Timothy E. Bixby , 44, has been a director since October 1999. Mr. Bixby has served as our Chief Financial Officer since June 1999, and our President since March 2001. In addition, Mr. Bixby was an Executive Vice President from January 2000 until March 2001 and our Secretary from October 1999 until April 2007. From March 1999 until May 1999, Mr. Bixby was a private investor. From January 1994 until February 1999, Mr. Bixby was Vice President of Finance for Universal Music & Video Distribution Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of recorded music and video products, where he was responsible for internal financial operations, third party distribution deals and strategic business development. From October 1992 through January 1994, Mr. Bixby was Associate Director, Business Development, with the Universal Music Group. Prior to that, Mr. Bixby worked for Credit Suisse First Boston s mergers and acquisitions group as a financial analyst. Mr. Bixby received an M.B.A. from Harvard University and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.

Eyal joined his fellow HumanClick co-founders from Jacada, a leading developer of tools for transforming Legacy mainframe applications to eBusiness solutions, where he served as a Software Team Leader for Jacada's Javabased client/server products. Prior to Jacada, Eyal served as Software Development team Leader at Comverse Technology Inc. where he led development for their AutoDisk Client. Eyal holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and served in the Israeli Defense Force's (IDF) elite intelligence unit.

Eli Campo oversees LivePerson's Israel-based customer support and R&D groups and is responsible for ensuring that the company's infrastructure scales to meet the demands of future growth. Prior to LivePerson, Eli was general manager of eBay's Israel operations, leading the company's R&D and product catalog operations centers in Israel. He joined eBay through the acquisition of Shopping.com, where he began in 2001 as SVP Engineering and Operations and was instrumental in growing the company from start-up to a public company with over $150 million in revenue. Eli also served as co-CEO of EarthNoise, a video file-sharing site, and held several positions of increasing responsibility at NCC from 1993 to 2000. Eli holds a B.A. with honors in physics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Jim Dicso is in charge of delivering LivePerson’s expanded, on-demand service offerings to both new and existing markets. In addition to overseeing and expanding the company’s direct sales force, his responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining structured sales processes to achieve aggressive growth initiatives. Dicso previously served as Director of Sales for the Northeast U.S., Canada, and the Federal Government at Witness Systems, a leading global provider of performance optimization software and services. His experience also includes senior positions with PTC Systems, where he was the Vice President of Sales for New Markets/Europe, and Xerox Corporation.

Monica Greenberg oversees LivePerson?s legal affairs and is responsible for a wide variety of corporate and strategic matters. Monica brings to LivePerson extensive legal experience in the technology and Internet industries. Prior to joining LivePerson, Monica served as Vice President, General Counsel of Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech recognition software. Previously, Monica was associated with the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, NY. Monica holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the Boston University Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Philippe Lang joined LivePerson as the Chief Web Officer of HumanClick, where he established US operations and spearheaded web and marketing activities that made HumanClick the leading Live Customer Service application on the Internet. Philippe began his involvement with the Internet when he joined Synon (now owned by Computer Associates) and managed their development of Internet Services including an advanced intranet and a highly interactive Web site. From there, he founded Langonline, an Internet consultancy firm whose clients included National Semiconductor, Tektronics and the University of San Francisco. He also co-founded a profitable retail wine Web site with operations in Europe and North America. Philippe holds an Engineering degree from the Universite de Technologie in Compiegne, France and an MBA from ENPC Paris.

As the founder of LivePerson, Robert LoCascio is the guiding force behind the company's vision to bring dependable, real-time sales support and customer service to the online businesses. With a background in interactive media and a track record of building successful, new business ventures, Robert brings to LivePerson a unique blend of technological and business expertise. He was named a finalist for the Metro New York Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Award. Prior to LivePerson, Robert was the founder and CEO of IKON. IKON developed public kiosks for college campuses that integrated interactive video features with advertising and commerce capabilities. IKON's advertising clients included Citibank and Northwest Airlines. In 1995, Robert sold IKON to a leading college marketing firm and started Sybarite Interactive, a real-time chat technology component to serve as a customer service tool. Sybarite built a Web-based community named TOWN for companies such as Xerox and TRW. The inception of the LivePerson product came from the real-time chat technology within TOWN. Robert holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola College.

Michael Kovach oversees LivePerson's finance, accounting and tax functions. He has more than 17 years of financial, operating and public accounting experience. Prior to joining LivePerson in 1999, Michael held the position of controller for DualStar Technologies Corp., a leading, publicly-traded mechanical contractor in New York. He was also a senior accountant in Grant Thornton's audit practice. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Eitan Ron oversees all Tel Aviv operations including R&D, Customer Support and Online Sales. He joined the company as part of the acquisition of HumanClick, Ltd., in 2000 and has been responsible for the successful integration of HumanClick and LivePerson, both from a technological and marketing perspective. Prior to forming HumanClick with childhood friends' Tal Goldberg and Eyal Halahmi in July 1999, Eitan served in senior marketing positions at Mercury Interactive and AST Research. Eitan began his career as a Hardware Engineer at Scitex working with their Digital Printing Systems. Eitan holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion.

Kevin C. Lavan , 56, has been a director since January 2000. Since July 2008, Mr. Lavan has been Chief Financial Officer of Paradysz Matera Company, Inc., a direct marketing and digital marketing agency. From August 2007 until July 2008, Mr. Lavan was an independent consultant. From November 2004 until August 2007, Mr. Lavan served advertising agencies affiliated with MDC Partners, Inc. in various capacities. Between October 2000 and November 2004, Mr. Lavan served as an independent consultant to marketing services organizations. In addition, between January 2001 and September 2002, Mr. Lavan was President and Chief Operating Officer of NowMarketing, Inc., formerly known as Elbit VFlash, Inc. From March 1999 until October 2000, Mr. Lavan was an Executive Vice President of Wunderman, the direct marketing and customer relationship marketing division of Young & Rubicam Inc. From February 1997 to March 1999, Mr. Lavan was Senior Vice President of Finance at Young & Rubicam. From 1984 to February 1997, Mr. Lavan held various positions at Viacom Inc., including Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for Viacom s subsidiary, MTV Networks. Mr. Lavan is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lavan received a B.S. from Manhattan College.

Josh is a manager of Consor Capital LLC (www.consorcapital.com), a venture capital firm founded by Josh Huffard and Jay Huffard to invest in early stage consumer product and consumer technology companies. Prior to founding Consor in 2002, Josh was one of four Principals at Sterling Payot Company, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm from 1994-2001. Josh began his direct investing career in 1992 at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's Merchant Banking Group in NYC. Select past and current investments include: Yahoo! (Yahoo Marketplace), Wired Ventures, LivePerson, ArgyleTV, Rapid Logic, Wit Capital, Master Replicas, JetEye, Cloudmark and vSocial. Past advisory assignments have included Visa International, Pacific Telesis and Triarc (RC Cola and Arby's). Josh received his BA from Yale University.
