Donna Wagner is senior vice president of acquisitions reporting to Liberty's chief investment officer. Prior to this promotion in 2006, Ms. Wagner served as senior vice president of tax planning, responsible for coordinating the internal tax department which handles all federal, state and local tax filings as well as coordinating real estate developments with tax planning strategies. Ms. Wagner joined Liberty Property Trust in January of 1996 after spending five years with Ernst & Young LLP as a tax consultant and real estate compliance coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George J. Alburger, Jr. is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Liberty Property Trust. Before joining Liberty in 1995, he had served for nine years as chief financial officer for EBL&S Property Management, Inc., where he was responsible for the financial management of approximately 35 million square feet of real estate with $100 million in revenues. Prior to joining EBL&S in 1982, he was senior manager at Price Waterhouse, where among other responsibilities; he supervised SEC compliance for various large corporations. Mr. Alburger received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
Michael T. Hagan is the chief investment officer of Liberty Property Trust. Before assuming this role, he was senior vice president in charge of acquisitions and dispositions. Since joining Liberty Property Trust in 1989, Mr. Hagan has served as regional controller for the Lehigh and Montgomery/Bucks regions, and vice president of Asset Management. Prior to joining Liberty Property Trust, Mr. Hagan spent several years with Toll Brothers, Inc., as divisional controller and with Franklin Realty Group, a syndicator and developer, as asset manager. Mr. Hagan is a Certified Public Accountant, who earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in business and a Master's degree in finance from Temple University.
Robert E. Fenza is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Liberty Property Trust. Mr. Fenza joined Rouse & Associates, Liberty's predecessor, in 1984 as managing partner for the Lehigh Valley Region. In 1990 he became the company's northern division manager, overseeing real estate operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In 1993 Mr. Fenza was named executive vice president, and in 2000 promoted to chief operating officer. Mr. Fenza is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and is an active alumnus. He is a recipient of the 2002 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award and in 2004, was named an Alumni Fellow. He also Chairs the Development Committee for the College of Arts and Architecture and is a member of the National Council on Penn State Philanthropy. In addition, Mr. Fenza serves on many local boards, including the Charter High School for Architecture and Design, FM Global, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County and the PENJERDEL.
Steven E. Messaros is chief information officer, responsible for developing and maintaining all management information systems and technology. He joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1986 as accountant for the Chester County region and was promoted to vice president for Financial Services. Prior to joining the Company he was on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse. He earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in accounting at Temple University.
Anne E. Sheppard is a senior vice president and Counsel for Liberty handling real estate matters both internally and in conjunction with outside counsel. Prior to joining Liberty in 1995, she managed the law office of Real & Sheppard, which represented Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in connection with real estate transactions beginning in 1981. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law.
Caren P. Hosansky is senior vice president of Human Resources for Liberty Property Trust. Before joining Liberty in 2008, she served as an Executive Director in human resources for Morgan Stanley. In her most recent position with Morgan Stanley, Ms. Hosansky supported the Investment Management division with responsibility for 800 investment professionals in 10 locations around the world. Prior to Morgan Stanley Ms. Hosansky held a variety of human resources positions of increasing responsibility for other companies including Airgas, Inc. and FCA International. She is a member of SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management, and a graduate of Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations

Jim Lutz is senior vice president in charge of all development for Liberty in the United States and United Kingdom. Mr. Lutz joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1980 as a director of development. In 1988, he was asked to start Liberty's United Kingdom office in Kent County to develop a 650-acre mixed-use office, residential and recreational park. Returning to Home office in 1993, he went on to oversee many significant developments including the Eastman-Kodak pharmaceutical operation, General Electric's Semi-Conductor manufacturing facility, GMAC's Corporate Headquarters, SmithKline's U.S. Pharmaceutical Headquarters, PNC Bank's Philadelphia Operation Center and 1,000,000sf of offices for the Vanguard Group. Prior to joining Liberty, he worked in development with the Heritage Company.
Mr. Lutz is on the Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC). He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business from the University of Rhode Island.
James J. Mazzarelli is senior vice president and regional director responsible for Liberty's Southeast Pennsylvania and southern North Jersey portfolios. Mr. Mazzarelli joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1986 as a regional manager. Prior to joining Rouse & Associates, he served as a civil engineer and project manager for Taylor, Wiseman and Taylor Consulting Engineers and as an environmental engineer for General Development Corporation in Miami, FL. James V. Maneri is senior vice president of National Leasing and Business Development for Liberty. Mr. Maneri joined Liberty in 1996 as vice president and director of capital markets and in 1999 was promoted to senior vice president and served for three years as managing director of Liberty's United Kingdom operations. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Maneri was vice president and treasurer of the Argosy/KOAR Group, a developer of hotels and resorts, and a director of Oxford First Organization. John Gattuso is senior vice president and regional director of Liberty's Urban and National Development team. Mr. Gattuso is also responsible for Liberty's downtown Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Herndon Virginia offices. Mr. Gattuso joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates in 1987 as a marketing representative in suburban Philadelphia and subsequently served as senior vice president for the Minnesota region. Lawrence D. Gildea is senior vice president and regional director responsible for Liberty's Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. He joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1984 and subsequently opened their North Carolina office. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University, a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Catholic University of America and has served as Chapter President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
Mary Beth Morrissey is senior vice president, responsible for accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and the management of all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance since the Company's IPO in June 1994. Shelby Christensen is senior vice president and national director of Property Management for all Liberty-owned buildings throughout the United States. Ms. Christensen joined Liberty in 1997 as senior property manager in the South Carolina region, assumed the role of regional property manager for the Mid-Atlantic region in 2001 and was appointed national director in 2005. Prior to joining Liberty she served as property manager with Insignia Commercial Group and Premisys Real Estate Services and as a real estate accountant at Aronov Realty Company and HBW Group. Ms. Christensen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
Stephen J. Whitley is senior vice president and city manager of the Orlando, FL region. He joined the Rouse Company, predecessor of Liberty Property Trust, in 1984 directing its industrial development and leasing until he joined CB Commercial Real Estate Group as an industrial specialist in 1991. He re-joined Liberty Property Trust in 1994 as marketing director of the Company's Jacksonville region and was soon promoted to his current position in Orlando. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in marketing from Florida State University.
Albert J. Kraft, III is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty Property Trust's Richmond, Virginia office. He joined Rouse & Associates, Liberty's predecessor in 1989 after working with Jackson Cross and Bay Colony Properties. In 1995 Jay moved to Richmond as director of property management and subsequently vice president of leasing and marketing. Andy Petry is Liberty's vice president of leasing and development for its South Florida operation. Anthony Nichols, Jr. is vice president and city manager of the Horsham, Pennsylvania office where he is responsible for Liberty's portfolio of office and flex space in the northern Philadelphia suburbs. Mr. Nichols joined Liberty in 2005 as director of leasing and development, coming from TCA Management Services where he focused on third party brokerage and acquisitions. Prior, he served as vice president of marketing at Nichols Company until it merged in 1996 with Brandywine Realty Trust where he became senior vice president of leasing and development. Craig Cope is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads region since March of 2001. Prior to joining Liberty he was a broker for CB Commercial in Philadelphia and served as Superintendent of Fabrication and Finishing at Lukens Steel in Coatesville, PA. Joseph (Jody) Johnston is vice president and city manager of Liberty's Tampa region. Mr. Johnston joined Liberty in 1998 as a leasing representative for the Tampa region and was promoted to vice president of marketing in 2002 with special focus on marketing and developing the company's two flagship corporate parks in Tampa: Woodland Corporate Center and Silo Bend. Before joining Liberty, Mr. Johnston spent 11 years in the commercial real estate publishing industry with MARCOA Publishing, Inc. and Black's Guide, Inc. Lisa Sullivan is vice president and city manager of Liberty's Maryland portfolio. Ms. Sullivan came to Liberty as vice president of leasing and development in 2006 from New Boston Fund where she served as vice president and regional asset manager for the company's Mid-Atlantic portfolio of four million square feet. Prior, Ms. Sullivan served as senior asset manager at Archon Group, managing marketing and leasing for a portfolio of over eight million square feet. Mark Goldstein is vice president and city manager of Liberty's New Jersey region. Mr. Goldstein previously served as vice president and city manager of Liberty's Delaware East region headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylavnia. Prior to this promotion in 2006, Mr. Goldstein was vice president of leasing for all industrial space in Liberty's New Jersey portfolio. Mr. Goldstein played a key role in managing Liberty's first joint venture with the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Association overseeing Liberty's Pureland and Commodore Industrial Parks, two of the largest industrial complexes on the East Coast. Mr. Goldstein earned a BA from Brandeis University and a MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.
Massie Flippin is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Carolinas region which encompasses both North and South Carolina. Mr. Flippin joined Liberty in 1999 as a leasing representative and was promoted to senior leasing representative in 2003. Mr. Flippin assumed the role of city manager for North Carolina in March of 2005 and for the entire Carolinas region in May of 2008. Prior to joining Liberty he served as territory manager for NB Handy Company. Mr. Flippin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina CCIM Chapter and the Piedmont Triad National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Michael Heise is vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty's Jacksonville, Florida region. Prior to joining Liberty in May of 2005, Mr. Heise served as director of leasing for Highwood Properties, as partner and co-founder of Newport Partners/Carter & Associates, and as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Company. Preceding this, he was a U.S. Naval Officer serving seven years of active duty as a pilot. Mr. Heise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Tom Sklow is vice president and city manager of the Malvern, Pennsylvania office where he is responsible for Liberty's portfolio of office and flex space in the western Philadelphia suburbs. Thomas C. DeLoach, Jr. received his bachelor's degree with honor in chemical engineering in 1969 from Georgia Tech and joined Mobil Oil Corporation at its Beaumont, Texas Refinery. Tom progressed through a number of various positions in manufacturing, planning and supply to become Manager Crude Oil Supply for U.S. Marketing and Refining in 1980. In 1981 he was the liaison with Mobil's diversified businesses: Montgomery Ward, Container Corporation and W. F. Hall Printing Company. He was named Vice President, U.S. Supply in 1984; and in 1986, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager, U. S. Marketing. He was elected VP, Corporate Planning and Economics for Mobil Corporation in 1990. He was elected to the Mobil Oil Board of Directors and named VP, Worldwide Supply and Trading in 1991. In 1993, Tom was named Executive VP in charge of International Marketing and Refining and in 1994 was named Chief Financial Officer for Mobil Corporation. In 1998, he became President of Global Midstream, which included global hydrocarbon supply and trading, marine operations, Middle East relationships and worldwide natural gas sales and marketing. From 1993 until his retirement, he was also the worldwide coordinator of Mobil's Motorsports programs. He retired in 2000 from Mobil Corporation.

William P. Hankowsky has served as a trustee of the Trust since May 2003. Mr. Hankowsky joined the Trust on January 1, 2001 as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer and was promoted to the position of President on March 12, 2002. Mr. Hankowsky became the Chief Executive Officer of the Trust on January 21, 2003 and Chairman on June 10, 2003. Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Hankowsky served as President of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation ("PIDC") from 1989 through 2000. As the chief executive officer of PIDC, he oversaw the City of Philadelphia's economic development agency. Prior to that time, Mr. Hankowsky served as an executive with a variety of economic development projects and agencies. Mr. Hankowsky serves on the boards of a variety of not-for-profit entities
Mr. Mejia brings a wealth of experience in the arena of manufacturing, logistics and distribution, procurement, supplier management, new product introduction and cash/margin improvement. After earlier working experience at Owens Illinois, IBM, and seven years at Ford Motor Company, he was Vice President of External Manufacturing at Nortel Networks. Mr. Mejia joined Lucent in 1999 as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer and in 2001 rose to the position of President of the Supply Chain, Program Management and Customer Operations. At Lucent he had end-to-end responsibility for all operations and supply chain and was heavily involved in margin realization and significant cash improvements. His team was a key driver in the turnaround of Lucent and its return to profitability. His responsibilities spanned world-wide bases, over more than 50 countries with a high of over 40,000 people. At Lucent, he also developed numerous successful high level customer partnerships with service providers in many parts of the world including Telefonica, Tel-Mex, Digitel, Vivo, Verizon, Vodafone and China Telecom, among others. He created and implemented the first of its kind Supply Chain Bell Labs Research Center in Dublin, Ireland in coordination with the Irish Government and top Universities in Ireland.
Upon the merger of Lucent and Alcatel, Mr. Mejia chose to leave and eventually joined Spansion, Inc. as Executive VP of Operations and later on as a consultant. He led close to 8,000 people world wide and was responsible for all company manufacturing, semi-conductor fabrication facilities, final assembly and test operations, distribution and information technology. In those capacities, he introduced two brand new technology nodes and products and redefined Spansion’s IT structure as well as is procurement, quality and supply chain organizations.
During his extensive career, Mr. Mejia has been very active in entrepreneurial and M&A activities at Ford Motor Company, as well as the sale of Bay Networks to Northern Telecom, and the spin off of Agere and Avaya from Lucent. Most recently, he has been carrying out entrepreneurial activities including establishing Nuestro Banco, a successful retail community bank that addresses the evolving needs of the Hispanic Community in North Carolina as well as Univa Capital and Premier Management Group. Mr. Mejia serves on the Board of Directors of Pella Corporation and Liberty Property Trust
Mr. Mejia earned a BS in Industrial Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as well as an honorary doctorate from the W.P. Carey Graduate School of Business at the Arizona State University. He is the recipient of the “Ellis Island” Medal of Honor. He was named one of Hispanic Business Magazine’s 25 Corporate Elite for 2004 and 2005 and in 2003, Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation named him “Engineer of the Year."
