Cody joined LGP as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Previously, Cody was a senior manager in Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice in the Los Angeles office, which he joined in 2002. While at E&Y, he worked extensively with several prominent investment management and financial services firms. From 1991 to 2002, Cody was an auditor and consultant in the Financial Services Industry of Arthur Andersen's Assurance and Business Advisory practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Oklahoma and is a member of both the California Society of CPAs and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Cody earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Jon joined LGP in 1990. Previously Jon was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Drexel, which he joined in 1985. Prior to Drexel, Jon was a Principal of Hambrecht & Quist from 1984 to 1985, and prior to that, he was with Woodman, Kirkpatrick & Gilbreath (which subsequently merged with Hambrecht & Quist) and Merrill Lynch & Co. Jon presently serves on the Board of Directors of Arrow Group Industries, Inc., The Brickman Group, Ltd., David's Bridal, Inc., Intercontinental Art, Inc., Jetro Cash & Carry, Inc., Rite Aid Corporation, The Sports Authority, Inc., The Tire Rack, Inc., Tourneau, Inc., and Varsity Brands, Inc. Jon has served on the Board of Directors of Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation, Carr-Gottstein Foods Co., Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc., Dollar Financial Group, Inc., MC Sporting Goods, Rival Manufacturing Co., Thrifty PayLess Holdings, Inc., Tuboscope, Inc., Vans, Inc., and White Cap Industries, Inc. Jon serves on the Williams College Endowment Committee for Private Equity Investment. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy and History from Williams College.

Kris joined LGP as an associate in 2002. Prior to joining LGP, he had been in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly DLJ) in their Los Angeles office. Kris presently serves on the Board of Directors of Claim Jumper Restaurants, David's Bridal, Inc., and Tourneau, Inc., and he is actively involved in LGP's investments in Asian Media and FTD Group, Inc. Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Michael joined LGP in 2000. Previously he worked in the Financial Sponsors Group of Deutsche Banc Alex Brown in Los Angeles since 1996. Michael presently serves on the Board of Directors of David's Bridal, Inc., Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Dollar Financial Group, Inc., and Phoenix Scientific, Inc. He is also actively involved with LGP's investments in AsianMedia Group LLC and Jetro Cash & Carry, Inc., and was previously involved with VCA Antech, Inc. Michael is a CFA charterholder. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pomona College.

Michael joined LGP in 1998. Previously Michael worked in the merchant banking division of The Blackstone Group in New York and at DLJ in Los Angeles. Michael presently serves on the Board of Directors of AsianMedia Group LLC and Intercontinental Art, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jon joined LGP in 1994. Previously he worked in corporate finance at DLJ in Los Angeles. Jon presently serves on the Board of Directors of Arrow Group Industries, Inc., AsianMedia Group LLC, David's Bridal, Inc., HITS, Inc., Motorsport Aftermarket Group, The Sports Authority, Inc., The Tire Rack, Inc., and Varsity Brands, Inc. Jon has served on the Board of Directors of Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation, Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc., Dollar Financial Group, Inc., Gart Sports Company, Liberty Group Publishing, Inc., and White Cap Industries, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter joined LGP in 1997. Previously Peter was a Managing Director and Co-Head of DLJ's Los Angeles Investment Banking Division, which he joined in 1990, and where he worked extensively with LGP, assuming the role of its lead investment banker in 1995. During his time at DLJ, Peter helped to build the Los Angeles investment banking office to the largest regional presence in the nation with over 100 professionals and acted as advisor to entities such as adidas AG, the Government of Mexico, Saatchi & Saatchi PLC, Televisa S.A. and Orion Pictures. Prior to DLJ, Peter had been a First Vice President in corporate finance at Drexel from 1986 to 1990, a Vice President at Prudential Securities, Inc. from 1982 to 1986 and an Associate at Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Peter presently serves on the Board of Directors of AsianMedia Group, LLC, Claim Jumper Restaurants, LLC, FTD Group, Inc., Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Rand McNally & Company, and Activision. Peter has served on the Board of Directors of Liberty Group Publishing, Inc., VCA Antech, Inc., Wavetek Corporation, White Cap Industries, LLC, and the Supervisory Board of adidas AG. In addition, Peter serves as a trustee of Cornell University and as a member of the Investment Committee for its endowment. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Finance from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Anant joined LGP as an Associate in 2006. Prior to joining LGP, Anant worked in the Investment Banking Division of UBS in their Los Angeles office as a Generalist. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Iris joined LGP as an associate in 2006. Prior to joining LGP, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in their Los Angeles office. Iris is actively involved in LGP's investments in The Brickman Group, Ltd. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
