It offers sponsorship and advertising for such events as touring theatrical productions, live music concerts and a variety of sporting events. In May 2006, it acquired a controlling interest in the touring division of a commonly owned group of companies operating under the name of Concert Productions International.

Alan Ridgeway was appointed Chief Executive Officer of our International Music Division in September 2007. Based in London, he has responsibility for all of our businesses outside of North America. Alan joined Clear Channel Entertainment in January 2002, as Chief Financial Officer for the European Music Division and prior to his latest appointment, served as Chief Financial Officer of Live Nation Inc for two years. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Alan spent five years working for Hertz Corporation’s Rent-A-Car Division, including three years as Finance Director for their French operation, and before that worked for eight years with KPMG in London. Alan graduated with a degree in Economics from Cambridge University in England, and is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.

Chairman of Global Music and Chief Executive Officer of Global Touring at Live Nation, Mr. Fogel oversees the company’s music division in its acquisition of live musical events around the world. In addition, as President of the company’s global touring division, The Next Adventure, Mr. Fogel personally spearheads some of the company’s largest global touring events, and has, over the years, produced some of the most successful tours in history. Mr. Fogel recently produced the 2007/2008 world tour by The Police. In 2006 alone he produced Madonna’s record-breaking “Confessions” tour, a world tour with Sting and a major tour with Crosby, Still, Nash & Young. He produced U2’s highly successful “Vertigo” tour, which sold an astounding 3.1 million tickets worldwide. The Next Adventure has promoted every David Bowie tour since 1990, as well as additional tours with Sting (the “Sacred Love” tour) and CSNY (2002 and 2000). The company was also responsible for an additional number of U2’s world tours (“Elevation” and “Pop Mart”) and two additional Madonna world tours (2004 and 2001). North American touring projects have also included solo projects with Neil Young. Arthur began his music career in 1981 with Michael Cohl’s Toronto-based Concert Productions International (CPI), a company involved in promoting artists locally and throughout Canada. In 1986, he was appointed President of the Concert Division. Under his leadership, CPI produced an average of more than 250 concerts per year. In the late 1980s, in addition to its Canadian concert activity, CPI ventured into the global field, promoting The Rolling Stones’ “Steel Wheels” tour (1989) followed by their “Voodoo Lounge” tour, David Bowie’s “Sound and Vision” and “Outside” tours, and Pink Floyd’s “Division Bell” tour on a worldwide basis. Mr. Fogel continued in this capacity until the sale of the company to Universal Concerts in 1995.

Mr. Garner oversees Live Nation’s concert promotion and venue activities worldwide. He also oversees the company’s House of Blues division. He has worked for Live Nation and its predecessors since 2003, when he joined the company as the lead booker for its Latin division, Vivelo. Michael Rapino has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Live Nation since August 2005. He had previously held the positions of CEO and President of Global Music for Clear Channel Music Group and had led Clear Channel Entertainment’s London-based International Music division. Kathy Willard was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Live Nation, Inc. in September 2007. Thomas Johansson is Chairman of Live Nation International Music. In this role Johansson serves as a member of the management team and his responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives internationally. Johansson's broad-based industry experience spans a 37 year period. He founded Ema Telstar in 1969, when he promoted concerts for international artists in Sweden. He has promoted concerts in the Nordic region for artists such as Queen, The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Jimi Hendrix, U2, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan to mention a few. He produced and promoted Abba world tours 1975 – 1980, and has continued working closely with all members of Abba throughout the years. In the mid 80s he was involved in the musical Chess, and in the 90s the musical Mamma Mia. In 1989 Mr. Johansson spearheaded the acquisition of the historic venue, Cirkus which would ultimately stage Les Miserable. Cirkus is used for concerts and events with Swedish and international artists and it's the largest privately owned theatre in the Nordic countries. Johansson also produced Roxette world tours 1990 - 1998. Johansson started the NHL Challenge in Sweden and Finland 1999, and he has brought the teams Colorado Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks and Toronto Maple Leafs over to the Nordic region for the Challenge. Johansson has served as CEO & Chairman of EMA Telestar for the Nordic region since 1969.

James S. Kahan has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2007. Mr. Kahan is a former executive of AT&T where he spent nearly 38 years. During his tenure at AT&T and its predecessors, he oversaw approximately $300 billion of acquisitions and divestitures, including the acquisitions of Pacific Telesis (1997), Southern New England Telecommunications (1998), Ameritech (1999) and the former AT&T Corp. (2005), as well as Cingular Wireless’ acquisition of AT&T Wireless (2004). He was also responsible for AT&T’s acquisition of BellSouth Corp. in 2006. Mr. Kahan serves as Chairman of the Business Advisory Board for the University of Texas at San Antonio and serves as a director of Amdocs Limited, which provides software products and services to the communications industry worldwide. A Missouri native, Mr. Kahan earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University in 1979 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina (Greensboro) in 1972.

Jeffrey T. Hinson, age 51, is a financial consultant. Mark P. Mays , age 45, has served as our Chief Executive Officer since August 2005 and has been a member of our Board since April 1997. Mr. M. Mays has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., our indirect parent company, since October 2004. Prior thereto, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2004 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2004 to February 2006, when he relinquished his duties as President. On July 30, 2008, Clear Channel Communications, Inc. completed its merger (the Merger ) with a subsidiary of CC Media. Upon the closing of the Merger, Mr. M. Mays became a director and the Chief Executive Officer of CC Media. Mr. M. Mays has served on the Board of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. since May 1998. Mr. M. Mays is the son of L. Lowry Mays, CC Media s Chairman Emeritus and one of our Board members, and is the brother of Randall T. Mays, our Chief Financial Officer and one of our Board members.

Mark Shapiro has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2008. Mr. Shapiro is President and Chief Executive Officer of Six Flags, Inc., the world’s largest regional theme park company. During his tenure, the Six Flags brand has been refocused and reenergized, resulting in record financial performance, including the company’s becoming free cash flow positive for the first time in its history. Prior to joining Six Flags, Mr. Shapiro spent 12 years at ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports, where he bore significant responsibility for many of the sports and entertainment properties that built the television network into one of the world’s strongest multimedia brands. During his tenure, he garnered 16 Emmy Awards and the only two Peabody Awards won by ESPN to date. Mr. Shapiro is also a director of The Tribune Company and a member of the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board and the Abu Dhabi Investment House Advisory Board.
