We sell new and used cars and light trucks; sell replacement parts; provide vehicle maintenance, warranty, paint and repair services; and arrange related financing, service contracts, protection products and GAP insurance for our automotive customers.

Sid DeBoer has served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary since 1968. He also is a member of various automobile industry organizations, including the President's Club of the National Automobile Dealers Association, state auto dealers associations and the DaimlerChrysler National Dealer Council. Mr. DeBoer has earned several awards including the Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award in 1997, the Sports Illustrated All-Star Dealer Award in 1990 and Medford Chamber of Commerce Awards in 1986, 1991, 1993, 1998, 2000 and 2003. Mr. DeBoer is active with several community and charitable organizations, including Southern Oregon University Foundation Board, Oregon Community Foundation and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mr. DeBoer attended Stanford University and the University of Oregon.

M.L. Dick Heimann, Director, Vice Chairman. Mr. Heimann had served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Company since 1970. In 1997 Mr. Heimann was appointed President and COO. In 2006, as part of Lithia’s succession planning, Mr. Bryan DeBoer was appointed President and COO, and Mr. Heimann served as President of Corporate Affairs. In March of 2007 Mr. Heimann was appointed Vice Chairman where he continues to focus on operations, franchise affairs, legal, compliance and special projects. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Heimann served as a service representative and then as district manager for Chrysler Corporation from 1967 to 1970. Jeffrey B. DeBoer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DeBoer has been with Lithia since March 1997, serving as Vice President, Finance/Investor Relations.
