Born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Stevens is a 1976 summa cum laude graduate of Slippery Rock University from which he received the 2003 Distinguished Alumni Award. He earned a masters' degree in engineering and management from the Polytechnic University of New York and, with a Fairchild Fellowship, earned a masters' degree in business from Columbia. He is a graduate of the Department of Defense Systems Management College Program Management course and also served in the United States Marine Corps. In 2004, he was recognized by the National Management Association as Executive of the Year.

Bruce L. Tanner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Tanner was appointed to his current position on September 1, 2007. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Tanner is responsible for all aspects of the Corporation’s financial strategies, processes, and operations. Prior to assuming the post of CFO, Mr. Tanner served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company since April 2006. In this role, he was responsible for all business aspects of the company including Financial Management, Accounting, Estimating, Contracts, and Program Finance. Mr. Tanner also served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems Business Area for four years before returning to the Aeronautics Business Area where he began his career in January 1982. Beginning in 1982, he held positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Finance and Director of Financial Management. He served as Vice President, Business Management from 1997 until his promotion to the Electronic Systems Business Area in 2002. Mr. Tanner received a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan in 1981 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1990. He also has completed training at the Lockheed Martin Leadership Skills Institute, Lockheed Martin Advanced Institute and Financial Standards I & II training.

Mr. Charles T. Burbage is executive vice president of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company and general manager of F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program Integration. He is responsible for ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled for the program’s U.S. and international customers as well as its industrial partners around the world. Mr. Burbage joined Lockheed Martin in 1980 in Business Development branch and later became manager of business development for U.S. government programs at the company’s operations in Burbank, Calif. In December 1987, he was appointed vice president for Washington operations and coordinated the company’s relationships with the Department of Defense, the U.S. Congress and embassies of foreign governments. He restructured and streamlined the Washington Operations group and recorded the highest annual performance in the congressional budget cycle in the company’s history. He moved to Marietta, Ga., in 1990 as vice president for Business Development and Product Support. During his tenure, Lockheed Martin launched several new initiatives including C-130J, C-27J, and the C-5 Avionics Modernization Program and Reliability Enhancement and Re-Engining Program. Mr. Burbage was named vice president and AFX program manager in 1992 and vice president and general manager for Navy Programs in 1994. In 1995 he assumed the duties of vice president and general manager, F-22 and led the program through first flight and initial flight test. In 1999 he was named president of the company’s operations in Marietta, Ga., and led the restructuring of that company including a 20 percent force downsizing prior to the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics consolidation in January 2000. In February 2000, he was named an executive vice president of the Aeronautics Company, and in November 2000, he was named EVP and general manager of the JSF Program. From 1969 to 1980, Mr. Burbage served on active duty in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of lieutenant commander. After completing the U.S. Navy Test Pilot School in 1975, he accumulated more than 3,000 hours in 38 types of military aircraft. On Oct. 31, 1994, he retired from the Navy Reserves as a captain. Mr. Burbage was born on Sept. 9, 1947, in San Diego, Calif. In 1969, he received a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He also has master’s degrees in aeronautical systems from the University of West Florida and business administration from UCLA. Mr. Burbage has received numerous industry awards, including the Donald C. Burnham Award from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Silver Knight Award from the National Management Association, three Aviation Week Laurels Awards and the Aerospace Industry Personality of the Year for 2002, presented at the Singapore Air Show. He is a member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots.

Joanne Maguire is Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (SSC) business area and an officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. SSC employs approximately 18,000 people and generated $8.2 billion in sales for Lockheed Martin in 2007. Under her leadership SSC provides a broad spectrum of advanced-technology systems for national security, civil and commercial customers. Chief products include human space flight systems; a full range of remote sensing, navigation, meteorological, and communications satellites; strategic and missile defense systems; space observatories and interplanetary spacecraft. Ms. Maguire serves on the board of directors for United Launch Alliance, a Lockheed Martin joint venture. She also serves on the boards of two nonprofit organizations: Space Foundation, the premier organization supporting space activities, space professionals, and education; and INROADS, whose mission is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry, preparing them for corporate and community leadership. In 2008, Ms. Maguire was named one of the Top 50 Women in Technology by Corporate Board Member magazine. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Ms. Maguire was listed on Fortune magazine’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Industry. Girls Inc. honored her in 2008 for her achievements as a “leader and role model for young women.” She also was awarded the 1999 Outstanding Leadership Award by Women in Aerospace (WIA) for her leadership contributions on various space programs, and for being a role model of exceptional performance, mentoring, and support to the career advancement of others. Ms. Maguire assumed her current position in 2006. She previously served as Vice President and Deputy of SSC. In this capacity she assisted the Executive Vice President of Space Systems with the full range of general management duties. Ms. Maguire joined Lockheed Martin in 2003 serving initially as the company’s Vice President, Special Programs, focusing on sensitive national security space system developments. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, she enjoyed a productive career at TRW’s Space & Electronics sector, now Northrop Grumman Space Technology. There Ms. Maguire assumed a range of progressively responsible positions from engineering analyst to Vice President and Deputy to the sector’s CEO, participating in missions spanning national security, civil and international space, and providing leadership of programs as well as engineering, advanced technology, manufacturing and business development functions. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Ms. Maguire is a graduate of the executive program in management at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and completed the Harvard Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security.

Judy F. Marks is president of Lockheed Martin’s Transportation and Security Solutions (TSS) business unit, headquartered in Rockville, MD. Marks had served as president of Lockheed Martin Distribution Technologies line of business in Owego, NY, since March 2001, and, most immediately, as executive vice president of LM TSS. Judy F. Marks After receiving her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, Marks started her career with IBM in 1984 as a systems engineer. She rapidly advanced into management, serving in a variety of positions including engineering management, program management, business development, and marketing positions before her appointment as Distribution Technologies president in 2001. At Distribution Technologies, Marks was instrumental in positioning Lockheed Martin as one of the world’s leading suppliers of automation and recognition systems for national postal providers such as the U.S. Postal Service and the United Kingdom’s Royal Mail. Lockheed Martin Transportation and Security Solutions specializes in advanced aviation management, security and other mission-critical information technology solutions. Areas of focus include air traffic management; airport, physical and border security; and civil agency efforts involving advanced systems for managing sensitive information, such as census data capture, electronic records archiving, and mission infrastructure programs. TSS employs approximately 2,300 people at its headquarters in Rockville, MD, and major facilities in the Washington Metropolitan Area, Atlantic City, NJ, Eagan, MN, Orlando, FL, New York, NY, and the United Kingdom. As an undergraduate at Lehigh, Marks was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, SWE, Forum XIV, and the Gryphon Society.

Ms. Gooden was selected as 2006 Black Engineer of the Year by U.S Black Engineer and IT Magazine, was featured as one of Black Enterprise Magazine's Women of Power in Business for 2006, and was named a 2006 Aiming High honoree by Legal Momentum. She was named winner of the 2002 Federal 100 "Eagle" Award by Federal Computer Week and received the 2002 Corporate Leadership Award by Women in Technology. She was voted one of Washington Business Journal's "Women Who Mean Business" in 2004. Ms. Gooden also holds Dollars & Sense Magazine's 1997 Salute to America's Best and Brightest; and the Annual Peat Marwick High Tech Entrepreneur Award in 1994. Ms. Gooden assumed her current position in January 2007. She served previously as President of Lockheed Martin Information Technology, a business unit she grew over 10 years to become a multibillion dollar business. She was Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Software Support Services unit from 1994 and earlier held other positions of increasing responsibility within the corporation's Data Systems and Information Systems companies. Prior to joining the corporation in 1980, Ms. Gooden was employed as a software engineer for General Dynamics of San Diego in support of engineering systems. She received her degree in Computer Technology from Youngstown State University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at San Diego State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College. In 2005, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree from the University of Maryland University College in recognition of her service to the community and to higher education.

Ralph D. Heath is Executive Vice President - Aeronautics for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this role, he leads the corporation’s military aircraft business, which employs more than 25,000 at major locations in California, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas. The Aeronautics Company is the industry leader for design, development, manufacture and full-service logistics of a wide-range of combat and air mobility aircraft of the United States and allied air forces around the world. Mr. Heath was appointed to his current position in January 2005. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the F-22 Raptor Program. In that capacity, he led the transition of this $4 billion annual program from prototype to full-rate production. Joining the company in 1975 as an F-16 design engineer, Mr. Heath progressed through a broad range of positions in engineering, logistics, advanced development, program management, manufacturing, and business development. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Heath served four years as a Combat Engineer Officer and was qualified as an Airborne Ranger. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Jeffrey K. Harris is the Vice President and Managing Director for Lockheed Martin Situational Awareness Systems. In addition, he serves as the Lockheed Martin corporate senior executive point of contact to Intelligence Community customers. Mr. Harris is a corporate officer. Previous assignments include, President and General Manager of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Operations and President of Lockheed Martin Special Programs. Also, he served as President of Space Imaging, the first company to commercially provide high-resolution satellite imagery and information products of the Earth for cost-effective solutions to today's global business needs. Before entering the private sector, Mr. Harris served with distinction in senior national leadership positions for the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Communities. In June 1993, he was named Associate Executive Director for Intelligence Community Affairs. In this role, supervised the Community Management Staff, responsible for the integration and coordination of programs across the different national and defense intelligence agencies for the Director of Central Intelligence in his role as principal advisor to the President on intelligence. In May 1994, Mr. Harris was confirmed by the Senate as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space, also serving as Director of the National Reconnaissance Office, the organization responsible for the acquisition and operation of all U.S. government space-based reconnaissance systems. Mr. Harris began his career in 1975 with the Central Intelligence Agency as a photo technologist at the National Photographic Interpretation Center. In 1978, he joined the CIA Office of Development and Engineering's satellite development programs. During his career, Mr. Harris has been awarded the NRO Medal for Distinguished Service, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the CIA Distinguished Intelligence Medal, two CIA Intelligence Medals of Merit, and the General James V. Hartinger Award for military space achievement. He serves on the Board of Directors for Analytical Graphics, Open GIS Consortium, NDIC Foundation and the National Correlation Working Group. Mr. Harris received his bachelor's degree in Photographic Science and Instrumentation from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

David B. Burritt is chief financial officer and vice president of Caterpillar's Global Finance and Strategic Services Division in Peoria, Ill. He has responsibility for Accounting; Audit & Compliance; Tax & Trade; Treasury; Strategic Services; Investor Relations; Strategic Investments; and Finance Transformation. Burritt joined Caterpillar in 1978 as an accountant. He has served in many accounting, tax and financial reporting roles, including business manager for Cat Belgium and general manager of Strategic and Business Services for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. From 2001 until 2002, Burritt helped lead Caterpillar's 6 Sigma implementation as the 6 Sigma deployment champion. He was named corporate controller in late 2002 and introduced the company's transparent financial reporting initiative - a key component of Caterpillar's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance that aligns Caterpillar's internal and external reporting processes. Burritt has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bradley University. He earned an MBA from the University of Illinois in 1990. He also completed the Stanford University Executive Program in 1998 and the Aspen Institute's Executive Program in 2005. Burritt is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and member of the Institute of Management Accountants. He is a member of the Corporate Executive Board's Working Council for CFOs. He serves as a member of the board of directors of Lockheed Martin.

Chief Executive Officer of Gannett from June 2000 to 2005, President of Gannett from 1997 to 2005, Vice Chairman of Gannett from 1984 to January 2001, Chief Financial Officer of Gannett from 1979 to 1997, Chief Administrative Officer of Gannett from 1985 to 1997; director of Continental Airlines, Inc. and a director or trustee of numerous Mutual Funds in the Prudential Group of Newark, NJ. The Board has determined that Mr. McCorkindale meets the SEC’s criteria of an “audit committee financial expert.”

Admiral James M. Loy currently serves as senior counselor at The Cohen Group. In 2005, Admiral James Loy completed a 45-year career in public service, retiring as the first Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. He consolidated 22 separate agencies into one unified Cabinet department and managed the day-to-day activities of the agency. In 2002, Admiral Loy served as the first administrator of the newly created Transportation Security Administration, which is responsible for protecting the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. Admiral Loy retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2002, having served as its Commandant since 1998. Admiral Loy graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1964 and holds Master's degrees from Wesleyan University and the University of Rhode Island.
