Bryan Bedford Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer Bryan Bedford has over 17 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings primary subsidiary, in July of 1999 as President and CEO. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines, he served as President and CEO of Mesaba Holdings, Inc. from 1995 to 1999. In the five years of Mr. Bedford's tenure at Chautauqua Airlines, he has diversified the airline's operation and business plan by successfully negotiating additional code-share agreements with Trans World Airlines, America West Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. He has served as President and CEO of Business Airlines as well as other senior management positions at Express Airlines I, Inc., Westair Holdings, Inc., Aspen Airways, Inc. and Continental Express, Inc. Mr. Bedford holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a certified public accountant. In 2004, Regional Airline World named him Airline Executive of the Year. In 1998, the Minneapolis Business Journal named Mr. Bedford to the 40 under 40 list and in 2000 The Indianapolis Business Journal again named him to the 40 under 40 list. Mr. Bedford holds a commercial, multi-engine and instrument pilot rating.

Hal Cooper has over thirteen years in the regional airline industry and joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings' primary subsidiary, in July 1999 as Vice President and CFO. In February 2002 he became executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary and assumed responsibility for all purchasing and material control. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines, he served as Vice President and CFO of Mesaba Holdings, Inc. from September of 1995 through August 1999. He received his BS from Jacksonville State University in Finance and Accounting. In 1998, The Minneapolis Business Journal named him to the 40 under 40 list.

Robert H. Cooper joined the company in August 1999 as vice president and chief financial officer. He has over thirteen years in the regional airline industry and joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings' primary subsidiary, in July 1999 as Vice President and CFO. In February 2002 he became executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary and assumed responsibility for all purchasing and material control. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines, he served as Vice President and CFO of Mesaba Holdings, Inc. from September of 1995 through August 1999. Wayne Heller Executive Vice President andChief Operating Officer Wayne Heller has over 26 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Chautauqua in August 1999 as VP of Flight Operations. In February of 2002 he became Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and assumed responsibility for all maintenance and engineering. Before Chautauqua, he served as Managing Director of Systems Operations Control at Mesaba Holdings, Inc., where he was instrumental in the airline's phenomenal growth. Mr. Heller has served in other senior management positions at Business Express Airlines, Inc., Air Wisconsin, Inc. and Skywest Airlines, Inc. He has his commercial pilot license and is a licensed dispatcher.

Brad Elstad Vice President of Safety & Regulatory Compliance Bradley Elstad has over 14 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Republic Airways Holdings in October of 2007 as Vice President, Safety and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to joining Republic Airways he served as the Director of Safety and Regulatory Compliance for PSA Airlines, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Elstad holds a commercial, multi-engine pilot license and is also a licensed aircraft dispatcher. He received his Bachelors Degree from St. Cloud State University and his MAS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Jeff Domrese Vice President of Maintenance & Technical Operations Jeff Domrese joined Chautauqua Airlines one of Republic Airways Holdings’ in September of 2000 as Director of Maintenance. He was promoted to Vice President of Maintenance and Technical Operations for the company’s three wholly owned subsidiaries in September 2006. In his position he is responsible for the oversight and management of the maintenance organizations of the company’s three operating subsidiaries. Before joining Chautauqua, Mr. Domrese held Director of Maintenance positions at several regional airlines including Aspen Mountain Air and Merlin Express as well as managerial positions with PSA Airlines, Transtates Airlines and Wings West/American Eagle. Mr. Domrese is United States Air Force veteran serving as aircraft maintenance crew chief from 1984-1988. Jeff lives in Avon, Indiana with his wife Barbara and his two children Olivia and Zachary.

Jeff Jones Vice President, Market Planning & Development Jeff Jones has over 26 years in the airline industry. He joined Chautauqua Airlines in January of 2000 as the company’s Vice President, Market Planning and Development. In December 2002, he was named Vice President, Market Planning and Development for Republic Airways Holdings and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the company he served as the Director of Market Planning and Scheduling for Mesaba Holdings, Inc. Mr. Jones has held other management positions with Northwest Airlines in planning, scheduling and distribution. Mr. Jones was instrumental in the significant growth at Mesaba Airlines. During his tenure at Mesaba Airlines the company experienced a 30% annual growth rate and added over 100 aircraft to the operation. He received his BA from Minnesota State University and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Jerry Balsano Vice President of Customer Service Jerry Balsano has over 25 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Chautauqua Airlines in April of 1979 as a customer service manager and was later promoted to Director of Stations. Mr. Balsano was appointed Vice President of Customer Service in June of 1998.

Lars-Eric Arnell Vice President of Corporate Development Lars-Eric Arnell joined Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. in September of 2002 as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to joining the company he held various financial positions in the transportation industry, including the regional airline, air medical transportation, truckload and global manufacturing industries. Mr. Arnell has deep knowledge and experience from financial management, restructuring, business development and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Arnell has held CFO positions in several large transportation companies including Burlington Motor Carriers, Inc., a large international trucking company based in Indiana and Business Express Airlines, Inc., a large regional airline based in the Northeastern US. Most recently Mr. Arnell was employed as the financial advisor to the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Helicopters, Inc. the largest helicopter air medical transportation company in the US. Mr. Arnell also has received invaluable global experience from his employment with ABB and SAAB, where he held various financial management positions in Sweden, England and in the USA. Mr. Arnell holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Linkoping University combined with an eighteen (18) month Management Trainee Program within SAAB.

Paul Kinstedt Vice President of System Operations Control Paul Kinstedt joined Chautauqua Airlines one of Republic Airways Holdings’ subsidiaries in January 2002 as Director of Systems Operations Control. He was promoted to Vice President of System Operations Control for the company’s three wholly owned subsidiaries in September 2006. In his position Mr. Kinstedt is responsible for development and implementation of all Dispatch and Crew Scheduling Systems and procedures including computer systems and communication systems for all three airline subsidiaries. Before joining Chautauqua, Mr. Kinstedt was Vice President of Customer Service and Director of Flight Control for Midway Airlines. Mr. Kinstedt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Science from Parks College of Saint Louis University in St. Louis Missouri and his Masters of Business Administration from Illinois Benedictine College. He holds an aircraft dispatcher and commercial, multi-engine and instrument pilot rating. Paul resides in Westfield, Indiana with his wife Chris and his two boys Dan and Alex.

Scott Durgin Vice President of Strategic Alliances Scott Durgin has over 27 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Republic Airways Holdings in May of 2005 as the company’s Vice President – Strategic Alliances. Prior to joining Republic, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Shuttle America Corporation a regional airline headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Durgin served as Vice President – Customer Service for Mesaba Holdings, Inc. the parent company of Mesaba Airlines from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Durgin has held various other senior management positions at Business Express Airlines, Express Airlines I, Inc. and Pilgrim Airlines. Mr. Durgin holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Haven in New Haven, CT and has completed the Minnesota Executive Program from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. He resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Laurie and their two children.

Thomas Duffy Vice President of Technical Services Thomas Duffy has over 27 years experience in the airline industry and is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. He joined Chautauqua Airlines in March of 2002 as Director Quality Assurance & Engineering. He was promoted to Vice President Technical Services for Republic Airways Holdings in Sept of 2006. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines, Mr. Duffy held senior management positions at several companies including Midway Airlines, Braniff Airlines and most recently Flight Options Inc.

Tim Dooley Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis Timothy Dooley joined Chautauqua Airlines, one of Republic Airways Holdings’ subsidiaries in November of 1998 as Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. He was promoted to Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for Republic Airways in January of 2001 and was promoted to the office of Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for the holding company in June of 2006. Before joining Chautauqua, he was a senior auditor for Ernst & Young, LLC. Mr. Dooley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington. He resides in Indianapolis with his wife Christina and their two sons, Caleb and Tyler.

Mark L. Plaumann has been a director since June 2002. He is presently a Managing-Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Plaumann was a Senior Vice President of Wexford Capital LLC. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Plaumann was employed by Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. as a Managing Director. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Plaumann worked for American Healthcare Management, Inc., where he attained the position of President. From 1974 to 1985, Mr. Plaumann worked in both the audit and consulting divisions of Ernst & Young, where he attained the position of Senior Manager and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Plaumann is the Chair of our Audit Committee, is an "audit committee financial expert" and is independent as defined under applicable SEC and Nasdaq rules.

Douglas J. Lambert Director Douglas J. Lambert has been a director since August 2001. He is presently a Senior Director in the Debtor Advisory and Crisis Management Group of Alvarez & Marsal Inc. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Lambert was a Senior Vice President of Wexford Capital LLC. From 1983 to 1994, Mr. Lambert held various financial positions with Integrated Resources, Inc.'s Equipment Leasing Group, including Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He is a certified public accountant.

Lawrence J. Cohen Director Lawrence J. Cohen has been a director since June 2002. He is the owner and Chairman of Pembroke Companies, Inc., an investment and management firm that he founded in 1991. The firm makes investments in and provides strategic management services to real estate and specialty finance related companies. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Cohen worked at Bear Stearns & Co. where he attained the position of Managing Director. From 1983 to 1989, Mr. Cohen served as first Vice President in the Real Estate Group of Integrated Resources, Inc. From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Cohen was an associate at the law firm of Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn. Mr. Cohen is a member of the bar in both New York and Florida.

Mark E. Landesman Director Mark E. Landesman has been a director since June 2002. Mr. Landesman is President of ML Management Associates, Inc., an entertainment business management firm, which he founded in 1988. The firm is responsible for the financial affairs for numerous entertainment industry clients. Mr. Landesman is a member of the Media Entertainment Roundtable Committee and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
