Mr. Jones joins Liz Claiborne Inc. from Bausch & Lomb in Rochester, NY where he was Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The Dial Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ. Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has held numerous technology-related positions for a number of large corporations including the following financial institutions Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers and American Express.

Before joining Liz Claiborne Inc., Ms. Granoff was President and Chief Operating Officer of Victoria's Secret Beauty, a division of Limited Brands. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning, Finance and Information Systems for Estee Lauder, Inc. Ms. Granoff began her career as a management consultant in the strategic planning practice at A.T. Kearney, Inc.

Debbie Martin has been named vice president, Group Creative Director, Liz Claiborne Brands. Ms. Martin joined the Company in 2001 as vice president, Product Development and Design for the Casual division. Prior to joining Liz Claiborne, Ms. Martin was vice president of Product Development and Design at Talbots, Inc. and senior vice president, Federated Merchandising Group. Ms. Martin reports to Mr. Winans.

Kate McKee, formerly vice president, Brand Concept, Research and Development for the Casual division, has been named vice president, Group Product Development and Design, Liz Claiborne Brands. Ms. McKee, who reports to Ms. Martin, was a former design director for Liz Claiborne's Collection division and rejoined the Company in February 2002 from Talbots, Inc.

Ms. Ficarra, in her new role, will take on the Liz Claiborne Collection merchandising as well as retail planning for wholesale accounts. She was most recently vice president, Merchandising. Ms. Ficarra joined the Company in 2000 from Ann Taylor, where she was vice president, Merchandising.

Kristin Starry brings extensive managerial, marketing, and sales experience to Cell-Mates. Kristin has 17 years of progressive responsibilities including marketing manager, director of trade marketing, and culminating as National Sales Director for Liz Claiborne, Inc. She has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Ashland College, Ashland Ohio.

Arthur C. Martinez has been a director of IAC since September 2005. Mr. Martinez retired in 2000 as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive officer of Sears, Roebuck and Co., positions he held from 1995. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the former Sears Merchandise Group from 1992 to 1995. Prior to his tenure at Sears, he served as Vice Chairman and a director of Saks Fifth Avenue from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Martinez is currently a member of the boards of directors of PepsiCo, Inc., Liz Claiborne, Inc. and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Holding, N.V. Mr. Martinez also serves as a Trustee of Greenwich Hospital, Northwestern University, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Polytechnic University.

Bernard Aronson is a Founder and Managing Partner of ACON Investments. Prior to founding ACON, he was an International Advisor to Goldman Sachs for Latin America. From 1989 through 1993, Mr. Aronson served as Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs under Presidents Bush and Clinton. Mr. Aronson holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Mariner Energy, Liz Claiborne, Royal Caribbean International and Global Hyatt Corporation. Mr. Aronson is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Prior thereto, Ms. Karch served in various executive capacities at McKinsey since 1974. She is a director of Liz Claiborne, Inc., MasterCard Incorporated, and The Corporate Executive Board Company. Ms. Karch is also on the board of the Westchester Land Trust and Northern Westchester Hospital, both not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Karch received a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.S. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
