Diane Neal currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Bath & Body Works. Neal joined Bath & Body Works in November 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer where she was responsible for the daily operations of the business.
Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Neal served as President of the outlet division for Gap, Inc., following her role as Senior Vice President, merchandising. She also spent many years in a variety of roles with increasing leadership at the Target Corporation, including areas of responsibility in merchandising, planning and sourcing for Target.

Mr. Schlesinger is Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands from March 2001 until February 2003 and was Executive Vice President, Organization, Leadership and Human Resources of Limited Brands from October 1999 until March 2001. Mr. Schlesinger was a Professor of Sociology and Public Policy and Senior Vice President for Development at Brown University from 1998 to 1999. He also was the George F. Baker, Jr. Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School from 1988 to 1998.
"Martyn R. Redgrave is executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Limited Brands and a member of the Limited Brands executive committee. He joined Limited Brands in March 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the enterprise’s governance, administrative and financial functions, including global procurement, logistics, and technology services. From February 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Redgrave also served as chief financial officer for the enterprise.
Previously Mr. Redgrave served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Carlson Companies, Inc., the world’s largest privately-held hospitality, travel and marketing services company, with system-wide revenues of more than $20 billion. During his 11-year tenure with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave was responsible for worldwide strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and strategic sourcing and procurement, as well as overseeing all finance and shared services operations.
Prior to his leadership role with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave spent 14 years at Pepsico, Inc., where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for both Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell (both owned by Pepsico at the time). He also served as senior vice president of Taco Bell and as president and general manager of Taco Bell’s Northern Division, where he oversaw operations for 1,200 restaurants with combined business revenues of more than $1 billion.
Mr. Redgrave has been directly responsible for more than $12 billion in acquisition, joint venture and divestiture transactions throughout the world. Additionally, he has led five major enterprise-level business and ERP transformations during his career.
Prior to joining Pepsico, Mr. Redgrave worked at Arthur Andersen in its consulting and audit practices, located in New York City.
Mr. Redgrave received his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.
In addition to his duties at Limited Brands, he serves on the board of directors for the Deluxe Corporation and is the chairman of its audit committee. He also serves on the board of the United Way of Central Ohio and is chairman of its audit committee.

Bringing over 27 years of industry experience, Richard Barclay will serve as Senior Vice President of Brands and Marketing. In his new role at SSP America, Barclay will lead the strategic direction for marketing, franchising and brand portfolio management to ensure the best customized offerings are provided for each client at every location. Prior to his role with SSP America, Barclay headed International Brand Development for SSP. Richard shepherded the milestone agreement at SSP to partner with Starbucks and bring more than 100 Starbucks stores to travel hubs throughout key European markets. Richard was also responsible for re-launching the Caffe Ritazza brand and opening more than 350 new locations in 35 countries quadrupling its earnings in three years and making it the fourth largest coffee retailer in the United Kingdom.

Larry Gautier is the Senior Vice President at Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, and the co-Chairman of the Miami-Dade Sports Commission since 2003. A proven community leader, Mr. Gautier is a fourth generation Miamian and is dedicated to the enhancement of Miami-Dade County.
