Diane Neal currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Bath & Body Works. Neal joined Bath & Body Works in November 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer where she was responsible for the daily operations of the business. Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Neal served as President of the outlet division for Gap, Inc., following her role as Senior Vice President, merchandising. She also spent many years in a variety of roles with increasing leadership at the Target Corporation, including areas of responsibility in merchandising, planning and sourcing for Target. Neal is a graduate of Michigan State University and a member of the MSU College of Communications advisory board.

Mr. Schlesinger is Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Limited Brands from March 2001 until February 2003 and was Executive Vice President, Organization, Leadership and Human Resources of Limited Brands from October 1999 until March 2001. Mr. Schlesinger was a Professor of Sociology and Public Policy and Senior Vice President for Development at Brown University from 1998 to 1999. He also was the George F. Baker, Jr. Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School from 1988 to 1998.

"Martyn R. Redgrave is executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Limited Brands and a member of the Limited Brands executive committee. He joined Limited Brands in March 2005 and is responsible for overseeing the enterprise’s governance, administrative and financial functions, including global procurement, logistics, and technology services. From February 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Redgrave also served as chief financial officer for the enterprise. Previously Mr. Redgrave served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Carlson Companies, Inc., the world’s largest privately-held hospitality, travel and marketing services company, with system-wide revenues of more than $20 billion. During his 11-year tenure with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave was responsible for worldwide strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and strategic sourcing and procurement, as well as overseeing all finance and shared services operations. Prior to his leadership role with Carlson, Mr. Redgrave spent 14 years at Pepsico, Inc., where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for both Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell (both owned by Pepsico at the time). He also served as senior vice president of Taco Bell and as president and general manager of Taco Bell’s Northern Division, where he oversaw operations for 1,200 restaurants with combined business revenues of more than $1 billion. Mr. Redgrave has been directly responsible for more than $12 billion in acquisition, joint venture and divestiture transactions throughout the world. Additionally, he has led five major enterprise-level business and ERP transformations during his career. Prior to joining Pepsico, Mr. Redgrave worked at Arthur Andersen in its consulting and audit practices, located in New York City. Mr. Redgrave received his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a certified public accountant. In addition to his duties at Limited Brands, he serves on the board of directors for the Deluxe Corporation and is the chairman of its audit committee. He also serves on the board of the United Way of Central Ohio and is chairman of its audit committee. Mr. Redgrave and his wife, Lynne, reside in New Albany, Ohio."

Martin Waters serves as Executive Vice President, International for Limited Brands, Inc., a $9 billion dollar specialty retail business trading under the Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, White Barn Candle Co., and Henri Bendel brands. In this role, he is leading the development of the Company's International growth strategy and the day-to-day management of the growth of Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works outside of the United States. Mr. Waters joins Limited Brands from his position as managing director and North American chief executive officer for Boots Retail International, the United Kingdom's leading health and beauty retailer. At Boots, Waters was responsible for international retail operations and brand sales to leading global retailers in North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. His experience includes merchandising, planning and allocation, brand management, marketing and supply chain operations and establishing new business models in numerous countries.

Bringing over 27 years of industry experience, Richard Barclay will serve as Senior Vice President of Brands and Marketing. In his new role at SSP America, Barclay will lead the strategic direction for marketing, franchising and brand portfolio management to ensure the best customized offerings are provided for each client at every location. Prior to his role with SSP America, Barclay headed International Brand Development for SSP. Richard shepherded the milestone agreement at SSP to partner with Starbucks and bring more than 100 Starbucks stores to travel hubs throughout key European markets. Richard was also responsible for re-launching the Caffe Ritazza brand and opening more than 350 new locations in 35 countries quadrupling its earnings in three years and making it the fourth largest coffee retailer in the United Kingdom.

Tom Katzenmeyer is senior vice president of investor, media and community relations for Limited Brands, Inc., a retail conglomerate whose brands include Victoria's Secret and The Limited. Katzenmeyer, who began his career at Limited Brands in 1990, previously served as the firm's vice president of communications and investor relations. In his current position, he is the lead contact for the investment and business media community. The company's investor relations team has been nationally recognized as best in class, winning numerous awards in the last several years. Katzenmeyer earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia and a master's degree in journalism from Ohio State University.

Larry Gautier is the Senior Vice President at Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, and the co-Chairman of the Miami-Dade Sports Commission since 2003. A proven community leader, Mr. Gautier is a fourth generation Miamian and is dedicated to the enhancement of Miami-Dade County. He currently sits on the Orange Bowl Committee, the Salvation Army Board of Directors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and is the Chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's Sports Council. He successfully helped lead the Orange Bowl's effort in doubling the University of Iowa attendance at the 2003 Orange Bowl Game and Festival, and continues to add to the economic growth of the community through industry-specific efforts such as sports development. Gautier received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, and attended Westminster High School in Miami.

Deborah A. Hampton is an Intellectual Property Manager at Limited Brands Inc. Ms. Hampton works on a number of brands for the company including VICTORIA'S SECRET , VICTORIA'S SECRET PINK , and VSX SPORT . Over the course of 24 years, Ms. Hampton has worked primarily in the corporate arena for a number of trademark owners including Jordache Enterprises, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Wyeth. Ms. Hampton's specialty is managing trademark, patent, copyright and domain name portfolios. She has extensive experience on the policies and practices of the U.S. Trademark Office relating to prosecuting applications and post-registration maintenance. She also has a complete and thorough knowledge of international statutes and policies and practices required to successfully register and protect intellectual property globally. During her tenure at Limited Brands, she has thoroughly immersed herself in managing trade dress and anti-counterfeiting issues. Ms. Hampton is very active with the International Trademark Association, She has served on a number of committees, and project teams since 1990. Ms. James is President of Lardon & Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in corporate governance and new business development. She had been President of Nationwide Strategic Investments, a division of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, from 2003 until March 2006. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. from 2000 until 2003 and served as a senior corporate executive for the preceding 10 years. She is also a director and chair of the audit committee of Limited Brands, Inc., a retailer of women s apparel, personal care and beauty products, and a director of Conseco Inc., a provider of life, health, and annuity products.

David T. Kollat, Ph.D., has served as a member of the Select Comfort Board of Directors since February 1994. Dr. Kollat has served as President and Chairman of 22 Inc., a research and consulting company for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers, since 1987. From 1976 until 1987, he served in various capacities for The Limited, Inc., a women's apparel retailer, including Executive Vice President of Marketing and President of Victoria's Secret Catalogue. Dr. Kollat also serves as a director of Big Lots, Inc., The Limited, Inc., and Wolverine World Wide, Inc.
