Mr. Eglin has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2003, our Chief Operating Officer since October 1993, our President since April 1996 and as a trustee since May 1994.

Mr. Carroll has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 1998, our Treasurer since January 1999 and one of our Executive Vice Presidents since January 2003. Prior to joining us, Mr. Carroll was, from 1993 to 1998, a Senior Manager in the real estate practice of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., a public accounting firm that was one of the predecessors of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.

Mr. Wood has served as one of our Vice Presidents, and our Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary since October 1993.

Mr. Rouse has served as the Chief Investment Officer of the Company since January 2003, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees since April 1996 and as a trustee of the Company since October 1993. Mr. Rouse served as President of the Company from October 1993 to April 1996, and as Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 to January 2003. Mr. Rouse graduated from Michigan State University in 1968 and received his M.B.A. in 1970 from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania.

Geoffrey Dohrmann is co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Institutional Real Estate, Inc. - a publishing and consulting company focused on meeting the information needs of the commercial real estate investment community. He also serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of several leading industry publications, including: The Institutional Real Estate Letter, REITStreet, the European Real Estate Quarterly, the Institutional Real Estate Newsline and IREIzine (Institutional Real Estate, Inc.'s weekly e-mail newsletter), as well as numerous special reports on the industry. In addition to these responsibilities, Dohrmann is a trustee of Lexington Corporate Properties Trust and a director of the J. P. Morgan Real Estate Income & Growth Fund. Mr. Dohrmann is a member of the editorial and/or advisory boards for the National Real Estate Index, The Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, Real Estate Investment for Pension Funds and Real Estate Conference Group. He also is on the advisory board of (and is a faculty member for) the Center for Real Estate Enterprise Management (Centerprise).

Mr. Bonventre currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. Prior to 2007, Mr. Bonventre served as a Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in September 2004, Mr. Bonventre was associated with Paul, Hastings, Janofksy & Walker LLP, outside corporate counsel to the Company. Mr. Bonventre is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Ms. Johnson joined us as part of the Newkirk merger and serves as our executive vice president of strategic transactions. Previously, Ms. Johnson was an executive vice president of Newkirk Realty Trust, and a member of its board of directors. From April 1996 to March 2003, and since April 2005 she served as senior vice president of Winthrop Financial Associates. Ms. Johnson also served as a vice president of Shelbourne I, Shelbourne II and Shelbourne III, three publicly-traded REITs. Ms. Johnson was Director of Investor Relations for National Property Investors, Inc. from 1994 until 1996. Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. from Transylvania University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

Ms. Roberts serves as one of our Executive Vice Presidents and she is the Director of Real Estate Operations. Previously, Ms. Roberts was a Senior Vice President of the company and the Director of Acquisitions. She has been with LXP since 1997. Prior to that Ms. Roberts was employed by the LCP Group. Ms. Roberts graduated from New York University in 1989.

As Chairman of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Roskind directs Crescent's Acquisition / Investment Strategy, and Investor Relations. Mr. Roskind is also Chairman of Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and manages office, industrial and retail properties net leased to major corporations throughout the United States, and its recently formed affiliate, Lexington Strategic Asset Corporation. Mr. Roskind has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of LCPT since 1993, and was Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1993 to 2003. In addition, Mr. Roskind is Chairman of The LCP Group, a private real estate advisory firm he founded in 1973. The LCP Group, with partners, has owned such hotel properties as the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, the King Edward in Toronto, and Hyatt Regency Hotels in Phoenix, Savannah and Washington, DC. The LCP Group continues as the co-general partner of the partnership which owns the Loews Ventana Resort in Tucson. In addition, Mr. Roskind was founder and former Chairman of CapStar Hotels and Resorts, a predecessor company to MeriStar Hospitality Corporation. The LCP Group's present focus of activities, excluding Crescent, includes hotel development projects in Mexico and the establishment of LCP REIT Advisors in Tokyo. Mr. Roskind received his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Harlan Fiske Stone Graduate of the Columbia Law School. Mr. Roskind is on the Board of Directors of Clarion CMBS Value Fund, Inc. Mr. Roskind is also founder of the Babies Heart Fund, which supports the pediatric cardiology unit at New York Presbyterian Hospital and an advisory board member of the Center for Environmental Research & Conservation.

Mr. Broser has been associated with Vornado since 1989. Since 1997 Mr. Broser has been a Senior Vice President in Vornado’s acquisitions group where he has been responsible for real estate acquisitions and financings.Vornado is a diversified REIT with a current market cap in excess of $23 billion, making it one of the largest REITs in the industry.

James Grosfeld, Director since 1999, a private investor, was formerly Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Homes, Inc., a home builder and mortgage banking and financing company from 1974 to 1990.

Mr. Lynch is a Principal and co-founder of The Townsend Group. He has 17 years of institutional real estate consulting experience and 29 years of direct real estate experience. During his career at Townsend, Mr. Lynch has facilitated the construction of real estate portfolios for numerous clients throughout the world. Mr. Lynch is also responsible for new product development. Prior to forming Townsend, Mr. Lynch participated in structuring private placement real estate transactions for Stonehenge Capital Corporation, a New York based investment-banking firm. Mr. Lynch is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Counsel for Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and is a member of the real estate advisory board for New York University. Mr. Lynch is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has presented in Amsterdam and Frankfurt for the benefit of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and on behalf of the Institute for International Research.

Richard Frary . Mr. Frary is the founding partner and majority shareholder of Tallwood Associates, Inc. a private merchant banking firm founded in 1990 primarily engaged in real estate acquisition, management and development. He also serves on the board of directors of Tarragon Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, and the board of trustees of Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Zachary has served as a trustee since November 1993. Since 1987, Mr. Zachary has been a partner, and is currently the Chairman, of the law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, counsel to the Company.
