio of more than $4 billion. There, he also completed the Global Finance formal credit training program. Todd is also an active member of several business networking groups, including ITP (Inside the Perimeter) and is a Cornerstone Mentor for the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Emory University. Prior to forming The Lenox Group, LLC, from 1998 to 2002, Jim was a Senior Vice President and co-head of the Basic Industries Group at Legacy Securities Corp., a middle market investment banking boutique. Jim was responsible for sourcing, executing and closing merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions. From 1995 to 1998, he was a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he completed over 20 merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions. From 1994 to 1995 he was Vice President of Eco-Pak Corporation where he assisted in the commercialization of a paperboard packaging concept in the beverage industry. From 1989 to 1994, Jim was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Westpac Banking Corporation where he initiated and executed merger and acquisition transactions for U.S. companies in the Pacific Rim. From 1987 to 1989, Jim was a Senior Financial Analyst at First American National Bank. Jim is a member of the Board of Directors (Treasurer) of Pathways Community Network, Inc., which provides internet based connectivity to Atlanta Social Service Agencies; Executive Committee member (President) of Community Consulting Teams, an organization providing management and financial consulting to Atlanta area not-for-profits on a pro-bono basis. Former Board Member (Treasurer) of Samaritan House, an Atlanta based organization for the homeless. BS in Economics, Vanderbilt University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Gayle joined The Lenox Group upon its founding in 2003. She has over ten years of executive administration and office management experience. At The Lenox Group, her responsibilities include maintaining the company's payable and receivable accounts as well as coordinating daily office activities. Prior to The Lenox Group, Gayle was the executive assistant to a corporate officer at Post Properties, Inc. Before joining Post Properties, Inc., Gayle spent seven years at Dun & Bradstreet Software. She attended the University of Wisconsin.

CHARLES N. HAYSSEN, 56, has been our director since March 2004. Mr. Hayssen has been Chief Operating Officer of AllOver Media, Inc., an out-of-home media company, since August 2004. Mr. Hayssen was a private investor from April 2004 to August 2004, and Chief Financial Officer of ThinkEquity Partners LLC, an equity capital markets firm, from September 2002 to April 2004. Prior to September 2002, Mr. Hayssen was a private investor from November 2001 to September 2002, and Chief Financial Officer of Access Cash International L.L.C. from February 2000 to November 2001. Previously, Mr. Hayssen held a number of positions over a nineteen-year career with Piper Jaffray Companies Inc., including three years as Chief Information Officer, two years as Chief Operating Officer of Piper Capital Management and eight years as Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Kunda is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lapiz Integrated Hispanic Marketing in Chicago, IL, a position she has held since 1999. From 1992 to 1999 she was employed at Leo Burnett USA where she held the position of the Vice President/Director Hispanic Marketing (from 1994 to 1999) and Vice President/Account Supervisor Hispanic (from 1992 to 1994). Ms. Kunda was a Vice President/Account Director for Leo Burnett Mexico SA de CV, Mexico, DF from 1990 to 1992. JAMES E. BLOOM, 64, has been our director since November 2001. Mr. Bloom is a private investor and was a business consultant with Bloom Consulting, Inc. from July 2001 to December 2005. From January 1995 to June 2001, he was Vice President - Sales & Marketing with Charter Systems LLC, a software developer of business communications solutions for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Bloom has held a number of sales, marketing and managerial positions in the business technology area with various companies, starting his career with IBM Corporation in 1967.

Michael R. Francis is executive vice president and chief marketing officer, for Target Corporation, an operator of Target-brand general merchandise discount stores and an online business, Target.com. Francis began his career with Marshall Field's department stores in 1985 and has been with Target Corporation since its acquisition of Marshall Field's in 1990. He previously served Target Corporation as senior vice president, marketing, from 2001 to 2003 and as senior vice president, marketing and visual presentation of the department store division from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions within Target Corporation's advertising division.

Vin Weber is Chief Executive Officer of Clark & Weinstock. He provides strategic advice to institutions with matters before the Legislative and Executive branches of the Federal government. Vin is Chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy, a private, nonprofit organization designed to strengthen democratic institutions around the world through nongovernmental efforts. He serves on the Board of The Council on Foreign Relations and co-chaired a major independent task force on U.S. Policy Toward Reform in the Arab World with former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Vin is a member of the U.S. Secretary of Defense's Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee, and he also serves on the U.S. Secretary of State's Advisory Committee on Democracy Promotion. He is a senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota, where he is co-director of the Policy Forum. In addition, Vin is a board member of several private sector and non-profit organizations, including ITT Educational Services, The Lenox Group, and the Aspen Institute where he serves on the Institute's Middle East Strategy Group. Vin is one of the most prominent and successful strategists in the Republican Party and enjoys strong bipartisan relationships across the Legislative and Executive branches of government. He serves as a trusted advisor to senior officials in the Administration and on Capitol Hill, and has counseled numerous Presidential campaigns. He is Policy Chairman of Romney for President, Inc., overseeing all policy development for Governor Mitt Romney. In 2004, Vin was the Bush-Cheney '04 Plains States Regional Chairman. He has been featured in numerous national publications, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, the Associated Press, National Journal, and The New Republic. Vin is a sought-after political and policy analyst, appearing frequently on major television outlets, including NBC's Nightly News, The News Hour with Jim Lehrer on PBS, ABC's This Week, the CBS Early Show, Fox News Channel, CNN, and MSNBC. He is a contributing columnist to The Hill newspaper. Prior to opening Clark & Weinstock's Washington office in 1994, Vin was president and co-director with Jack Kemp, Jeane Kirkpatrick and Bill Bennett of Empower America, a public policy advocacy group. Vin served in the United States House of Representatives from 1981 to 1993, representing Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District. He was a member of the Appropriations Committee and an elected member of the House Republican Leadership. Prior to his Congressional service, he served as campaign manager and chief Minnesota aide to Sen. Rudy Boschwitz (1978-1980), and as the co-publisher of The Murray County Herald (1976-1978). He and his wife Cheryl have two daughters. The Webers maintain homes in Alexandria, Virginia and Walker, Minnesota.
