Mr. Walters has been a director and the president of Little Squaw Gold Mining Company, a publicly traded company on the OTC Bulletin Board, since July, 2003. He is also a co-founder of Marifil Mines Ltd. and has been a director and its executive vice-president since it was incorporated in December of 2003. He has worked for several major international mining companies, including Kennecott Copper Corp., Hudson Bay Mining Co., St. Joe Minerals Corp., Fluor Corp. and Sunshine Mining Co. Mr. Walters has been a key individual in the discovery of several major mineral deposits of gold, silver, copper, uranium and tungsten in Alaska, Montana, Nevada, Papua New Guinea and Argentina.
