Lindsay Corp.

Richard W. Parod is President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company, and has held such positions since April 2000. Prior to that time and since 1997, Mr. Parod was Vice President and General Manager of the Irrigation Division of The Toro Company. Mr. Parod was employed by James Hardie Irrigation from 1993 through 1997, becoming President in 1994. Mr. Parod has been a Director since April 2000, when he began his employment with the Company.

Barry A. Ruffalo is President of North America Irrigation of the Company, and has held such position since March of 2007, when he joined the Company. Mr. Ruffalo was most recently a Director of North American Operations for Joy Global Inc., since February 2007. Prior to that time and since 1996, Mr. Ruffalo held various positions of increasing responsibility with Case New Holland; the last 5 years were spent in Operations Management within the Tractor and the Hay and Forage divisions for both the Case IH and New Holland brands.

David B. Downing is President of Lindsay International, a division of Lindsay Corporation. Mr. Downing joined Lindsay in August 2004, and has most recently served in the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to joining Lindsay, Mr. Downing was President of FPM L.L.C., a heat-treating company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois after joining FPM as Vice President and CFO in 2001. Mr. Downing was also Vice President and Controller for Thermo-King, a unit of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited, which manufactures transport refrigeration equipment from 1998 to 2000.

Douglas A. Taylor is Vice President of Information Technology of the Company. He joined the Company in May 2005 as the Chief Information Officer. Mr. Taylor was promoted to Vice President and Chief Information Officer in October 2006. From 2004 through early 2005, Mr. Taylor was a Technology Consultant. Prior to that time and since 1999, Mr. Taylor held several positions with ConAgra Foods, most recently as the Vice President of Process and Systems Integration, Vice President of Financial Systems, and Director of Information Systems.

Mark A. Roth, Vice President of Corporate Development since March 2007, adds the role of Treasurer of the Company and takes over responsibilities for investor relations. Mr. Roth joined Lindsay in 2004, as Director of Corporate Development. Prior to that time and since March 2001, Mr. Roth was an Associate with McCarthy Group, Inc., a Midwest-based investment bank and private equity fund. From January 1998 through February of 2001, Mr. Roth was a Senior Credit Analyst at US Bancorp.

Timothy J. Paymal is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, after previously holding the position of Corporate Controller. In his new role, Mr. Paymal will be designated as the principal financial officer for purposes of SEC and NYSE rules and filings. Mr. Paymal joined the Company in January 2005, and had previously been an accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1996 to 2005, most recently serving as Audit Senior Manager.

Mr. Christodolou serves as Manager of Inwood Capital Management, L.L.C., which he founded in May 2000 to serve as the general partner of a number of investment partnerships. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Christodolou was Director of Equity Investments of Barbnet Investment Co. (formerly known as Thomas M. Taylor & Co.), an investment consulting firm providing services to various entities associated with certain members of the Bass Family of Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Christodolou joined Thomas M. Taylor & Co. in 1988 as an investment analyst.

Mr. Welsh retired as Chariman of Election Systems & Software, Inc. in 2003. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Welsh was President and Chief Executive Officer of Election Systems & Software. Mr. Welsh is also Chairman and a director of Ballantyne of Omaha, Inc.

Mr. McIntosh served as Group Vice President of Professional and International Business Divisions of The Toro Company from 1996 until August 1998 when he was appointed Executive Vice President. Mr. McIntosh had been employed by The Toro Company for 26 years prior to retiring on January 31, 2002. Mr. McIntosh currently serves on the Board of Directors for Health Tech Solutions, Inc., the Johnson Institute Foundation and is Chairman of StylePointe, LLC.

Mr. Nahl currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer fo Albany International Corp. Mr. Nahl joined Albany International Corp. in 1981 as Group Vice President, Corporate; served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1983 to 2005 and was appointed to his current position in 2005. Mr. Nahl is a director of GrafTech International Ltd. and serves on the Regional Advisory Board of JPMorgan Chase.
