Liberty Property Trust (the Trust) is a self-administered and self-managed Maryland real estate investment trust (a REIT). Substantially all of the Trusts assets are owned directly or indirectly, and substantially all of the Trusts operations are conducted directly or indirectly, by its subsidiary, Liberty Property Limited Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership (the Operating Partnership and, together with the Trust and their consolidated subsidiaries, the Company). The Company completed its initial public offering in 1994 to continue and expand the commercial real estate business of Rouse & Associates, a Pennsylvania general partnership, and certain affiliated entities (collectively, the Predecessor), which was founded in 1972. As of December 31, 2008, the Company owned and operated 357 industrial and 297 office properties (the Wholly Owned Properties in Operation) totaling 63.8 million square feet. In addition, as of December 31, 2008, the Company owned 17 properties under development, which when completed are expected to comprise 3.2 million square feet (the Wholly Owned Properties under Development) and 1,336 acres of developable land, substantially all of which is zoned for commercial use. ...

Donna Wagner is senior vice president of acquisitions reporting to Liberty's chief investment officer. Prior to this promotion in 2006, Ms. Wagner served as senior vice president of tax planning, responsible for coordinating the internal tax department which handles all federal, state and local tax filings as well as coordinating real estate developments with tax planning strategies. Robert E. Fenza is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Liberty Property Trust. Mr. Fenza joined Rouse & Associates, Liberty's predecessor, in 1984 as managing partner for the Lehigh Valley Region. In 1990 he became the company's northern division manager, overseeing real estate operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Jim Lutz is senior vice president in charge of all development for Liberty in the United States and United Kingdom. Mr. Lutz joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1980 as a director of development. In 1988, he was asked to start Liberty's United Kingdom office in Kent County to develop a 650-acre mixed-use office, residential and recreational park. Massie Flippin is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Carolinas region which encompasses both North and South Carolina. Michael Heise is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Jacksonville, Florida region. Andrew Blevins is managing director responsible for Liberty's United Kingdom portfolio. John N. DiVall is senior vice president and city manager for Liberty's Arizona region. Most recently, Mr. DiVall served as the vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Wisconsin region. Frederick F. Buchholz has served as a trustee of the Trust since June 1994. Mr. Buchholz was with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments or its predecessors from 1968, until retiring in June 1998. Since his retirement, Mr. Buchholz has served as an independent real estate consultant. He was appointed a Senior Vice President of Equitable Real Estate in December 1990 and Executive Vice President in 1992. At various times, Mr. Buchholz was also the officer in charge of Equitable Real Estate's New York and Washington, D.C. regional offices. Thomas C. DeLoach, Jr. received his bachelor's degree with honor in chemical engineering in 1969 from Georgia Tech and joined Mobil Oil Corporation at its Beaumont, Texas Refinery. Tom progressed through a number of various positions in manufacturing, planning and supply to become Manager Crude Oil Supply for U.S. Marketing and Refining in 1980. In 1981 he was the liaison with Mobil's diversified businesses: Montgomery Ward, Container Corporation and W. F. Hall Printing Company. He was named Vice President, U.S. Supply in 1984; and in 1986, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager, U. S. Marketing. He was elected VP, Corporate Planning and Economics for Mobil Corporation in 1990. He was elected to the Mobil Oil Board of Directors and named VP, Worldwide Supply and Trading in 1991. In 1993, Tom was named Executive VP in charge of International Marketing and Refining and in 1994 was named Chief Financial Officer for Mobil Corporation. In 1998, he became President of Global Midstream, which included global hydrocarbon supply and trading, marine operations, Middle East relationships and worldwide natural gas sales and marketing. From 1993 until his retirement, he was also the worldwide coordinator of Mobil's Motorsports programs. He retired in 2000 from Mobil Corporation.

Willard G. Rouse III (Bill) was founder and chairman of the board of Liberty Property Trust until his death in 2003. Mr. Rouse was a driving force in real estate since the early 1970s when he founded Rouse & Associates (the predecessor company to Liberty) and subsequently grew it into one of the most influential real estate operations in the country. A native of Baltimore, Mr. Rouse graduated from the University of Virginia in 1966, and soon after was hired by the Great Southwest Corporation, a developer in Dallas. In 1968, he joined the Bernguil Company where he oversaw the development of the Mid Atlantic Park in southern New Jersey, before forming Rouse & Associates in 1972. As founding partner of Rouse & Associates, Mr. Rouse developed numerous landmark properties, including the 650-acre, trend-setting suburban business park Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania; Liberty Place, the 3.4 million square foot mixed-use skyscraper complex that dramatically changed Philadelphia's skyline; and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building, also in downtown Philadelphia. He is also one of the few US-based developers to partner with a European government, in developing Kings Hill in southern England, the largest mixed use business park in Europe.

J. Anthony Hayden has served as a trustee of the Trust since June 1994. Mr. Hayden is Managing Principal of Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC. The company was formed as Hayden Real Estate in 1996. Prior to forming Hayden Real Estate, Mr. Hayden spent more than 21 years at Cushman Wakefield where he was a member of the Board of Trustees. When he resigned as Executive Vice President in 1996 he was responsible for 10 offices in the Mid-Atlantic/Mid-West region. Mr. Hayden is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, serving in 1982 as President of the Philadelphia Chapter. Mr. Mejia brings a wealth of experience in the arena of manufacturing, logistics and distribution, procurement, supplier management, new product introduction and cash/margin improvement. After earlier working experience at Owens Illinois, IBM, and seven years at Ford Motor Company, he was Vice President of External Manufacturing at Nortel Networks. Mr. Mejia joined Lucent in 1999 as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer and in 2001 rose to the position of President of the Supply Chain, Program Management and Customer Operations. At Lucent he had end-to-end responsibility for all operations and supply chain and was heavily involved in margin realization and significant cash improvements. His team was a key driver in the turnaround of Lucent and its return to profitability. His responsibilities spanned world-wide bases, over more than 50 countries with a high of over 40,000 people. At Lucent, he also developed numerous successful high level customer partnerships with service providers in many parts of the world including Telefonica, Tel-Mex, Digitel, Vivo, Verizon, Vodafone and China Telecom, among others. He created and implemented the first of its kind Supply Chain Bell Labs Research Center in Dublin, Ireland in coordination with the Irish Government and top Universities in Ireland. Upon the merger of Lucent and Alcatel, Mr. Mejia chose to leave and eventually joined Spansion, Inc. as Executive VP of Operations and later on as a consultant. He led close to 8,000 people world wide and was responsible for all company manufacturing, semi-conductor fabrication facilities, final assembly and test operations, distribution and information technology. In those capacities, he introduced two brand new technology nodes and products and redefined Spansion’s IT structure as well as is procurement, quality and supply chain organizations. During his extensive career, Mr. Mejia has been very active in entrepreneurial and M&A activities at Ford Motor Company, as well as the sale of Bay Networks to Northern Telecom, and the spin off of Agere and Avaya from Lucent. Most recently, he has been carrying out entrepreneurial activities including establishing Nuestro Banco, a successful retail community bank that addresses the evolving needs of the Hispanic Community in North Carolina as well as Univa Capital and Premier Management Group. Mr. Mejia serves on the Board of Directors of Pella Corporation and Liberty Property Trust Mr. Mejia earned a BS in Industrial Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as well as an honorary doctorate from the W.P. Carey Graduate School of Business at the Arizona State University. He is the recipient of the “Ellis Island” Medal of Honor. He was named one of Hispanic Business Magazine’s 25 Corporate Elite for 2004 and 2005 and in 2003, Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation named him “Engineer of the Year."

Joseph P. Denny is senior advisor to the chairman, having previously served as president and chief operating officer. Mr. Denny joined Rouse & Associates in 1979 and, as a managing general partner of the Urban Group, was responsible for the development of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building and the $700 million Liberty Place Building, a 2.5 million square foot mixed-use project. Prior to joining Rouse & Associates, Mr. Denny was with The Rouse Company, a developer of regional shopping malls and Lev Zetlin Associates, an engineering firm in Boston and New York. Mr. Denny is a Vice Chairman of the Industrial and Office Park Council of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the Wharton Business School Real Estate Center and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) Legislative Advisory Council. Stephen B. Siegel , age 63, has served as a trustee of the Trust since May 1995. Mr. Siegel is Chairman of Global Brokerage Services of CB Richard Ellis, one of the world s premier full service real estate companies. Prior to its merger with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Siegel was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Insignia/ESG, Inc., one of the premier commercial real estate companies in the United States, with significant international operations in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Siegel became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Insignia/ESG, Inc. s predecessor company, Edward S. Gordon Company ( ESG ), in 1992. Prior to joining ESG, Mr. Siegel spent more than 27 years at Cushman & Wakefield, including as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Siegel left Cushman & Wakefield in late 1988 and entered a joint venture with the Chubb Corporation where he worked for several years to develop and acquire investment-grade office buildings throughout the United States. Mr. Siegel is also involved in a number of charitable and civic affairs. He is the General Chairman of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children. In addition, Mr. Siegel is the President of the Board of the American Friends of Rabin Medical Center, and is a board member for the City Center 55th Street Theater Foundation and the Greater New York Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
