Kevin has been a member of Local 251 for 27 years. He is a third generation Teamster and a second generation Business Agent following in the footsteps of his father, Francis. Kevin was the Shop Steward at the former Eddy & Fisher, Inc. and SuperValu C.I.W. In 1990, Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Providence College School of Continuing Education. He was elected Business Agent in 1995. Kevin currently represents Rhode Island Hospital and United Parcel Service - the two (2) largest companies in the Local. He is a member of the New England Area Parcel Grievance Committee and New England Area Parcel Negotiating Committee. Also, he is co-chair of the Rhode Island Hospital Negotiating Committee.

Ralph N. Kravitz has served as our Vice President of Operations since April 2004. From December 2001 to April 2004, Mr. Kravitz served as our Director of Operations and from January 2001 to December 2001 he served as our Technical Operations Manager. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Kravitz held key positions at Veriad, a division of Moore North America, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels and labeling systems, including the position of Manager of Networking and eCommerce. Mr. Kravitz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.

Heather holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Sociology from Chapman University, Orange.
Norman Farra has served as a director since August 2005. Farra has served as the Managing Director of Investment Banking for Gunn Allen Financial Inc. since June 2001. Farra was the Founder and President of Next Millennium Capital Holdings LLC, a financial advisory company from June 1999 to June 2001. He was the Vice President Private Equity for Wharton Capital, a financial advisory company from September of 1997 to June 1999. Farra was employed in the brokerage industry from 1991 to 1997 when he left First Union and established himself in Institutional Equity with Wharton Capital. Farra earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Widener University.

Jack Morrison is a Business agent for Local 369, southern region, representing members at National Grid and NStar. He has been a member of Local 369 for the past 26 years. Jack started in Boston Edison as a Grade II Clerk and then transferred to the UG where he held the rate of Cable and Conduit Installer, Splicer's Helper, Splicer A&B before transferring to Dispatching. where he has served as a dispatcher for over a decade. Jack is the Treasurer of the United Safety Alliance and a member of the Plymouth Bristol Central Labor Council.

Since joining Teamsters Union Local 237 over 20 years ago, Gregory Floyd has been a committed and dedicated member. His strong leadership abilities enabled him to advance from a Hospital Police Officer position to the rank of Captain with the NYC Health and Hospital Corporation (HHC). At the age of 27, he made his mark as the youngest Hospital Police Captain in the HHC's history. In further recognition of his leadership, Floyd was elected Vice President of NYC Hospital Police Guardians Association. In 1994, he was appointed Teamsters Local 237's Deputy Director for Peace Officer titles by President Carl Haynes. Gregory Floyd was appointed Secretary to the New York State AFL-CIO's Committee of Peace and Law Enforcement Officers later that year. In 1999 he became Director of Local 237's Citywide Division. In 2002 he was a key player in the battle to save the title of Hospital Police Special Officer from elimination by privatization. In January, 2003 he was elected to serve as Trustee on Local 237's Executive Board. A year later he won election as the union's Secretary-Treasurer; he was also appointed Chief Negotiator at that time. On March 30, 2007, Gregory was elected to serve as the union's 5th President in its 55 year history. As President of the largest Local in the 1.4 million-member International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), Mr. Floyd represents a diverse group of public employees in New York City and on Long Island. The Local represents hundreds of occupational titles in city agencies and the Housing Authority, including assistant managers, CUNY Campus Peace Officers, school safety agents, taxi and limousine inspectors, cleaners at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, heating plant technicians, X-ray and EKG technicians, city attorneys, emergency service workers and various skilled trades workers. Floyd currently serves as a commissioner on the board of the IBT Human Rights Commission, a post to which he was appointed by IBT General President James P. Hoffa. He also serves on the Board of Group Health Insurance (GHI). Additionally, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Council for Unity, a New York City-based youth leadership organization that promotes intergroup relations with the goal of reducing violence in schools and communities.

Craig A. Hampton became a steward of the local in June 1985. He was elected to the Executive board in January of 1996 after becoming the Local's Fair Practice's Coordinator in 1995. He was elected to be the Local's Assistant Chief Steward in January of 2001 and became the Local's Chief Steward with the retirement of Dorothy Joy in December of 2001.

Douglas S. Norman has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2003 and as our Secretary since July 2003. From February 2000 through December 2002, Mr. Norman was Chief Financial Officer at Starbase Corporation, a software company that he co-founded. From 1991 through January 2000, Mr. Norman held various financial and accounting positions with Starbase Corporation. Mr. Norman received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Lee joined the company in April of 2006 to head all engineering operations, including definition, building and support of all online and account management systems as well as direction of ongoing local search R&D. Lee brings more than 25 years of development, product and operational experience to the company. He previously was COO at Future Trade, a web-based electronic stock brokerage. Before that he was Vice President of Technology at DHL Worldwide Express, responsible for growing domestic U.S. business, including the integration of Airborne Express after its acquisition in 2003. Lee earlier spent nine years at Instinet, an electronic stock brokerage, where he served as Senior Vice President for global client and technology services. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration at California State University, Hayward.

William F. Bertovich has served as our Vice President of Technology since April 2004. Mr. Bertovich served as our Director of Information Systems from January 2003 to April 2004, our Development Manager from January 2001 to January 2003, and our Senior Developer from June 2000 to January 2001. From May 1999 to June 2000, Mr. Bertovich was a Developer/ Architect at Pacific Investment Management Company, a leading fixed-income investment management company.
Monona Rossol is a chemist, artist, and industrial hygienist. She was born into a theatrical family and worked as a professional entertainer from age 3 to 17. She enrolled in the University of Wisconsin where she earned: a BS in Chemistry with a minor in Math, an MS majoring in Ceramics and Sculpture, and an MFA with majors in Ceramics and Glassblowing and a minor in Music. While in school she worked as a chemist, taught and exhibited art work, performed with University music and theater groups, and worked yearly in summer stock. After leaving school, she performed in musical and straight acting roles in Off and Off Off Broadway theaters and cabaret. Currently, Monona is President/founder of Arts, Crafts and Theater Safety, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing health and safety services to the arts. She also is the Health and Safety Director for Local 829 of the United Scenic Artists, International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE). She has lectured and consulted in the US, Canada, Australia, England, Mexico and Portugal.

John is the Business Manager for carpenter's Local 1996 of Maine. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from framing residential homes to large commercial projects. He has worked with developers through Planning Board approvals and as liason between open shop carpenters and union contractors. John possesses a broad knowledge of the Maine construction market. He was appointed by Gov. Baldacci to the Maine Jobs Council. A substance abuse councilor, he had worked with shelters and half-way houses. He is a certified coach and judge for USA boxing, involved with both the Southern Maine and The Portland Boxing Clubs . With more than 15 years of experience in the information and communication technology industry, Russell Harris is currently responsible for managing the professional services division at ARC. He leads his team as a results-oriented, customer-focused manager involving Information Technology Services for State and Local, K-12, Higher Education and Health Care customers. Before joining ARC in 2008, Russell was a program manager for Northrop Grumman where he developed & implemented processes for Managed Services involving Information Technology serving the State of Texas. Russell also directed and executed a $25 million deployment of a wireless infrastructure overlay during his employment at Ericsson, Inc. He managed up to 25 project resources for any given project which included installation, implementation, network design, wireless RF design & network tuning. Ben joined Local 89 in January of 1998 as a Hazmat Instructor for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in which he traveled throughout all of the Locals in the Central Region teaching and training members on all aspects of OSHA and Hazmat training. Then in January of 2000, he became a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 89 representing 15 different miscellaneous companies in Kentucky. Prior to 1998, Ben was a driver for Allied Systems and Active Transportation in which he transported new vehicles. He became a member of the Teamster in 1979.

Clint Zweifel performs a wide variety of professional duties that share a common thread - his commitment to public service. Zweifel, who also serves as State Representative for the 78th District, joined Local 688 in 1997. As Research and Education Director for the Local, Zweifel does everything from writing "Teamsters 688 Today," the Local's quarterly newsletter to planning special events like as the Meet the Executive Board Day. He has instituted and continued a number of innovative programs, including the pre-retirement and Shop Steward education seminars. "Anybody in public service should care about helping people," Zweifel says. "And I have the opportunity to do that here."

Dan Hurley is the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 369. He has been a union member for 25 years beginning in 1981 as a member of the International Longshoremens' Association, Local 800, and as a member of Local 369 for the past 17 years. Dan has been an active member serving as a representative on many committees and as a steward prior to being elected as the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 369. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors for Members Plus Credit Union, a member of the Norfolk Labor Council, and a delegate to Massachusetts Utility Workers' Council (MUWCA).

Treasurer Dan Reding joined Local 3 in 1984. He grew up in Napa and graduated from Napa High School. Before beginning his career as an Operating Engineer, Reding took business courses at Napa and Solano Community College. He spent five years working underground for Cal Smith & Sons and then worked at Ghilotti Brothers, running paddle wheels and scrapers, and dozers for McCullian Construction. Reding then went to work for Bechtel as a dirt foreman on the Shell Clean Fuel Project and became general foreman as the project progressed. After the Shell project, he started working in the crane industry, beginning on small hydros and then moving into conventionals. The next seven years were spent with Balfour and Beatty, working on the Bay Bridge, the first phase of the Golden Gate Bridge and the new water intake in Sacramento. Reding served eight years on the Grievance Committee in Fairfield, where he got his first taste in politics and union business. In 2003, he accepted a business agent position in Sacramento, covering Yolo and parts of Sacramento, including the rock, sand and gravel plants in Madison. Reding has been involved in contract negotiations and grievance procedures, including intensive time spent working with Caltransa issues. After two years as a business agent, he was promoted to assistant district representative and to district representative within four months.

James "Bryan" Bond joined Local 23 in 1998 after having worked with the Kroger Company, Local 347, in West Virginia for 21 years. He began as a clerk and then worked as a meat cutter for his last five years with the company. He joined the Special Project Union Representative (SPUR) program for six months in 1997. Throughout his career with Local 23, he has worked as an Organizer and is currently serving as a business agent. In Organizing, he was involved with successful programs at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Greenery Specialty Care Center of Canonsburg and RC Cola in Clarksburg, WV. He has also worked on numerous campaigns with other UFCW Locals out of state, including the Sacred Heart Medical Center a large campaign in Spokane, Washington.
Brother Jay joined Local 587 in 1999 and has served as Shop Steward in the Maintenance Department. He has been on the shop committee since 2006

Like many Local 38 Officers, Brother Lewkowitz grew up a Local 38 kid. For example, he spent nine years at Camp Konocti, including a stint as a CIT. Not surprisingly, Joe understands exactly what a union can mean to working families. A graduate of St. Ignatius Prep, Brother Lewkowitz joined Local 38 in 1986, after completing several years of college. He has worked construction for Spencer and Powers, and has done service work with ACCO. Joes father, Joe Sr., and his uncle Jack are both retired members of Local 38. Joe was appointed Steamfitter Examiner in 2004, and won his first election to the office in December 2004.

David Leonardi has been a member of Local 369 since 1987 working as an operator instructor at the Entergy training center in Chiltonville serving in the capacity of a steward, chief steward and executive board member with the P&M.
