Cayce Roy is responsible for overseeing the direction and management of LSI’s commercial asset recovery business to drive its market expansion and continued growth. Prior to joining LSI in August 2008, he spent the past 20 years managing sophisticated and high performance e-commerce, business-to-business services and logistics organizations. From 2000 to 2007 Mr. Roy led some of the fastest growing and largest business units within Amazon.com, Inc. that were responsible for driving Amazon’s rapid growth into the world’s largest online retailer. Most recently, Mr. Roy served as Vice President and General Manager of Amazon Services, LLC, focused on providing e-commerce, marketplace, fulfillment, and technology solutions to Fortune 1000 and small business customers. During his tenure, the group became one of Amazon’s fastest growing units by serving large traditional and online retailers and small and mid-size merchants. Prior to this, Mr. Roy led Amazon’s U.S. fulfillment operations through a critical period of growth and development, delivering significant innovations that enabled it to achieve the highest quality service levels at far greater efficiencies and scale. During most of the 1990’s Mr. Roy served with TNT Post Group in Europe overseeing global field operations and business process improvement for TNT’s Express Division, a global leader in distribution, logistics and parcel delivery. During the past year, Mr. Roy served as an investor, CEO and director for BigScreenLive, a start-up company whose socially valuable mission is to develop software and systems to enable the under-served senior demographic the joys and value or connecting with their families and communities through computers and the Internet. Mr. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and has completed the financial management executive education program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

James E. Williams has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since November 2005. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Williams was an independent consultant from March 2004 to November 2005. Mr. Williams served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from October 2003 until February 2004 and as Senior Corporate Counsel from July 2002 to September 2003 for Acterna, a provider of telecommunications and test and measurement solutions that was recently acquired by JDS Uniphase Corporation. From June 2000 to June 2002 he served as Assistant General Counsel for PathNet Telecommunications, formerly a wholesale telecommunications provider. Mr. Williams was a corporate associate at the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis and Wilson Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Mr. Fowler has served as a director of Liquidity Services since February 2006. Mr. Fowler was the dean of the School of Business and Public Management at The George Washington University from July 1992 until his retirement in June 1997 and a member of KPMG LLP from 1963 until his retirement in June 1992. As a member of KPMG, Mr. Fowler served as managing partner of the Washington, DC office from 1987 until 1992, as partner in charge of human resources for the firm in New York City, as a member of the firm's board of directors, operating committee and strategic planning committee and as chairman of the KPMG Foundation and the KPMG personnel committee. Mr. Fowler has served as a director of American Public Education, Inc., since May 2007.

Phillip A. Clough has served as a director of LSI since September 2004. Since September 2001, Mr. Clough has been a General Partner of ABS Capital Partners ("ABS"), a private equity firm focused on investments in growth companies in the technology, business services, media and communications and health care industries. Prior to joining ABS, Mr. Clough was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sitel Corporation, a publicly traded global provider of outsourced customer support services, from May 1998 to March 2001.
