Little Planet creates custom learning programs for organizations' employees and customers. We teach people to become experts in proprietary products, services, cultures, and systems. Our learning experiences are delivered by facilitators, computers, and other technologies. Little Planet's studio includes a world-class array of learning theorists, organizational development consultants, information architects, storytellers, storyboard designers, graphic artists, voice actors, animators, videographers, musicians, technologists, producers, copy editors, and project managers. Little Planet's learning theorist is Dr. John Bransford, author of "How People Learn" (National Academy of Science, 1999). Our creative director, Bill Nelson, is an Academy-Award nominated veteran of Hollywood's motion picture industry. Co-founder of Little Planet, Bill Nelson has 10 years of experience in the director's chair for productions created by Little Planet. He has worked on more than 100 major motion pictures for studios such as Columbia, Universal, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox and Paramount. He is a two-time nominee for Academy Awards in sound for his work on Warner Bros. films "Lethal Weapon" and "Heartbreak Ridge" and has served as producer, director, cinematographer, and actor for many national commercials, educational films, and documentaries. Nelson studied English at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn. He received his master's degree of fine arts in cinema at the University of Southern California.

Carter Andrews is responsible for business development for Little Planet. After earning undergraduate degrees in English and physics as well as a law degree from Vanderbilt University, he practiced law for five years, developed real estate for five years, and spent five years starting up AmSurg Corp., a healthcare company, which went public in 1998 and now has a market cap in excess of $750 million. A lifelong passion for organizational development and learning brought Andrews to Little Planet. Andrews is past board chair of the Nashville Career Advancement Center, where he helped establish one of the nation's leading one-stop career centers. He is an expert in the ancient Oriental art of origami and the modern American art of juggling.
