Mr. Spears has close to 30 years experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. He spent the past four years as president of Emerson Climate Technologies - Europe. Prior to that post, he spent nearly 26 years with Emerson's Copeland Corporation, culminating with his promotion in 1999 to president of Copeland - Asia, where he oversaw the opening of a state-of-the-art research and development center and manufacturing plant in China. Mr. Spears graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in business and accounting.

As president of Liebert Corporation, Mr. Bauer has responsibility for all Liebert operations worldwide. A leader in systems that support and protect computer and other electronic systems, Liebert products are manufactured at 15 locations and sold through a direct sales force that manages a worldwide network of independent representatives and resellers. Liebert is a division of Emerson Network Power, one of eight businesses that comprise St Louis-based Emerson, a global technology and engineering company with sales in fiscal 2005 of $17.3 billion. Prior to joining Liebert in 1998, Mr. Bauer served as president of Control Techniques, an Emerson Electric division that manufactures and markets electronic motor controls and factory automation systems. He joined Emerson Electric in 1994 as vice president of marketing for the electronic drives and motors business. Prior to joining Emerson, Mr. Bauer held executive sales and marketing positions with Allen Bradley, a division of Rockwell Automation, and Westinghouse Corporation. His responsibilities for these organizations included worldwide marketing, new product development and strategic planning.

With over 20 years of engineering sales experience, Mr. Gusciora has evaluated, designed, and commissioned critical electrical systems for data centers, office buildings and industrial facilities. As a power sales engineer, Mr. Gusciora's primary responsibility includes the proper application of electrical control products and systems to ensure maximum reliability, maintainability and flexibility while minimizing first costs. As Vice President of Services, Mr. Gusciora leads a team of power systems engineers who integrate Liebert's electrical conditioning products within their electrical infrastructures to truly give the customer a single point of expertise and responsibility for their critical and emergency electrical systems. A Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate, with a BSME degree, Mr. Gusciora became a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvania. His career started with ASCO, then proceeded with DVL, Inc. in 1990.

Mr. MacCleary has more than 24 years of experience in the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) industry. He has spent the last 12 years at Liebert. In his current role, Mr. MacCleary is responsible for the strategic direction and operating performance of Liebert's Power business, including single-phase and three-phase products around the world. Mr. MacCleary previously served as Vice President of the Distributed Processing Group. A graduate of Ohio University with a BSEE, Mr. MacCleary is also a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio.

Joe Yeagley joined EDSA as vice president of global sales in 2006. He joins the Company with more than 20 years of executive-level experience in power systems sales and operations, garnered with market leaders such as Eaton Corp., Powerware/Exide Electronics, and Liebert Corporation. Joe received his BS in manufacturing engineering from Miami University (Ohio), and has completed executive post graduate programs in business administration at Babson College and international business at Cranfield University (UK).
