A Captain with United Airlines who retired after almost 31 years of service, Mr. Mathes is uniquely qualified to help United pilots prepare for and make the transition from active line pilot to retiree. In addition to serving as Flight Officer on the 737, 727, 757/767 and DC10, he handled management assignments in marketing, purchasing, maintenance and station operations. Mr. Mathes also served as Chairman of the Council 12 Local Schedule Committee of the Airline Pilots Association. A carrier pilot with the U.S. Navy, he is a decorated Vietnam veteran. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. Mr. Mathes is a graduate of the Certificate Program in Financial Planning at DePaul University, is a CFP certificant and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Elected to United's board of directors in 2002, John H. Walker is the chief executive officer of Global Brass and Copper, Inc. the leading manufacturer and distributor of copper and copper-alloy sheet, strip, plate, foil, rod and fabricated components in North America. Prior to joining Global Brass and Copper, Inc. Mr. Walker was the president and chief executive officer of The Boler Company (the holding company of Hendrickson International, a commercial heavy-duty vehicle supplier) from 2003 to 2006 and president and chief executive officer of Weirton Steel Corp from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in his career, Walker was president of Kaiser Aluminum's flat rolled business and an associate with McKinsey & Company. Walker also serves on the boards of Delphi Corporation, Nucor Corporation and the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree with distinction in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Andrew P. Studdert is chief operating officer and executive vice president of United Airlines. He is based at the companyis headquarters in suburban Chicago. Named to the position in July 1999, Studdert is responsible for all operational groups pertaining to United's fleets, including Maintenance Operations, Operations Services, Systems Operations Control and the company's Y2K preparations. Prior to assuming the role of COO and executive vice president, Studdert served as senior vice president - Fleet Operations from 1997, overseeing all aspects of United's fleet operations, including engine, line and airframe maintenance, engineering, system operations control, corporate safety and security and United's corporate quality assurance. Before that, Studdert served as senior vice president of the Information Services Division and chief information officer, managing Unitedis worldwide technology and information services. Studdert came to United in 1995 from First Interstate Bancorp in Los Angeles, where he served in a number of executive positions. These included: running a $300 million technology company, First Interstate Services Company; heading consumer marketing and operations for First Interstate Bancorp; and serving as chairman and chief executive officer of First Interstate Mortgage Company. Bruce "Buck" Rodger is the Chief of Operations of Jada Aeronautics, INC., First Officer for United Airlines, and Commander of a Northrop F-5B fighter aircraft. Mr. Rodger has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering Technology and a M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering. He has over 25 years of aviation experience. As an Air Force pilot, Mr. Rodger flew most aircraft in the USAF inventory (fighter, bomber, cargo, and trainer). Mr. Rodger was an instructor pilot at the USAF Test Pilot School, Edwards Air Force Base, California; and was assigned to the Air Force One detail. He worked closely with the Secret Service to plan and execute Presidential transportation requirements. He is a Gulf war veteran, and is currently still serving the USAF as a reserve pilot. Upon retiring as Major from the USAF, Mr. Rodger flew corporate aircraft for several Microsoft executives. As a current pilot for United Airlines, Mr. Rodger is type rated on the following aircraft: Boeing 757/767/747-400, Lear-35 and has an LOA in the Northrop F-5/T-38. Mr. Rodger has managed the delivery of numerous aircraft and helicopters to private clients. Some of these aircraft include the Falcon 50EX, MD- 520 Notor (No Tail Rotor), Northrop F-5B, and other aircraft. Mr. Rodger has also managed the design and establishment of FAR's Part 135 and Part 91 Aircraft Operations that include aircraft pilot training, aircraft management and maintenance. Mr. Rodger is also a Corporate Safety Pilot, Safety Instructor and an FAA Representative for a privately owned F-5B fighter aircraft. As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Rodger will be responsible for company-wide technology matters. As Executive Vice President Sales, Mr. Rodger will be responsible for our Aircraft Sales Division.
Dennis Cary is United's senior vice president and Chief Marketing and Customer Officer. He is based at the company's headquarters in Chicago. Named to the position in October 2008, Cary leads all aspects of United's marketing and customer strategy and has direct responsibility for advertising, customer communications, united.com and Travel Options by United. He and the Marketing team collaborate closely with Airport Operations, Onboard Service and the Customer Contact Centers, and help manage all customer-facing initiatives. Prior to his current position, Cary served as United's vice president-Revenue Management, where he was responsible for pricing, inventory management, Global Distribution System (GDS) management and revenue forecasting. Before joining United in June 2004, Cary spent 13 years at American Airlines where he served in a variety of leadership roles in the airline's marketing, sales and revenue management organizations, including head of Marketing, Sales, and Reservations for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, and president of American's AAdvantage program. Cary holds a master's degree in business administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University, Northridge. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theater and on the Travel and Hospitality Advisory Board for Teradata Corporation. He also was a founding member of the editorial board for the International Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management.

Grace Puma is Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, Chief Procurement Officer for United. She is based at the company's headquarters in Chicago. Keith Halbert is senior vice president and chief information officer for United Airlines. He is based at United's operations center in suburban Chicago. Halbert joined United in January 2008 and is responsible for the effective implementation and management of technology solutions to support all aspects of United's businesses and programs. Before joining United, Halbert was vice president and CIO of Electronic Data Systems (EDS). At EDS, Halbert led the company's digital transformation efforts and implemented a three-year IT transformation plan that consistently improved the company's performance and reduced operating expenses. Prior to joining EDS, Halbert served as managing director of knowledge management for the Feld Group, Inc., a privately held technology management consultancy acquired by EDS. While at Feld, Halbert held a number of leadership positions, including a three-year role as senior vice president and chief development officer for Delta Airlines, where he developed and implemented applications and infrastructure to support Delta's customer experience, revenue management, airline operations and enterprise shared services business strategies. Additionally at Feld, Halbert served for two years as senior vice president and chief development officer for First Data Resources, where he developed and led a multi-year IT transformation effort focused on restructuring legacy systems to improve client service. He also served in a one-year role as senior vice president and chief development officer for Home Depot, where he developed and led their IT transformation initiative. Halbert holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems and a master's degree in business administration from Jacksonville University.

Prior to assuming his current position, Foland was vice president of North America Sales, where he was responsible for leading the North America Sales organization and overseeing United's sales transformation strategy. Before joining United in January 2005, Foland served as a principal at ZS Associates, a global sales and marketing consulting firm. He was responsible for consulting with sales organizations in more than a dozen industries and led large-scale sales and marketing transformation initiatives. Before his tenure at ZS Associates, he held positions in the automotive and aerospace industries. Joe Kolshak is United's senior vice president of Operations. He is based at the company's maintenance center in San Francisco. Named to the position in June 2008, Kolshak oversees United Services, Flight Operations and Operations Control. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's flight operations, as well as the operational reliability of United's fleet worldwide, overseeing administrative, engineering, sales, planning and production support of airframes, engines and components, as well as continuous improvement. Doug McKeen is senior vice president - Labor Relations for United Airlines. He is based at United's headquarters in downtown Chicago. Prior to joining United in 2003, Lovejoy was based in New York as a partner in the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances and investments. Douglas A. Hacker was appointed to our Board on August 2, 2006. Mr. Hacker is currently an independent business executive and formerly served as Executive Vice President, Strategy for UAL Corporation, an airline holding company, and has served in such position from December 2002 to May 2006. Prior to this position, Mr. Hacker served with UAL Corporation as President, UAL Loyalty Services from September 2001 to December 2002, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 1999 to September 2001. In December 2002, UAL Corporation filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and emerged from bankruptcy on February 1, 2006. Mr. Hacker also serves as a Director or Trustee of a series of open-end and closed-end investment companies that are part of the Columbia family of mutual funds and as a Director of Nash Finch Company, a food distribution and retail company.
Ms. Bush was appointed a Director of ManTech on October 5, 2006. Ms. Bush founded Bush International, a global consulting firm in 1991. From 1989 to 1991, Ms. Bush served as managing director of the Federal Housing Finance Board, the oversight body for the nation's 12 Federal Home Loan Banks. Prior to 1989, Ms. Bush was the Vice President of International Finance at the Federal National Mortgage Associate (Fannie Mae). From 1982 to 1984, Ms. Bush served as U.S. Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), a position appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the Senate. In that capacity, she worked with the U.S. Treasury Department to formulate policy on IMF lending and global economic matters. Ms. Bush serves on the board of directors of The Pioneer Family of Mutual Funds, Brady Corporation, Briggs & Stratton Corporation, and UAL Corporation (United Airlines).
Stan has recently joined Dr. Smolanoff for development of the various assets and interests in the marketplace. Stan is a University of Colorado business graduate with a strong national brands corporate background. In Stan's 20 plus year career as a management consultant, sales and marketing consultant, and turnaround specialist counts among his business specialties, entertainment, intellectual property licensing, food manufacturing, the travel industry and retailing of everything from apparel to fast food. His recent client list includes, United Artists Theatre Circuit, General Mills, Inc., United Airlines, Inc., Kellogg's USA, Warner Lambert and Premiere Innovations, Inc.

Jim Keenan is senior vice president of United Services at United's maintenance center in San Francisco. Named to the position in August 2008, he has oversight of United's global maintenance operation, including both base and line maintenance functions. He is responsible for the safety and operational reliability of United's fleet worldwide, overseeing administrative, engineering, sales, planning and production support of airframes, engines and components, as well as environmental compliance and continuous improvement. Most recently, Keenan was senior vice president and general manager of Pratt & Whitney Global Services Partners, one of the most extensive commercial engines Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul service networks in the industry. Prior to Pratt & Whitney, Keenan spent 14 years at United, where he served as the vice president of engineering and technical support and had responsibility for the design and optimization of maintenance programs, the modification of aircraft, engines and components, and the performance of aircraft. Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Santa Clara University.
