Born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Stevens is a 1976 summa cum laude graduate of Slippery Rock University from which he received the 2003 Distinguished Alumni Award. Bruce L. Tanner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Tanner was appointed to his current position on September 1, 2007. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Tanner is responsible for all aspects of the Corporation’s financial strategies, processes, and operations. Mr. Charles T. Burbage is executive vice president of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company and general manager of F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program Integration. He is responsible for ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled for the program’s U.S. and international customers as well as its industrial partners around the world. Mr. Burbage joined Lockheed Martin in 1980 in Business Development branch and later became manager of business development for U.S. government programs at the company’s operations in Burbank, Calif. In December 1987, he was appointed vice president for Washington operations and coordinated the company’s relationships with the Department of Defense, the U.S. Congress and embassies of foreign governments. He restructured and streamlined the Washington Operations group and recorded the highest annual performance in the congressional budget cycle in the company’s history. He moved to Marietta, Ga., in 1990 as vice president for Business Development and Product Support. During his tenure, Lockheed Martin launched several new initiatives including C-130J, C-27J, and the C-5 Avionics Modernization Program and Reliability Enhancement and Re-Engining Program. Mr. Burbage was named vice president and AFX program manager in 1992 and vice president and general manager for Navy Programs in 1994. In 1995 he assumed the duties of vice president and general manager, F-22 and led the program through first flight and initial flight test. In 1999 he was named president of the company’s operations in Marietta, Ga., and led the restructuring of that company including a 20 percent force downsizing prior to the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics consolidation in January 2000. In February 2000, he was named an executive vice president of the Aeronautics Company, and in November 2000, he was named EVP and general manager of the JSF Program. From 1969 to 1980, Mr. Burbage served on active duty in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of lieutenant commander. After completing the U.S. Navy Test Pilot School in 1975, he accumulated more than 3,000 hours in 38 types of military aircraft. On Oct. 31, 1994, he retired from the Navy Reserves as a captain. Mr. Burbage was born on Sept. 9, 1947, in San Diego, Calif. In 1969, he received a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He also has master’s degrees in aeronautical systems from the University of West Florida and business administration from UCLA. Mr. Burbage has received numerous industry awards, including the Donald C. Burnham Award from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Silver Knight Award from the National Management Association, three Aviation Week Laurels Awards and the Aerospace Industry Personality of the Year for 2002, presented at the Singapore Air Show. Joanne Maguire is Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company (SSC) business area and an officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. SSC employs approximately 18,000 people and generated $8.2 billion in sales for Lockheed Martin in 2007. Under her leadership SSC provides a broad spectrum of advanced-technology systems for national security, civil and commercial customers. Chief products include human space flight systems; a full range of remote sensing, navigation, meteorological, and communications satellites; strategic and missile defense systems; space observatories and interplanetary spacecraft. Ms. Maguire serves on the board of directors for United Launch Alliance, a Lockheed Martin joint venture. Ralph D. Heath is Executive Vice President - Aeronautics for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this role, he leads the corporation’s military aircraft business, which employs more than 25,000 at major locations in California, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas. Jeffrey K. Harris is the Vice President and Managing Director for Lockheed Martin Situational Awareness Systems. In addition, he serves as the Lockheed Martin corporate senior executive point of contact to Intelligence Community customers. Mr. Harris is a corporate officer. David B. Burritt is chief financial officer and vice president of Caterpillar's Global Finance and Strategic Services Division in Peoria, Ill. Burritt has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bradley University. He earned an MBA from the University of Illinois in 1990. He also completed the Stanford University Executive Program in 1998 and the Aspen Institute's Executive Program in 2005.
