As COO of LTI, Jayne brings over 20 years of business; operations; and technical experience to the company. She has hands-on experience in managing large and small scale organizations. The depth and breath of her experiences, in combination with her vision and drive have proven extremely valuable to our clients and business alike. Jayne's previous experiences include: being an executive member of the start-up team of NIKSUN, a high-tech security and performance management firm; VP and General Manger for InRange Technology Corp where she was responsible for all aspects of the business including marketing; sales; administration; product development; engineering; manufacturing; and distribution; VP of Customer Services for AT&T's Data Services and VP of Network Operations where Jayne was responsible for managing AT&T own global network and implementing state of the art disaster recovery technology. Jayne holds a BS degree in math; an MS degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering; and an Executive MBA degree.

As CFO, Michael is responsible for finance, administration and human resources at LTI. Michael has over 26 years of experience in senior financial and operations management, covering a wide spectrum of corporate responsibilities. Prior to joining LTI, Michael served for 16 years as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for the McGaw Group, LLC. Previous to that he was the Controller for Laura Ashley Stores, N.A. Michael is a KPMG alumnus and a CPA.

As CEO, Sean's primary focus is to ensure that each customer realizes clear, tangible value from IHS's services. Sean began his career with IHS in sales and recruiting and rose to the rank of Chief Operating Officer before attaining his current position. Prior to joining IHS , Sean held analyst positions at A.G. Becker Paribas and Morgan Guaranty. Sean was graduated from Union College with a B.A. in computer science and economics.

Frank serves as the Financial Consultant of LTI since September 2008. Previously, Frank served as the Controller and Corporate Secretary of Micros to Mainframes, Inc. a Nasdaq traded company that provides information technology (IT) solutions services for United States for over 13 years, and he served as Chief Accountant of the Carvel Corporation, a franchise ice cream distributor for over 15 years. Frank holds a BAA degree in Accounting and EDP systems from Pace University.
