Brad Boyett has been in the energy conservation business for over 29 years. He has worked on projects including lighting upgrades and new construction design, solar window film, HVAC upgrades, Energy Management Systems, commissioning of building systems and Reflective Roofing Technologies. He has worked with various rebate programs all over Texas to help his clients receive utility incentives. He was a pioneer in the lighting and solar film business with Austin Energy's rebate program in the early 80's and has completed over 200 projects in Austin alone. Brad has also helped several companies receive Energy Star status from the EPA. He was involved with the design and implementation for the Centex Homes corporation headquarters in Dallas Texas. They received a score of 99 from the EPA's Energy Star Program. This is the highest score achieved by any commercial building in the U.S. Before joining Lime, Brad renamed his company to Texas Energy Products in 1980 and sold it in 1988 to Parke Industries based in Glendora, California. He worked as the Southwest regional manager for Parke for 11 years in Texas. Parke was sold to SRS, a division of Carolina Power and Light in 1998. After reestablishing Texas Energy Products in February 2002, Brad worked to add some additional services to their Energy Services menu. Brad is an active member of NTAEE, AAFAME, BOMA Austin and AEE Austin/San Antonio Chapter.

Mr. Barbary has been in the energy related business for the last 29 years. He started his career with Allied Chemical Corporation as an Industrial Controls Engineer. In this role he received hands on experience relative to the operation and maintenance of sophisticated Building Management and Industrial Process Controls. He leveraged this position into a career at Creighton University as the Head of Technical Engineering. This experience gave him insight into the challenges the end user can face utilizing complex, proprietary EMS Systems. Subsequent to his Creighton experience Mr. Barbary held positions of increasing responsibility in the Engineering and Operations Groups at Honeywell, Inc. and Johnson Controls, Inc. Based upon his success he was recruited by San Diego Gas and Electric as the Sr. Project Engineer in the DSM Department to manage a $20,000,000 EMS retrofit project at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. At the conclusion of this project Mr. Barbary followed his entrepreneurial skills to become the Director of Product Development and Technical Support for Pentech Solutions and then Maximum Performance Group. In this role he was a core member of the initial eMAC product development team in 2000. He was also responsible for overseeing field deployment and product support for the eMAC product offering. Currently, as the VP of Technology for Lime Energy, his role is to lead product development, technical support and manufacturing management.
