William C. Weldon is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson, the world's most comprehensive and broadly based health care products company. Mr. Weldon assumed his current responsibilities in April, 2002. Previously Mr. Weldon served as Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group, and a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was elected to the Board in February, 2001. Mr. Weldon joined Johnson & Johnson in 1971 in the sales and marketing department of its McNeil Pharmaceutical subsidiary. In 1982 he was named manager, ICOM Regional Development Center in Southeast Asia. Mr. Weldon was appointed executive vice president and managing director of Korea McNeil, Ltd., in 1984 and managing director of Ortho-Cilag Pharmaceutical, Ltd., in the U.K. in 1986. In 1989, he was named vice president of sales and marketing at Janssen Pharmaceutica in the U.S., and in 1992 he was appointed president of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. In 1995 Mr. Weldon was named a company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson and Worldwide Franchise Chairman of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, the Johnson & Johnson affiliate that develops new procedures for minimally-invasive surgery and designs related products. In 1998 Mr. Weldon was promoted to the Executive Committee and named Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group. Among his outside activities, Mr. Weldon is a member of the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is also Chairman of the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, Vice Chair of The Business Council and a member of The Sullivan Commission on Diversity in the Health Professions Workforce. Mr. Weldon also serves on the Liberty Science Center Chairman's Advisory Council and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Quinnipiac University. He previously served as Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).

David P. Holveck was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Endo in April 2008. Prior to joining Endo, Mr. Holveck was President of Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Development of Johnson & Johnson since 2004. Mr. Holveck joined Johnson & Johnson as a company Group Chairman in 1999, following the acquisition of Centocor, Inc., by Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Holveck was Chief Executive Officer of Centocor, Inc., at the time of the acquisition. Mr. Holveck joined Centocor in 1983 and progressed through various executive positions. In 1992, he assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer and later that year was named President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Centocor, he held positions at General Electric Company, Corning Glass Works, and Abbott Laboratories. Dennis M. Bone is President - Verizon New Jersey and is responsible for all of Verizon's corporate interests in New Jersey. Prior to the Bell Atlantic / GTE merger, Bone was president and chief executive officer of Bell Atlantic-West Virginia, a position he held since 1995. Prior to that, he was vice president-external affairs for Bell Atlantic-New Jersey, Inc. Bone started his Bell Atlantic career in 1979 as an outside plant engineer for New Jersey Bell. He worked in operations, competitive assessment, rate planning and regulatory matters before being named vice president-external affairs for Bell Atlantic-New Jersey on March 1, 1993. Bone is a 1973 graduate of the West Virginia University Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree in counseling from The Johns Hopkins University. He also has been awarded three honorary doctorates. Bone serves as Chairman of New Jersey Reads. He is on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, the Newark Alliance, the Liberty Science Center, Centenary College and the New Jersey Network Foundation. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and the New Jersey Utilities Association. Bone serves on Governor Corzine's Economic Growth Council, the State Employment and Training Commission and is Chairman of the State Council for Adult Literacy Education Services. Janet L. Robinson became president and chief executive officer of The New York Times Company on December 27, 2004. As C.E.O., Ms. Robinson has primary responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all of the Company's operations and business units and for working closely with the chairman to chart the future direction of the Company. Previously, she had served as chief operating officer and executive vice president since February 2004. From February 2001 until January 2004, she served as senior vice president, newspaper operations for The New York Times Company. In this role, she led the operations of all of the Company's newspaper properties, which include The New York Times, The Boston Globe, the International Herald Tribune and the regional newspapers. She also held the position of president and general manager of The New York Times newspaper from 1996 until 2004. Ms. Robinson was elected a director of the Company in December 2004. During her tenure, Ms. Robinson has directed the acceleration of advertising and circulation revenue growth at all properties and the improvement in profit margins through expense controls, operating efficiencies and pricing initiatives. She has overseen the completion of The Times's conversion to color and section expansion, the creation and implementation of the national expansion of the newspaper and the transition from an era of print journalism to one in which The New York Times Company distributes news and information in an increasing array of new mediums. Prior to joining the newspaper, Ms. Robinson served as group senior vice president for the advertising sales and marketing unit of The New York Times Company Women's Magazine Group (which has since been sold) from January 1992, and vice president of the group since September 1990. From June 1983 until August 1990, she held several sales management positions with Golf Digest and Tennis Magazine that were formerly owned by The New York Times Company. Before joining the Times Company in June 1983, Ms. Robinson was a public school teacher in Newport, Rhode Island, and Somerset, Massachusetts. Ms. Robinson received a B.A. degree in English from Salve Regina College, Newport, RI, where she graduated cum laude in 1972. She was presented with an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Salve Regina University in May 1998. In 1996, she completed the Executive Education Program at Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth in Hanover, N.H. Ms. Robinson is vice chair of the board of the Liberty Science Center and serves on the boards of the Newspaper Association of America and the Presidential Board of Trustees of Salve Regina University. She serves on the board of New England Sports Ventures, and in 2008, she joined the advisory board for New York Women in Communications (NYWICI). Ms. Robinson is also a member of the Leadership Committee for The Lincoln Center Consolidated Corporate Fund and a trustee of the Carnegie Corporation of New York, where she is chairman of the planning and finance committee and a member of the investment committee.

Robert (Bob) J. Ingato is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
