John has over 20 years experience as a financial executive in technology and service organizations, primarily in telecommunications. Prior to joining LGC Wireless, John was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Jetstream Communications, Inc., a provider of voice-over-broadband solutions. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SCM Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCMM), a provider of smart card readers and digital media devices. Previously, John held senior financial management positions at Octel Communications, VMX, Inc. and KPMG. John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wayne State University and is a certified public accountant.

Stefan brings over 25 years' senior management experience in the design, development, and commercialization of innovative mobile communications products both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining LGC Wireless, he was founder, President, and CEO/CTO of Ibis Telecom, and founder and CEO of Littlefeet, Inc. In both organizations, he lead product design development teams from initial creation to market launch/penetration and utilized his patented approach for providing strong, clean signals to wireless subscribers. As an independent consultant, he provided business development and sales technology counsel to Philips, Cap Gemini, T-Mobile, E-Plus, and O2. Stefan holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Germany's University of Braunschweig.

Dermot has more than 20 years experience in the electronics industry, working in the design and manufacture of computer and telecommunications products, including offshore manufacturing in Ireland. He worked with Ericsson as Director of Operations Engineering, and prior to that with Raynet as manager of manufacturing engineering. His accomplishments include the successful manufacturing launch of telecommunications products to the Bundespost in Germany as well as European and Asian PTTs. Dermot holds a degree in engineering from Dublin University in Ireland.

Laddy's career in the wireless technology sector spans more than 20 years. Prior to joining LGC Wireless, Laddy was Vice President of Sales, GTES Wireless Division for Glenayre, a world leader in wireless data and messaging platforms. During his 20-year career in wireless, Laddy has held a range of senior management positions in sales, engineering, and service including Vice President Sales Americas, V.P. Major Account Sales and Director of Application Engineering. Prior to Glenayre, Laddy held several sales and technical roles and is a veteran of the wireless messaging and paging industries.

Richard's background combines 26 years of management experience with more than 15 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of Information Technology. He has comprehensive expertise with advanced systems and network and process design for both startups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining LGC Wireless, Richard was the President and Founder of a successful IT services company. Richard holds degrees in Electronics and Computer Science from Phillips College.
