Mr. Cruz is responsible for leading AirCell's engineering and technology group, serving all AirCell markets. His experiences include senior executive roles in the aviation, satellite and terrestrial communications industries with companies including Ameritech Cellular and LG Electronics. He has also co-founded several technology development companies within the industry including Airfone, Railfone, Personal Guardian, Med-Net and Intelli-Sens. He has contributed directly to the development of CDMA technology and CDMA 3G enhancements for broadband data communications and additional network capacity for mobile voice and data communications. Yong Nam is the President and CEO of LG Telecom, a leading CDMA-based wireless carrier in Korea. He has been with LG for 30 years, holding various senior positions and making significant contributions to LG Electronics and the Corporate Office. Prior to LG Telecom, he was Executive Vice President in charge of the Multimedia Division of LG Electronics with responsibility for revenues of $2BN.
