Cheryl Hellman joined LifeStar Response as chief financial officer of the New Jersey division. In 2002 she was appointed CFO of Care Ambulance. A certified public accountant, Hellman is responsible for the organization's accounting, financial statements and business analysis. Additionally, she works closely with financial institutions that support the organization and is responsible for maintaining the leasing arrangement for capital equipment and vehicles. Working closely with the human resources department she is responsible for payroll, employee benefit selection and administration. A graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University, Hellman has previously served as a controller and accounting manager in the technology and environmental service sectors.
Jim Dickinson began his career in 1975 as an operations manager for a transportation company that provided services to special education children in New Jersey, also serving as general manager of the Union County, New Jersey, paratransit program. In 1990, Dickinson was appointed vice president of operations for Community Medical Transport Inc., a major New York-based ambulance and ambulette provider. Dickinson joined LifeStar in 2001 as vice president of marketing for LifeStar Response of New Jersey. Dickinson has more than 30 years of experience in operations management and marketing in the medical transportation industry. He publishes a monthly newsletter for the fleet management industry and is a New Jersey exempt volunteer fireman. He has a B.S. in business management from LaSalle University.

James Buonincontri joined LifeStar Response Corporation in July 2005. Buonincontri previously served as CFO of several public and private companies, including Preferred Health Care, a managed care company; and Medical Logistics, Inc., a transportation and logistics company offering local same day pickup and delivery service to the medical sector. Buonincontri began his career in what is now Ernst & Young, LLC and lead internal audit departments at Royal Dutch/Shell and Witco Chemical Company. In addition, he has extensive consulting experience, principally in the review and installation of finance systems. Buonincontri holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Lehigh University, and has been a licensed CPA in New Jersey since 1974.
Oliver Nicklin is president of First Analysis. He coordinates private equity and venture capital investing and provides firm oversight. Prior to founding First Analysis in 1981, he served 12 years with William Blair & Co., an investment bank, brokerage and research firm in Chicago. His positions included chief operating partner, director of research and investment analyst. Earlier, he provided strategic planning and European project evaluations for Amoco Corp. and Exxon Corp. He serves on the boards of the First Analysis Institute of Integrative Studies, Field Foundation of Illinois, Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago and the visiting committee for University of Chicago's Divinity School. He earned an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas.
