Effective June 3, 2004, Joseph Donahue was appointed Chief Business Officer of our U.S. subsidiary, LION bioscience Inc. He joined us in May 2003 from Spotfire, where he most recently served as Vice President of Global Life Sciences and Chemicals Markets.
